Drove to the mall specifically to go to Lids to have them embroider a hat. Arrived at 4:15 and the doors were locked with a note saying they would return at 3:30. Waited around for a while and even tried calling. No one ever showed up nor answered the phone. Someone may need a new job.

Called and asked if they could embroider a cap that day. I was told yes. Drove an hour arriving at 7:19 p.m. only to find a sign on the door that said will return at 8:30 p.m. No one mentioned on the phone that the shop was going to be closed for a time. It must be nice to close up shop for an hour+. Stood waiting outside the shop until 8:35 p.m. while watching numerous shops close around us. If management planned to close early, etc. then the sign should not have been on the door, and when I called someone should have stated the shop wouldnt be open. What a wasted trip. Good luck to those of you who go. Maybe theyll be open. If you see a WILL RETURN sign, walk away and find somewhere else.

Great help and plenty of selection beyond the same old same. No issues, organized, and helpful. Also had plenty of sizes in stock.
