I used these guys a few years back when starting up my business to letter my trucks. They did nice work. I decided we were going to do company jackets. At the time, I spoke to Dave. He said give him about 48hrs and I should receive some quotes. After 2 weeks, I called and asked Dave for an update. His response, Im sorry, I forgot. The owner called and tried to give me a discount a few days later, to which I declined as I placed an order with a competitor.I sent another truck for a lettering quote, they told me it was about 2 weeks from the time I approve the work and place the deposit.Due to a time constraint, I had to get the work from another competitor.Fast forward to today....I recently purchased 5 trucks and want to go with a new design but not sure how it will look on the trucks. I stopped by on Thursday morning and explained to Daniel 2 designs that I am considering. He stated that I should have proofs and quotes for both before the end of the day. Monday afternoon I called for a follow up as I hadnt received either yet. He assured me that I would have them before the end of business. Tuesday morning, I received 1 quote ( not sure which one). I called and spoke with Cathi of my concern, she stated that there was no other quote and to see proofs they needed a deposit. Why would I give a deposit for unknown work that they havent even gotten right so far. Few minutes later, I get a call from the owner stating another quote was in the process but if you want to see how it will look, we need a deposit as this takes hours of labor and programming to accomplish. Im not giving any money until Im sure you can do your job of listening from the beginning. Competitors give these proofs for free, thats why they measure the vehicle and take pictures. I did give an extra star for the quality of work years ago to remain fair.
