Farmers is a great place if you want too purchase furniture on time. They usually have a good variety of sofas bedroom furniture and table sets. Furniture can be pricey but you get what you pay for(sometimes).

Wont get your items on time and also when they do arrive they are damage. Its not there fault but they can do better with customer service. Laquita is a great sales person and Brandon will take care of your problems. If you finance it can turn out to be expensive. Think about it twice. Today now almost 3 weeks and still missing furniture and Im 1 week away to make my first payment very very disappointed.

I had a great experience buying new living room furniture recently. I was about to have surgery and I needed more comfortable furniture. They have an amazing selection - best Id seen after shopping at many stores. The sales associates Savannah and Laquitta were friendly and very helpful but at the same time they let me explore and really try out the furniture on my own so I felt no pressure. I also spoke with a very kind hearted manager named Brandon. So the people are wonderful and the selection is fantastic!

Bought a bedroom suit and mattress . Day of delivery Bed was damaged, Dresser has no hardware and drawer on it was broken .. BUT Dan and Michael did a GREAT job to make things right quickly . I got a new bed without damage, found hardware for dresser with Michael which he came out to my house on a Saturday to install and bring me a drawer for my dresser so I could use it. PLUS Michael gave me 30% off anther nightstand for the trouble to make my bedroom suit complete . AND My parents went back the following week and bought them a New King Size Mattress ! They like myself liked the service and price . Ask for Dan but ask him to listen 1st to you and your needs before he talks LOL ! or for Michael . I recommend bot these guys and Winder Farmers Furniture . Thanks WFF !!

Purchased a new living room suit from farmers, after a week my wife reminded me of what the salesperson had told us, that if we were not happy with our set for any reason we could exchange it,so I gave them a call. After going back and forth with the manager, Mike the asst stepped in and got it handled for us,got a nicer set for less money, 1000 dollars less,am glad we went with farmers and will be back again.

Do not give these people your business! Worst furniture buying experience ever! Financed through the store “interest free” only they make your monthly payment to include interest, “just in case” you don’t pay it off within the 12 month agreement. You get a certificate for the interest you’re supposed to be reimbursed at payoff. But between the interest charges, the life/accidental death (???) insurance, etc they build into the purchase on the back end (without discussing it with you prior to), it’s so dadgum confusing it’s hard to even know if they’re charging you right! You can’t make a payment over the phone or online without an extra charge, so you have to go into the store for every payment. It’s ridiculously inconvenience. The furniture is very poor quality. Purchased the extended warranty, our ottoman broke less than 3 months after buying, called them up, and then was told that what we purchased was actually a fabric protector and it doesn’t cover broken furniture...alrighty then. So we get that taken care of, go to pay off the furniture and they won’t give us a straight answer on our payoff so that we know what to bring in. Very confusing, very misleading, we will not be purchasing from them again and DO NOT recommend you do either. Not unless you want to feel like you’re buying a car with all the added cost on the back end. I normally like to support local businesses but not when they are dishonest and make you feel like they’re trying to take advantage of you throughout the entire process.

I will never do business with this company again. I opened an account t and bought a mattress from them, I am pleased with the mattress but not with the people who work there. Everytime I would call for information on my account they were extremely rude and short as if they didnt have time for me. I finally got my mattress paid down to owing under $100 I always paid through my bank. Today I was informed that they would no longer accept payments from my bank. I assume it was die to the payment being late. For almost a year and a half I never made a late payment. They were very disrespectful and rude when leaving a voice mail. Also the pay off was only for $89 and they charged $160 which is double. I will take my business else where and make sure I tell everyone I know about my experience. Advise them to shop else where.

Special kudos to our Salesman Dan and the manager Roger, for going above and beyond to fix an issue not of their making!After looking at bedrooms at several stores, we settled on one at Rooms to go. However, as the sales staff at Farmers was so much easier to work with, we asked if they had a comparable set. They had one they could order (based on catalog pics), and we went with it.When it arrived, and was delivered, it was unusable, it was so high that my wife couldnt get into bed without steps - dangerous. I immediately contacted the store, and the manager, Roger (a vet that has traveled the world) arranged to take it back and provide a set that was usable for us.This was customer service going above and beyond, and Farmers is blessed to have such customer service oriented managers in their organization.

I bought a sectional from Farmers and a chair. The chairs backing broke within 2 weeks and the cushions arent very durable either. I would not get anything from this store again.

