They’re drivers operate trucks like their under the influence. They have zero respect for other drivers on the road and almost caused a fatal accident. Avoid this business. And apparently, based on other reviews, they are thieves.

Will not honor quote price that is promised.We were quoted a lumber package on 8/13/20. The expiration for the quote is 9/12/20. Tried to order the lumber 9/3/2020 and was told they could no longer honor the price and the package had increased 30%Under terms and conditions of the quote it plainly states All pricing will be honored until stated expiration dateI hate posting bad reviews about a company but not living up to your own terms and conditions is very deceitful

Delivery guy stole my cigarettes.. out of everything he could take at the job site and he takes a pack a cigarettes. Really? No shame at all..

Terrible customer service always have you on hold for long periods of time.The sales people are never available and they do not return phone calls!

I had a new house built and moved in this past January. The builder purchased Anderson slider doors 16’ and they have not closed correctly and don’t latch in middle. Carter has not been able to provide anyone to resolve problem and my builder and is are shocked by the lack of Service
