If I could give them negative stars I would. I ordered a small desk in September of 2019. The desk was never delivered because it was apparently out of stock. A month later, my credit card was billed for the desk that I never received. I asked my store contact to refund the cost of the desk and cancel the order. I never received a response, so I had to dispute it through my credit card company; this was in October. February 10, 2020 I received a paper invoice telling me I had a balance due for the desk that I never received. I called W.B. Mason and again asked that they correct it. February 21, 2020 I received a friendly reminder that my invoice was due. When I called the extension in the email, it was for the collections department. I have asked yet again that they fix it. Obviously I no longer use their services and havent sent since October of 2019.
Always prompt with deliveries and good specials
Dont care for them.