I’ve Purchased multiple furniture from this store. On out recent visit I purchased a bed. Our saleswoman was a very nice lady. However when it came time to close the deal the customer service department was awful. The ladies were so rude, they had no interest in our questions. She had an attitude the whole time. Not a pleasant experience. Needs better customer service people.

Friendly people with good selection of furniture

First off Lequita is the best salesperson everything else that happened is out of her hands. My husband and I purchased a sectional to be delivered the following week which we were told they would call the day before and set up an appointment. Never called!!!!! I tried calling them the day of delivery but no one would answer the phones!!!! So my husband goes up there and they tell him the phones are down and it will be delivered within 2 hours. Not even 5 minutes later they call saying they are on the way (funny how that worked out). So they deliver and we notice a defect in the stitching so the delivery guy said he would take a picture and make a report and someone would call me to get it straightened out and what not. Guess what no call again go figure so we go up there today a week later and nobody knows what Im talking about. So at this point Im so upset dont even remember her name I talked to but assured me it would be resolved and she would file a report and call me today and yet again they are now closed and no call once again!!!!!! I am done with this place will not recommend to anyone!!!!! Nor will I ever buy anything here again will go somewhere else and pay double just to get better service!!!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend Farmers to anyone! I got behind on 1 payment and the harassment is completely out of control. I was called multiple times a day, including my family even after calling to let them know I would be behind. I was threatened with my account being turned over to their legal department when I wasn’t even 30 days behind. I can’t believe I was treated this way after having an account for over 3 years and I had never been behind on a payment before. I’ve since brought my account back up to date, but the harassment was out of control and embarrassing when my family started getting calls.

Ive never had bad service with Farmers. The only problem Ive had is the quality on occasion, but they remedied the situation and replaced what I needed. Erwin was my sales rep and he made my shopping experience was personal and met my needs.

I love my Farmers Home Furniture in Winder. I bought a sectioal living room suit there. I was very pleased with the helpful sales people. My application and credit check was done and approved while I looked around. A year later I went and got my husband a lawn mower for fathers day. The sales person was very helpful in working out all the details to add this to my account with no money down. Then because we knew nothing about a riding mower when it was dilervered my sales person made a house call to help us learn to use and get the mower started the first time. Couldnt ask for better service. They will always be my go to for whatever I may need in the future. Thanks for great service and great people.

They lied to us!! My husband and I went to Farmers Home Furniture looking for a bed room set. The Sales Consultant (Donna) was very pleasant and a great sales person. We wanted a joint account since we planned on paying the bill together; therefore; we both filled out an application. I asked Donna if they were going to run a credit check, and she informed that they DO NOT go by credit, but by references. We were excited, especially knowing that my husband had an account with them before (was always on time with his payments until it was fully paid for). Once we were done filling out the application, she told us she would give us a call the next morning, but she didnt. So my husband called and spoke with another lady who told him that she could not find our application in the system. My husband had to give all of his information AGAIN over the phone. She then told him that he was approved for $1000. Next day we go to Farmers Furniture to find out that we was not approved at all. We also found out that our application was in fact in system. I found it very bizarre and unprofessional as well. We told the manager who we spoke to over the phone, but they did not attempt to call her to the front (I understand that she was dealing with customer). But still, they should have pulled her to the front to resolve this issue. Couple of days later I got email alert from Credit Karma about my credit being ran by Farmers Home Furniture. Im very pissed off that we were lied to. And I’m sure we are not the only ones that had this issue.

I had a great experience when I need to furnish my new apartment. The sales professionals were all very courteous and took time to understand my budget as well what I needed. The one downside was the washer and dryer that we had agreed upon was sold before I was able to finalize my paperwork, but instead of giving me the tough luck speech, we came to an agreement on a similar set. Although the new set was slightly more expensive, they gave me a great discount on it to make up for the poor timing of the purchase. Once the ink had dried on the paperwork, they went so far to help me load everything into the U-Haul trailer and make sure the tables were properly secured to they wouldnt slide around or get damaged in transit. Being the signed owner of the tables and wash set, the sales and warehouse team could have left me to load everything by myself, but they all pitched in to make sure everything was properly loaded.I know I will return here next time I need furniture.

