I stopped by Tim’s Ford powersports on the way back from a trip. Originally from the Nashville area but had been thinking about a pontoon boat. When I went in I was greeted by friendly staff who fire me to a guy named Wade. Wade was great. He wasn’t the city slicker salesman and never once tried to sell us a boat but wanted to offer us information instead. At the end of the day he gave us a brochure and said call me or come see me when your ready to make a decision. That’s what we did. We purchased a new Bennington boat. I never thought twice about going to a closer dealership because they was so nice and great the 1st time around.

Just picked up a new pontoon from here. Looked at multiple other dealerships within the whole state of Tennessee. These guys had the best price by $3k and the absolute best customer service from the beginning of the build to the pickup. I would not hesitate to deal with them on anything marine related.

I worked with TFPS to buy a new ATX 20. They offered me a fair deal on my trade in and worked with me on the ATX. Their financing partner was easy to work with and I signed all my paperwork off site. The ATX is a great boat for the money and have really been enjoying it. If you are in the market for a Boat go work with TFPS and they can get you on the water!

We bought our jet skis here and were not very impressed with the service team. After calling for service a few months later Brad answered and changed our whole outlook on this place. He has changed the whole way of providing service to customers. He gives good honest opinions and tells you the truth. Worth taking your PWC here for service for sure.

Outstanding customer service From Marty and Michelle, they sold my boat for me very quickly and I purchased a can-am and could not be happier. I drove almost 2 hrs and Michelle had everything ready to go when I got there, I was in and out very quickly. They did not pressure me in to buying anything extra like most places do. Our salesman, Wade, was extremely helpful through the entire process of building and purchasing our Bennington tritoon. However, that is where the good relations stopped, we had issues with our boat and was extremely disappointed with the service after the sale. In my opinion service is what separates a good dealership from a bad dealership. Wont be back!! Add: The below response is exactly what I am speaking of, I never had any issues with algae buildup (my boat does not sit in the water unless being used and is housed in a covered boathouse) nor did I ever take it to their shop for this issue. The steering issues/problems were never power steering/ versus non power steering they are just that, steering issues which they refused to address. BTW, we are talking about a boat which at the time was just a few months old.

Rob delivered the boat to our dock, reviewed all the features and break-in, then demonstrated and observed operation. He included tips about the lake, mooring etc. and told me to call with any questions or concerns!

Everyone was super nice and took the time to explain. No pressure which was great also.

This was the 5th boat Ive purchased from four different dealers and by far the best experiance Ive had. First pontoon and no regrets.My wife and I built a Bennington pontoon through Tims Ford and between us changed our minds on the build probably 15 times. Marty was incredibly patient and really helped us decide what we did and didnt need once he understood how we would be using the boat.When the boat arrived, we worked with Rob Baker, who walked us through every detail of the boat and motor and took the time to answer all of our (many) questions. Rob and his partner Dusty (sorry if I messed up the name) trailered the boat almost two hours away to our marina. He helped us prepare the lift, which I was unfamiliar with with, dropped the boat in, spent the time to run the boat and walk us through all the gauges and best running position, then taught us how to properly dock the boat on the lift. The service from the first phone call to getting the boat in the lake and on our lift was fantastic. I should also point out that Tims Ford Powersports is an hour and half drive from my home and I had a few other pontoon dealers much closer to choose from, but I knew these were the guys I wanted to do business with very early in the process.The purchase part is the smallest parcel of time in your life with a boat, but absolutely the most important. From getting the right options and choosing your colors and engine to learning the ins and outs of managing boat totally different than anything youve ever owned - or not- TFP does not miss a beat.This is the place to go.

We took our boat there to have trolling motor fixed after talking to them on the phone. After driving an hour and a half we were told that they dont do that repair in a rude way. Never going there again. #minnkota should remove them from authorized dealer.

We’ve had our boat stored/ worked on there for over 4 years now. I’ll keep this short and sweet. Every single year we expect to have our boat ready by mid May so we call in April. This seems to happen every year. Boats being de winterized and the “tech” calls us and says we need a repair about 2 weeks after we call initially. we say that’s fine go ahead and do it. 2 weeks later we call for a update and they tell us “ we cannot source this part of we are waiting on this blah blah”. This time Andy the tech told me to go look for the part myself and when i easily found one i called back and spoke to another man who said “ oh we got that coming tomorrow we just found one” so now we are 3-4 weeks in and nothing has been done to the boat and I never received not one update the whole time I assumed the boat would be being close to done but come to find out it’s in pieces and we won’t be able to enjoy it for Memorial Day. My guess is we won’t have the boat till early June. I get y’all are busy, i see the amount of boats that come in and out of there but at the very least someone needs to keep a customer informed. Nothing would ever get done to my boat unless i called and made sure they were doing it. 4 weeks now and your telling me your still trying to find parts.. wow.

Worked with Wade in sales. He gave me a trade value w/o seeing my boat based on his knowledge of it from when I bought it. The team never waivered on this value which allowed me to work thru financing without any issues thus speeding up the purchase process. I simply only had to sign a few documents and was on my way... so much easier a process than buying a car.

Very pleased with my buying experience. Marty gave me a great deal on my Can-am Commander and a fair value on my trade in. They had to order my roof and windshield but offered to meet me half way to deliver so I wouldnt have to drive 1.5 hours to their location.

I drove an hour with an appointment, and they sold it out under me. The man wouldnt even come out to tell me he had sold it. No deposit was asked for and i had an appointment to test drive. Very rude service. Do not recommend.

We were referred to Tims Ford Powersports by multiple people. They did not disappoint. Very knowledgeable about products and they took the time to answer a lot of questions without being annoyed. I would go out of my way to use them because the service was that good. This day and age good service is hard to find, congrats TFPS and keep it up.

Had just made it up to Tims Ford and had a problem come up with my boat. Stopped by and asked if someone could check it out. Even with a full load and on a Saturday they were able to look at my boat, see it was a broken impeller, and fix it same day.Will always go here so, friendly sales reps and very knowledgeable mechanics.

I was interested in a 2008 tige they had. I was already approved for the loan when I called. I talked to 2 different sales men and the manager (sorry the guy that told me he was the manager wasnt I found this out today May 18th as the real Manager/Owner was yelling and using profanity at me on the phone) about the boat and they said it was in great condition and the interior was in good shape. When I got there the boat needed all new interior along with perfect pass because the screen was all fogged over.. It was in horrible shape and they were selling it for full retail. I would never buy anything off them. They wasted a 2 hour drive one way for me. Horrible sales people . So today May 18th I was called by the owner Marty saying they were suing me for this review. He yelled at me over the phone and didnt handle this like a good person should. If he would have handled it like a professional and offered to reimburse me for my wasted gas I would have gladly taken the post down.

We met Bert at the boat show in January. He showed us the exact boat we were looking for and we got a very good deal. I was even happily surprised that they Gave us a military discount after we asked about it. They delivered our boat and showed us how everything worked, especially the trailer.
