This stores management is below standards and the customer service is even worse. The so called manager Travis displayed poor and bad customer service . I drove 2 hours away for a raffle release and had quite a bit of traffic getting into the mall. I called the store do you let them know that I was going to be a Little bit late. No answer, I have arrived at the store 12:05 and they said they sold my shoes at 12:01. I do understand policy but it’s Christmas time there should’ve been some type of grace period put in place. Travis or his employees did nothing to help me. If I was a Different skin color I believe the outcome would’ve been different. Me as a Manager would’ve handled the situation a little bit different I would have a lot more compassion.

The young woman I had helping us was incredible. She welcomed us upon arriving, sized my daughters feet, made multiple trips to the back and helped her select a few pairs she liked. She explained the youth to adult size comparisons and ensured she had the correct fit. I will definitely return to this store again!

Every time I’ve gone to this store and dealt with the manager it has been a terrible experience. No way I should be going to a store and feel like money ain’t good enough. He has no customer service what’s so ever. Worst service