My first job ever was at farmers fur6in winder over 26 years ago and I have been a long time farmers customer through furnishing several homes and whatever my wife sees that she wants. Quite is an amazing sales professional but just had the most juvenile and unprofessional experience ever with the lir newest manager Brandon. After having our dining room delivered a month ago with a damaged piece which was noted and documented by the great delivery guys..I have had to call numerous times to get a replacement chair...nobody called ne back after every time saying that they would..so went in today to get the chair since me brother wa next door at Walmart w his truck and could get it..and mr Brandon informed me that he could not just give me a chair ..that I had to go get the damaged chair to exchange..now I paid for my delivery..made over half a dozen calls to get it exchanged w no one following through and getting it done..mr manager tells me no sir you can not take the replacement chair..I knew somebody had a damaged chair and I ordered one but doesnt know who..well that would be the managers job to make sure customers werent stuck w damaged furniture and besmirching g the farmers furniture name..but he became co descending..Nd informed me he would do me a favor and bring it out next week..well it isnt a favor to provide the service that I paid for..I told him to schedule to pick up the entire dining room as the contract was not fulfilled since I had not received a damage free product he just huffed and said he would not do that..I have managed businesses my entire life and have owned a business in this town for the better side of a decade and would never treat anyone much less a paying many year customer the way that Brandon did myself..so having our twins first birthday today with damaged furniture that farmers newest super star manager refuses to make right..I will never do business with farmers again and would recommend to anyone who wants a damage free product or at least common decency not to do so as well as long as big guy Balrandon is still the manager at the winder store...got calls in to corporate and will revise this when more progress is made

If you want junk furniture at high prices come here. We were told that our couches had a lifetime warranty on the fabric. It was the pleather style fabric which we were told was great for if you had dogs and kids. Within one year the majority of springs were shot and the couch wasnt even comfortable at all. Then soon after the material started to just peel of as if it were cleaned by a paint thinner. We were told to basically go pound sand for the so called warranty. Very unhappy with our dealings. Will not step foot in another Farmers again.

I would have given 0 stars but the system wouldnt let me. I bought a couch in December 2018 & it broke. Both recliner foot rests are bent & will not close. I started calling around the first of January & after 4 times of calling I finally got someone to talk to me about it. They kept saying, let me look into it, but then would not call back. By the end of January, they said that they would get someone out to look at it. The first week of February, some finally called & said they would be out to look at the couch, but it would be February 23rd before they would be out. The guy looked at the couch & said he could fix it, but would need to order parts. Someone would let us know when it would be fixed. No one called (suprise, suprise, suprise). I called them again & was told by the store manager that he would look into it & call me the next day. He did not (again, suprise, suprise, suprise). I called again & was told the could would be fixed but the parts needed to be ordered. The store manager I talked to did not know when any of this would take place. I said, it will take AT LEAST a week to get the parts, if not longer & then AT LEAST a month or longer for the person to come fix it. All the store manager would say is, that is correct or OK. I told him to quit patrinizing me & he said, oh, this is the way I talk. I finally said, I see you are not going to help me & hung up on him. It is a terrible place & I would STRONGLY recommend not buying from them. They are a rip off & will not stand behind their product. Once they get your money, they could care less. STAY AWAY FROM FARMERS FURNITURE. It may cost a little more somewhere else, but at least you will get someone who stands behind their product. A used car salesman is better then the service you get from Farmers Furniture.

Cheap made wood furniture for the high prices, cheap wood support boards on furniture breaks before you can get it out of box and in your home, definitely shop around, before you waste your time.

Our experience with this business was horrible. We bought a bedroom suit a few months ago. We were informed this specific bedroom suit was no longer going to be sold, so we got it at a very good price. When the bedroom suit was delivered and installed, the frame of the bed was cracked in 4 places, the dresser and night stands were both scratched in multiple places, and there were gummy bears (yes the candy) stuck to the drawers on the foot of the bed. When we called the store associate informed us it was a repossessed suit and was sold as is. When we requested to speak with the manager, we were told he was in a meetif and would called back. 4 months ago to this day he has not returned a call, or spoken to us in store. This company is pathetic and i would NOT suggest it to anybody. It is simply horrible.

Our experience with Farmers Furniture was horrific. The customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. A lady named Donna Moss told me she was the store manager, but wasnt, then blamed us for their store delivering a broken couch and in the wrong color. When I asked for a refund, they credited me $500. back on a $1400 purchase. When I asked for corporate office numbers she played stupid and said she didnt have it and no one there knew it either. Let me mention that I just had a major surgery and I was standing there with drainage tubes still hanging out of my stomach. Now my family is without a couch and still owed $900. I am furious and I wont stop until everyone hears my story and I have all my money back!

