I was there this morning and still cannot believe how incredibly rude an employee was!! This was my third trip into this location and when I walked in there wasn’t anyone up front so I walked over to get my paint and took it to the counter. I was then rather rudely informed that I had grabbed the wrong paint and there is a sign that says “Don’t grab cans of paint!!” The employee then slammed the cans down and told me that she would get it from the back! I was absolutely shocked!! The first and second times I was in the store I got my own paint from the shelf and no one yelled at me - Nor did I see a sign which I’m sure I missed seeing. My fault. Caitlyn Thankfully stepped in and was kind enough to color my paint and process my payment. She has been wonderful each time I have been in but whoever the girl is with the long ponytail and rainbow colored hair seriously needs to be held accountable for her attitude!!! Unreal! Hey Benjamin Moore - Don’t have people working with customers that clearly can’t handle simple service!! This will be the last time I use their paints. I’d rather go to Sherwin Williams and be treated as a customer that is valued. It’s beyond me that Benjamin Moore would think that this is OK behavior for someone that works in one of their locations!!

The best paint and most helpful employees is Winchester. They may be expensive in comparison to big box prices, but you get what you pay for. The paint goes on easily and lasts significantly longer.
