Had an appointment with Walmart optical in Winder Georgia. The doctor was very informative but not very friendly. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The young girl helping me knew exactly what I was looking for.

Bought Tru Religion glasses want to pick it up and they asked me if I wanted to buy True Religion Case???? Everywhere comes with the glasses together. When you buy NEW TV comes in the box!!!!

Glasses and contacts wearer for over 30 years. I appreciated the knowledgeable and professional doctor. He was able to figure out my prescription before I told him which lens was clearer. Staff was very friendly. Oh, and I should also mention, I made a last minute appointment at end of year without any issues. Not a single vision place was available in a 30 mile area except this location.

I called to make an appointment for my daughter which is on the person answering the phone was very rude and acted like she did not want to take the time to make an appointment even though they are on paper system not computer and could not verify the information I was giving her.

I have to give the biggest shout out to Jon in the Winder WALMART Vision Center. I walked in and it was lunch time so know one was there I told him and Melanie that my granddaughter had a basketball game at 4 and her glasses needed a screw or something so she could play . Jon was walking out to lunch but overheard me and turned around took the glasses and went in back While he was doing his work Melanie and I were talking It’s so unusual these days to meet young people who know how to have a conversation but Melanie was so kind and talkative and I just enjoyed her chatting with me In about 10 minutes Jon came out and had repaired the glasses and it was at NO COST!!That doesn’t ever happen these days Jon took time out of his lunch to help someone else and I want him to know it was so appreciated . I currently use a different eye care company but I will be using this location simply because Jon and Melanie were kind and that’s the one thing we need more of in this worldTHANK YOU JON I WILL GET YOU LUNCH SOONTHANK YOU MELANIE YOU WERE SIMPLY A DELIGHT TO HANG OUT WITH!!

I have had a very good experience with this office. The doctor was very thorough and made sure I had what I needed and the girls that work on the frames sales floor are knowledgeable and sweet. I will definitely keep using this office.

I called last Tuesday to set up an appointment. I was told no Dr was available last week. I made an appointment for this morning at 9. No Dr available until 10. They could not locate my appointment. Another man came in to see if they could repair a pair of glasses he had purchased there.they wouldnt repair the glasses.This is not a business I wish to patronize.

Takes their sweet time just sits and walks back and fourth, two lady’s that just seem like they hate their job aren’t really friendly. Jenny was really polite she greeted us and was really sweet .

I visited Walmart vision center 0n 2/24/2020 and Dr. M. Serrano and staff was amazing and professional

It’s a joke. After repeatedly telling the eye doctor I cannot see, she’s telling me I’m seeing perfectly fine and there’s nothing they can do about it. I would NOT pay for an eye exam if I could already see. Do not go here. Waste of time and money.

I walked in trying to get a simple repair then was told it would be a while when there were 3 people with a single customer. As I waited someone else walked in with a repair job and was helped right away.

I would give zero stars if it was an option!! Worst experience ever. We had an 11:30am appt. Another patient who had an appt at noon got called back before we did just because she checked in first. We were on time, the other patient was early. When I asked about it, they said they got behind. I reminded her our appt was first. Her reply was they got out of order! Why bother making an appt!! Not to mention the doctor is in no hurry at all as she walks back and forth.

Wish I could comment without giving any stars this place is horrible. No one will listen to anything you ask and they dont explain anything 😒

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I dont know who is over these place but they are not doing there job. Not recommend!! 0 stars!

These people are INFURIATING! Constant lies about extras being required by insurance that arent. And, apparently the only one there with authority is the Dr, who is there all of about 3 hours of the four days they work.

Doctor was helpful, reasonably priced. My contacts shipped and were delivered in 5 days.

I dont even want to rate someone or group that sucks! I feel like Im looking cross eyed and they dont know crap and the lenses suck! I think they hire flunkys or just off the street! Will never be back in any Walmart vision centers!

This place is a joke. No one knows what is going on or how to make an appointment. I decided to go elsewhere.

I wouldnt give them a star . They embarrass me in front of everyone and rushed my eye exam ! And also one doctor was being so rude and stuck up I would recommend NOT I repeat NOT go to Walmart vision center in Winder Ga!
