I dont want to leave a bad review because almost everyone seemed nice, but the old lady running the show is going to ruin the businesses. Shes a loud crab apple, you better know exactly what you are doing or hope she isnt there.

Nice people location was okay but was unhappy with the product and the amount of deer I took in after I had him make what I wanted and I picked up it was very cheap and asked why he says he only uses 50% of my deer meat to make a sausage or cheese deer dogs I asked what happened to my other 50% of deer he says he donates it to hunters for hungry SMH Im not happy with that I was expecting 800 to a thousand dollars worth of product being made and it was nowhere near that the sausage which is breakfast sausage I had made is land and not very much of a taste of the sweetness the sugar in it it tasted very porky like too much of the pork being added to it my dear dogs were just chopped small in size so we tried cooking the first half all the casings curled up all into a bunch it held it safe but when we went to eat it it tasted like were eating a piece of kielbasa or sausage more than a hot dog dont see no deer meat that could have been added or the flavor I wouldnt recommend this place the only thing I could recommend out of this place was how nice the people are that I can give a five star for but for the product I cant Im used to going to Pennsylvania and having my product made which I should have just took the extra 45 minutes and went I was hoping to give a local person a chance and it didnt work out

I have finally found a place where my father, brother and I can get bologna and chipped deer made that is delicious. We will be sending everyone we know. My dad had this stuff made years ago and we all loved it til the place closed. Ive spent time and money trying different locations. Finally, T&R has produced exactly what weve been looking for. Even better than what we remembered. We will be life long customers now. Sweet Bologna and chipped deer is beyond delicious and looking forward to our next haul for some spicy sticks. Everybody is as nice as they come and the prices are unbeatable. Thanks to the whole team!

Called this morning to ask if they could process my deer and if they had a taxidermist relationship. They said they yes to both so I said I would be by in an hour or two to drop the deer off. Showed up and they turned me away saying they are too full. A little customer service could go along way. Woman wasn’t even apologetic and said you should have called. I did call and was told “see you when you get here!”

Been taking my deer to a different shop for years. Decided to try T&R because it’s close to my new home, best decision I’ve made for deer processing. A+ quality and the meat even tastes better. Highly recommend.

Wonderful family owned deer processing facility in Winchester. Fast turn-around time and the cooked products (bologna, slim jims, hot dogs, jerky, chip, breakfast sausage) are absolutely worth the extra fee. Very reasonable pricing and deer can be donated to Hunters for the Hungry if you want to hunt for sport without wasting the meat.

This is the only place to take your deer. Service is wonderful and fast. Best summer sausage around. And last but not least you cant beat the price.
