Winchester machine & fab has done good work for me over the last few years, very detail oriented which is important in that field of work.
We accepted a good faith order for a little over $600 in work from Winchester Machine. Two business days before the order was due, on 3 week lead time, Craig tried to cancel the order. We informed him that the order was complete and he stated hed get back to us with payment information. Since then we havent been able to get a hold of anyone to get payment information for this order. Weve been trying every few days to reach someone since November, including facebook messenger and Linkedin, with zero response. Although weve seen activity from all social media profiles and now assume were just being ignored. Wed like to get payment and ship this order. Weve already incurred costs for this job and wed like to see Craig do the right thing here; As Im sure hed appreciate if he was in our shoes.EDIT - I see Craig Moore Replied here so we added pictures. He states that we couldnt ship the parts before they were due on his request when we clearly could. So, here are some pictures proving otherwise along with our acknowledgement confirming the original delivery date. When we asked for a credit card to ship on the same day of the request, he said hed call back and then refused to respond. Weve offered to remove our reviews if we simply got payment to ship this order and instead got ghosted and now this erroneous response about the history of the order. Hopefully these images will refresh his memory. We would prefer to settle this up. Please reach out to us to clear up this issue.EDIT EDIT - Craig Moore has removed our pictures here and his son with the Center for Computing and Robotics and his friend Rich L has posted a positive review to counter ours.EDIT EDIT EDIT - We sure would prefer to simply find a way to settle this issue and delete these reviews. However, Craig, although he states hes tried communicate with us, has not responded by phone email or social media. This could have been easily resolved back in November 2018.
