Big lots what can I say this place is great value its kind of a sneaky way of getting you there to purchase things because not everything is actually a good deal. Most of the prices for the stuff they have are general prices that you can find out in any of the markets.,Where youre going to save on is furniture and mattresses and couches and stuff like that.And dont get me wrong I do have things great for sale but pricing is pretty fair to the market.

Didnt have what I needed. Sent me to another store, said they had it and they didnt. I had to drive 20 miles out of my way. And had to buy another chair I didnt want. But the woman at the big lots in Winchester was very helpful.

The petite blonde cashier had really pretty eyes 👀... Other than that this is an unremarkable store, good deals, rotating merchandise but nothing amazing. Ive stopped a handful of times because the location is convenient.

Lots of nice stuff and Iike the new floor plan. Hadnt been in for awhile and was shocked at the higher prices.

Maybe if the patio furniture wasnt wrapped in miles of bubble wrap, tape, styrofoam, and tags they wouldnt have to be priced so high. Were these things airdropped in without a parachute? ; I mean really. I instantly regretted buying the chairs after unwrapping one leg and filling a trash can. Im going to have to contact the dump and rent a van to dispose of it all. This cannot be good for the environment

I took back something that I bought in April and had to take 20% off and then my return was put on a gift card. The sales person not so politely pointed out the terms on my receipt. My question is why is it on me to take the discount?

This weekend we were shopping for furniture and were fortunate to have April help us. Most every store we went to said they would have to order us a couch and love seat. BUT not April. While your store didnt have what we wanted in stock she did the next best thing. She called around and found one in Martinsburg and one in Front Royal. While it was a drive to get them it was better than the option of 4 weeks without living room furniture. Thanks again April!

I recently bought furniture I really love. However, I hated having to assemble it myself (Im an older senior) and they dont have anyone that will do it for them, for a fee of course. Big bummer! I enjoy shopping here. PLUS when you use their rewards card, you get great discounts. Very nice

This is a very large store compared to most Big Lots. There were many items that I havent seen at other locations, in addition to what the other stores have. The store was very clean and organized. The shelves were well stocked. There is a separate section, connected inside, with its own outside entrance for furniture. The down side was that we saw no employees other than one cashier, so we had to walk through the store twice to get help.

Prices were higher. Not alot of people.

The wife and I love to go to this place - its a treasure hunt. You never know what you might find. Its a good idea to be an informed shopper so you know a bargain when you see it. Yes, it may take several trips but trust me at some point in time it will be worth it. Happy hunting, go find that treasure.

Big lots always have good prices on lots of household items. Hand soap was $1 a bottle which is a great buy. We also bought several dog treats and a lot of other items.

Decent stuff, dirt cheap. Occasional excellent buys. On the other hand, they started putting Christmas merchandise on the floor the week after Labor Day.... 😎

Always great for quick stop when I need something on my way to work. Normally isnt to busy and staff is always nice. Plenty of parking. They do have a pretty good variety and also have a large furniture department.

Selections can be hit or miss, but they usually have some wonderful deals if you know what youre looking for. Holiday decor is always well priced here and they have a huge home goods section. Food prices are usually very good, just watch the date!

I went there to find an inexpensive mattress for my son. I called first and spoke with a super helpful employee who told me what they had in stock. I went to the store later and was again assisted immediately by an associate that helped me chose the right mattress for his needs. I selected a Serta and the price was very good. I dont expect it to last forever, but for temporary use for a couple of years I think it will be fine. Absolutely loved the friendly and attentive associates here!

I really like this store but its a little frustrating when items are not priced.

Although not the buy-out store it once was, the selection is still quite good. Necessary items without the big box brands. Food items include exotic things as well as staples. Just about anything one needs to keep a house in order, including furniture.

Had an online order with the store in front royal & something was messed up and they weren’t honoring and being very rude, I had to contact corporate. Adam who is store manager here is acting District manager because the district manager is on vacation! He honored my order & also gave me more & helped me out more than I could ask. I really appreciate him helping me and being very nice and professional unlike the one in front royal. Also my husband and I have been to this store many times and never have had any problems! Also the store if very clean unlike front royal! Thank you Adam for everything!

Always enjoy walking through big lots to see what they have.

They dont have any weird 1984 tele-screen surveillance state robots like Marty at Martins so instantly I felt safer and actually able to spend time in the store without being harassed or run over by Marty

Love the deals! And the coupons i get.I never come out empty handed.Its my go to for dry goods. Chips, crackers, cookies, cereal, pancake mix olive oil etc. And dog goods, biscuits, food best price on leashes and toys. And flu season meds cheaper than drug stores. Get on the member card list.

One of the nicer cleaner big lots. Low on stock right now on items but it still has some pretty Christmas decorations right now.

Big Lots in Winchester VA is a convenient location for economy purchases. Stock is mostly serviceable, but sometimes very cheaply made.
