I bought an electric water kettle and a breakfast tray. I had them open both but they dont take the things completely out of the box for you to examine well. When I got home and opened them, the kettle was well used. It had rust and hard water stains on the inside and the glass was discolored. The paperwork had also been wet at some point. The breakfast tray had two metal legs. One of them was very and there was a large chunk of wood broken. Other people with me had items that turned out to be new and not damaged.

Really want to get inside on a day it is first stocked i had a great time on the other days

First time there, kinda strange seeing a free for all although not literally free but buying others returned mail order purchases from Amazon at a discounted price. I got there on a 7 (seven) dollar day so all items in the store cost $7.00, I believe. It was a experience. Also, I see on $1-$3 days aint really much going on there for because even on $7.00 days the items are alot more valuable than their $7.00 asking price.

Find all kinds of great deals. We went on Sunday, everything is 5.00. we got an 80.00 Sou Vie(sp) cooker, 5 bucks. A 150.00 PC power supply, 5 bucks! Several other great surprises! Cant wait till next weekend!

It is okay. some days its 5/5, some days I wish I didnt pull that plastic bag, some days I just like to believe that I might find some inexplicably incredible items, some day Ill go back to the secret adult room.idk for sure but seems to be a lot of Asian misshipments or collections from cargo clean up. its good inexpensive shopping. dont let the junk lure you in.not worth waiting in line for more than about 30 mins max btw.

Bin 5 for was just ok. Everything was a mess and you had to do alot of digging. To be fair the mess was caused by the people doing the digging. The people who work there never have a chance to get it organized. But maybe people like that and thats why things are cheap. Not sure if I will go back but it was a nice day out with my wife !

I love Bin5, the staff is great and I have found some great products. From expensive chargers, cameras, and ring lights. People do go crazy and open packages inside the store.Weekends are the best days to go and my only issue is the crazy customers. The customers literally try to snatch products out your hand.Overall, the business is doing a great job trying to maintain the craziness and keep the place tidy.

Over the course of 8 months we have got so many great things from Bin 5! My top finds were iroomba i3, Fitbit watch, Ninja Blender, Nast thermostat and the best find ever a freaking brand new Dyson Air Wrap! We love going and finding all the treasures that are to be found at Bin 5!!

Although the bins had been mostly picked over (I went on a Tuesday), the deals were still amazing. If you like strolling, looking, and a treasure hunt, this is the place for you!

I love this place. I bought my wife an $80 hair straightener for $5, an LED projector and Christmas presents. The products were brand new and great. The staff here work so hard and still remain friendly. Its a busy place so be prepared for a line but I dont mind waiting if Im that means walking out with $300 worth of items for only $20 total.

My little treasure hunt store. Have nothing but great experiences at this store. Staff is very helpful and friendly which keeps me coming back. I do not mind waiting outside for a few extra minutes while they are checking customers out and following Covid guide lines. So happy that this store has come to our community.

I bought Nexxus shampoo & conditioner- they were filled with water! 2 touch less soap dispensers, 1 missing parts, 1 new but does not work. Bidet is missing pieces. Best one was the electric toothbrush complete w/tartar & caked on old toothpaste 🤢. Foul.

Well you could definitely call this a shopping event. Theres basically huge bins and you dig through them. Apparently they buy returns from Amazon and family Dollar surplus. So you dig through boxes and stuff. On Saturdays everythings $7 cuz they refill them on Fridays. And then everything is $5 after that and I think Wednesdays and Thursdays are down till like a dollar or two.Good news is hand sanitizers really cheap there cuz youre going to definitely need someone you leave.But overall there was some really really good values of buying 40 $50 items for $5.

First time we went here to see what the hype is about. It is a cool concept. A bit over-rated, but if it’s your thing, cool?The only reason I detracted stars, was because a lady was called out for looking in an untaped box, she was polite and they did allow her back in “because she was polite” it was her first time in and didn’t know. We watched a family of 4-5 through the window while waiting and while there.... they opened stuff for over an hour.... never had a word said to them. Be strict or don’t. Aside from that, I realize they are overwhelmed by the crowds and they seemed to be fine.

I didnt like the long wait, and sealed packaging of the unknown. Because of this, i made some not so good choices . I liked the price and some of the quality of products but we need time to make our dollars count. I hope it becomes a store of more availability.

You need to be the first ones there on sat and sunday to get anything good.. they let 20 or so people in at a time for 20 minutes.. its okay.. I wouldnt make a special trip for it..

The wait is long but this place is amazing and worth the wait! I keep seeing so many bad reviews with wait time... but with COVID there is no way to let people into the store all at once and the management was so nice and accommodating and gave everyone a fair chance including myself to look around yet still kept the people waiting in the line outside in mind. I got so many things including a laptop, tablet, watch, phone and so much more for only $5 each! Im pretty sure a place like this would have long lines and that should be expected since its basically better than any Black Friday Deal you could ever find and the best part is, its all year round. The store is really nice too, its neat and has so many bins to look through. I have been here about 7 times already and plan on coming back more. Its sorta become an addiction now. Thank you Bin 5 for giving me all this stuff at such a cheap price. Im spoiled.

As a first time customer, I wasn’t familiar with the rules. An associate screamed at me for opening a black package item. I just wanted to see what it was it felt like a tripod my husband could’ve been interested in. She said she watched me open it. Why did she not stop me then? Why did she wait to yell at me and kick me out of the store? Half of the items on the bin are empty. And in this store you are treated better if you’re Caucasian.

The staff is very rude.You cant even open anything up even if the staff watching you. You cant feel the texture of anything got there at 8:40 and stood in line until 1:00pm.The sign on the door says capacity of 40 but they only let in 30 people.You can only look in part of the bins because you cant reach the back.

A great way to find a deal if you don’t mind digging. love their business model and the owners are obviously very open to constructive criticism and are willing to try new ways to deal with the crowds. i’m so happy a business like this opened up in winchester!

Stood in line for nine hours a few weeks ago, to spend $95 on $5 items. Honestly thought wed gotten some good deals but the truth was revealed today on Christmas as our children began opening said items. Everything was either already broken (tent poles for a childs tent, childrens headphones that were cracked in such a place as to be unnoticed until he tried to put them on) or broke almost immediately ( a light saber that snapped while being swung through the air) all I can say is yes I know you get what you pay for but I believe we will go to the dollar store to replace most of the items and try to save Christmas. Will never return there again

I found led lights in there and when I got home and opened them their was dirt and grass all over the sticky part. And you can not open anything to see what it is and you get timed only 20 minutes to look through all the bins and they make you leave your bags or purses in your car
