The salesman pointed us in the direction of our desired type and price range of mattresses and let us try them all out. Check out was easy and they even price matched a competitive ad we found online. 18 hours later the mattress was being delivered to our house. Very happy with our experience and furniture and will be returning here when we need to get new beds for our kids

I want to Thank John And Felix for the time they both take to help each customer. They work together so well and they both go beyond any other place I have shopped for mattresses. I came to them with my son in October for a set of king for my husband and I after my son had gotten a set from them about 6 months earlier. They had us a new set and delivered within a week.Now we have a new house and need more mattresses and I showed up on Sunday January 17, 2021 and got such great deals we bought 2 queens and asked if we could get them on day we move in on following sat which is this weekend and they have it all set up. John was our salesman for the purchases we made at the store.We financed 2 mattresses, protectors, and frames. He asked us questions about what we were looking for and listened to everything we said and was very knowledgeable as to what our needs were as well as pricing. They have a computerized bed which measures how the body sleeps and determines what’s the best mattress for body type and said my said my son needed a soft bed; exactly what both of my sons preferred. We were very pleased with John. My boys were impressed with how easy he carried mattresses out for the customers he helped when we got there!

We came in to replace a 10 year old mattress that had just about lost all support. Felix set us up in the BedMatch system that measured our pressure points in the positions we actually sleep. With that, he took us to 3 different mattresses (1 tempurpedic and 2 typical hybrid pillow top) to fit our needs for support. All 3 were awesome and very comfortable, it was tough to pick one.Delivery is scheduled already for next week! Process was super easy and we are really glad we were able to support a local store and sales staff.

I bought a mattress set at Mattress Warehouse in January, 2014. The mattress set I purchased was absolutely horrible. After doing an even exchange in April, 2014 and July, 2016, I finally decided to upgrade to a more reputable mattress set. Felix was so helpful. He not only filed the claim for me; he also showed me the perfect mattress based on my requests. Felix did not try to sell me something beyond my budget. He even had me try a similar more expensive mattress. John arranged to have my new mattress set delivered. It is wonderful to be able to sleep through the night again! Thank you, gentlemen! Came to purchase mattress and adjustable frame. 1st off no info on mattresses concerning specifics. When a salesperson finally did come to help I told him what our needs were basically said that one, said put your shoes on bottom cover to keep clean. Gave no info then went to sit on another and played on his phone. Didnt give us any info about what we were looking at or for!!!If they were busy is one thing there was only one other couple in there and the other salesman was helping them. Therefore, instead of spending any money there today. We left and spent purchased elsewhere!!

This past Friday I purchased a somewhat expensive mattress cover (over 200.00) that was advertised as stay cool and heat regulating. I tried it for 2 nights and could not get a good nights sleep. The product did just the opposite and made me hot, not to mention it was slippery and the sheet slid all over the bed. I took it back to the Winchester store on Sunday and was told there was nothing they could do. I certainly understand not being able to resell this type of product. However virtually any product in any store in this country would want customer satisfaction and STAND BEHIND what they sell. If not a refund then at least a store credit. I will never buy anything from Mattress Warehouse again nor would I recommend them to anyone. Customer satisfaction is not something they care about at all. And 10 year warranty ?? for what ?

We shopped at 3 different places looking for an adjustable bed and mattresse. John was superb, and it was a very stress free experience. We also got the comfort care warranty at no extra cost. The others offered it for $200 plus. So from day 30 to day 99, if we dont like the mattress we can exchange it! Also we bought it on sunday and they are delivering on Tuesday, the others we had to wait 2 weeks!

We needed a Split King with 2 XL Twin beds each independently moving for head up or legs up. We had very good info from the sales person, John Quinones, verified in other stores for quality and price comparison and consulted advice from Consumer Reports.We bought the beds, they were delivered swiftly, put together fast and functioning in one hour! We are delighted with the feel of the mattress and we have less problems with snoring ( if you put head up a few inches).For final feel of the mattress, we recommend taking your own pillow to the store.

They made purchasing a mattress pretty stress free. Mattress turned out great, but even if it did not, they have a very fair return policy. The robo mattress matcher is cool, and not a money making ploy as I assumed. Highly recommend.

Im not even sure how to explain this...we were in the store choosing between two mattresses. A man sitting at a desk, who I assume was the manager because the salesman who was helping us was asking him questions about pricing, started telling us about a third, more expensive mattress. We told him we werent convinced it was worth spending more money on it compared to the other two. He got angry but I just sort of brushed it off and started to talk about the other mattresses we did like. I said we had seen the price of one lower at another store and was going to ask if he would be willing to beat it. I never even made it to the end of my sentence because the guy at the desk stood up and got really aggressive and even more angry. He told us to leave! My fiancee and I walked out so confused. What just happened? she said. I still have no idea! All I can say is that with other mattress stores that apparently have lower prices anyway, its just not worth shopping there.