All I have to say is Im glad people told me about this place. Ive never liked Aarons and when I came here, they were great!! VERY inexpensive monthly payments. Aarons was trying to charge me $200 for 1 full size mattress USED. Isnt that illegal? Nevermind the fact Aarons furniture always falls apart. I bought a tv from them one time and I still have it and when I watch tv theres lines coming across the screen and they refused to fix it which was their fault. But anyways. Im paying $94 a month for a couch AND a king size mattress set. Great payments. Something I can actually afford. And theres no down payment so thats always a plus. Nevermind the fact farmers home furniture has great customer service and makes you feel very comfortable on what youre purchasing. I will definitely keep coming here until I have all of the furniture items I need to complete my apartment/future house. Am already recommending this company to others! Never been so pleased by getting furniture. Oh and my credit has been improving tremendously by doing monthly payments on this furniture. Aarons doesnt make your credit better ;) #boycottaarons

This was *THE WORST FINANCIAL DECISION* Ive made in a long time. If Google allowed no stars Id still give them one because the staff is nice, but thats where it stops. Lemme tell ya why....- The furniture I bought was pure junk. I was duped into buying it because it seemed nice in the store and had Made in USA tags all over. The salesman continued to assure me that it was very high quality, they had great feedback, etc. *DO NOT BELIEVE THIS*. About 10 days into having my couches one of the cords broke that reclines the outer chairs. Being that Im a mechanic I flipped it over to see if I could fix it myself. What I saw first were all the Made in China stickers EVERYWHERE. Which would explain why after 2 years of light use my couches look like theyre 10-15 years old. The back of one of the loveseats broke within the first year, the cushions have caved in already, the list goes on. Mind you Im a single parent that lives alone. I dont have a lot of traffic through my house and my kids are older and dont jump on furniture.- Next lets talk about the financing. This is a scam, a trap, and **IT WILL HURT YOUR CREDIT IF YOU FINANCE THROUGH THEM*. Also dont fall for the 0% financing trap because I had a 700 credit score and they told me I didnt qualify. I didnt care much because I was planning on paying it off early so interest wouldnt hurt me much anyway and I was hoping some more payment history would further build my credit. WRONG. Not only did my credit score go down 30 points after I paid my furniture off because they show it as a closed account, my credit report shows that out of the 17 perfectly on time payments I made, just *3* were reported. 3. So not only did I get sold junk furniture, they messed up my credit score in the process.- Oh and lets not forget their 1985 way of paying your bill. They have no way to pay online. You either have to physically come to the store every month, call (and get charged) for over the phone payments, or set up bill pay with your bank. I use a small community bank that doesnt have bill pay so I had to physically come to the store to pay my bill every time. What large company doesnt have a way to pay a bill online in 2019?? Farmers Furniture thats who!In conclusion of this review Ill offer those advice that still intend on shopping here...- Do yourself a favor and bring cash or your own lender.- Dont buy into the Made in USA hype because its false advertising and a lie. Dont believe me? Ask them to flip over the furniture so you can see underneath.- Go to Ashleys furniture or somewhere else that actually has quality furniture, financing deals that wont hose you, and up to date ways of paying your bill.Im disgusted by what this purchase has put me through overall but I can guarantee Ill NEVER do it again.Thanks for reading.

Totally Horrific waste of time!!!! I ONLY RATED IT SO I COULD POST THIS I went online and did the credit app to savetime...so I thought.. I went to the store to pick out a lawnmower for my husbands birthday present thats what he wanted Laquita was my sales person, she said everything was fine with our credit app. She gave me a discount on the mower $1299. Then I was informed that it was a additional $450.00 for the bagger. Ok so that was fine, kind of ridiculous but whatever. Also was informed that the delivery fee was $65.00. I live seriously 2 minutes from there. So I told Laquita that I would get a trailer and pick it up tomorrow. So everything was set-up. Asked about a down payment, was told we didnt need one. The next day I called the store around 12:30 to let Laquita know I was picking up the trailer and filling up the gas can. I will be there around 1pm. Arrived at the store...thats when everything we had discussed the day before had changed. Now I needed a $400.00 down payment. I was not prepared for that, it wasnt ever brought to my attention from the day before. They had plenty of time to call me either the night before or that day when I called them. Needless to say we left without the mower, drove over to walmart and purchased one there with no problems at all. This wasnt the first issue Ive had at this store, but I felt like I needed to post this one.. the whole ordeal was totally unnecessary!

The only reason I gave this place a 1 star is to write this review. Never buy anything from this place. They will attempt to charge you full price for items on sale and do not meet the delivery dates promised. Worst sales experience I have ever had. Wow this place is terrible.
