The product is wonderful, but hope you never have to call customer service and speak to Carol over the online orders. She is very unprofessional and rude. Did not want to take the time to research my order. She needs to take a class in manners.

Do the tour!! Great staycation destination or a quick stop if your driving through. Ale 8-1 has a great tour. Its informative, it doesnt take to long and you get a free Ale-8 at the end, definitely worth the time. Also if you pay the shipping, theyll donate Ale 8-1 to our brave men and women overseas. The gift shop has nice affordable gifts, and the employees are all very friendly. If youve never had an Ale 8-1, it has a light, crisp, clean taste. The tours are on Thursdays and Fridays.

Ale 8 One is the best Ginger Ale out there, period. Better than any large corporate brands we all see everywhere in the usual stores. I grew up in Michigan with Vernors that had a more molasses flavor........ but Ale 8 One has a whole different unique taste that combines a good aroma and lite aftertaste.There is a hint of citrus in the taste for sure.......... but one more flavor that reviewer/people do not identify is Smarties Candy flavor in the aftertaste of Ale 8 One. Not on purpose aftertaste but that is the combination of ingredients that is a happy accident for me anyway.

Reserved a free tour and the whole family enjoyed it. Tour consist of video that last about 15 minutes, then a short plant tour, concluded with a Ale-8.

I stayed at a hotel in KY recently and part of their Welcome Pack was a bottle of AL8One. Woman at the desk explained that the company was local and thats why it was included.😳😳😳I had no idea AL8One was made in Kentucky!I live in a nearby state and see AL8Ones every now and then. Next time I see them, I will make sure to buy a pack; and not just because theyre good (which they absolutely are) but because they are a local company!

Weve been introduced to Ale-8 One at a Shipping Plant we frequently go to, and have now been able to have our Daily Dose! of the best all around beverage you can find while staying at the TA Travel Center in Walton, KY. We run Walton to Chicago for the UPS Christmas Rush, driving for Mercer Transportation in Louisville. Dropped off a few bottles for the UPS Crew in Chicago, and they enjoy its crisp taste and benefits, too! Will be stopping by the Plant for a Tour, and pick up a couple of Cases, and Gifts! Lovely facility and gift shop. Love the recyclable bottles. I reuse them for wine and homebrew. I only wish there was a way to buy them by themselves. I love Ale 8, but not a big consumer of soda, so it feels like a waste pouring it out.

This is really the best soft drink ever and a great find when I moved to KY. I still do not like bourbon, but like Ale-8 so much that I send it to my son who lives out of state for his birthday. We are both fans. I also bring cases to my sister when I visit her out of state. Just something about it that has a taste like no other.

One of my favorite drinks, so it was cool to see where its made and bottled. The free tour was fun and they have a cool gift shop.

I tried my first cherry flavored ale 8 from University Shell, very good. This was a fountain drink, hope it is as good in other packaging.

My daughter had surgery this week and the anesthesia gave her a roller coaster of nausea. Sprite and 7UP would not stay down in post op.When we got home; I gave her Ale-8 with just a little ice.She kept it down. This is the only drink she was able to tolerate since bringing her home Tuesday afternoon with exception of water.She prefers to take her medications with the Ale-8; she says it makes the awful taste of the medications more tolerable.
