This has got to be the worst pharmacy ever. Customer service is awful, you stand there 15 mins before anyone acknowledges youre even there. Then they want to have an attitude when you ask any questions about your prescription or insurance. We have been waiting 2.5 hours for my sons inhaler and medication the doctor sent over. Its like this everything I have to come here. Will definitely be switching pharmacies.

Pharmacy knows what theyre doing, very educated on my questions and no wait time.

The pharmacy here is terrible. I have given them multiple opportunities and every time its worse than the one before. Tonight was the last straw and I will never be going back here.My sons doctor sent his perscription over to CVS around noon. I waited until 5 to go pick it up thinking that should have given them plenty of time to fill it. I have 3 young kids so I used the drive thru when I got there. I waited in line for 20+ min and finally got to the window. There was no one there so I waited a bit and after a few minutes rang the bell. A lady walked up and I told her I was picking up, ect. She tells me it has not been filled yet. So I asked when I should come back. She proceeds to yell at me saying she has no idea, why didnt I wait until I got a text . Its only her and one other person she cant fill an order if shes over here helping people.... I was so taken aback by her attitude I didnt even know what to say. Also now the pharmacy is closed for the day and I never got a text that my perscription was filled. My poor son has to go another day without his meds cause of them.

Always top notch customer service for me. Friendly staff ready to help.Last minute prescription called in from the doctor yesterday evening. Called to check at pharmacy they were so polite and when I went to pick up I did the drive thru and yes a little wait but seriously its a drive thru pharmacy, extremely courteous professional customer service. This store is awesome!!

If the drive through has a line, go inside. Much quicker.

I dont understand why the phone calls, texts, Dr. Approvals etc they txt and call 4 times meds are ready, no where to be found?

Sitting here at CVS listening to a woman in the pharmacy instruct a COVID test, and I’m amazed as to how rude she’s being. Kindness in this world right now goes a long way people...

I agree with there ratings. This is the worst cvs. Pharmacy is slow and they dont seem to care.From time to time the send me surveys. I give them terrible reviews, it seems to get worse.

This place is not smart enough to do covid testing in a separate area from the drive-through where people pick up prescriptions. So dont bother making an appointment for a test because youre just going to sit and wait in a long line of people anyway. Its also not fair to people just picking up prescriptions because they have to sit behind somebody getting a covid test.

If I could give them zero Stars I would willing to drop off a prescription for a family member and they said that they have never feel that type of medication before for him and seem to me that they are profiling people based on their color and the type of medication it is I will never shop there again FYI CVS everybody who receives narcotic medicine is not a pill addict

This location in Winder for me has been very supportive during this covid19 health emergency. The home delivery is wonderful too. The pharmacy staff is very polite and helpful. Thank you!

The pharmacy could not give me a price of an item over the phone for a non prescription med. Im sending someone so that is not helpful at all!

Horrible, rude, bad service, took longer to get the medicine than it did to get the tooth pulled.Ps. They hate good Rx coupons, so make sure you use one :)

They do not offer refunds for online purchases and have poor photo development. Poor customer service.

A complete disgrace. Incredibly rude and unprofessional. On top of that, they are extremely slow. If you can go anywhere else, save yourself the misery.

Literally the worst service ever, went there to buy the Claritin D, but they did not have them and was gonna walk out to buy them from walgreen right across the street, but they recommended me allergy medicine that is similar to Claritin D (according to the cashier at there) and I purchased it, then later on there was some substance that I cannot take so I went there for the return (I was already home by then) when I went there they told me that I need to bring the credit card I bought the medicine with so I went back home to grab the card. When I arrived at the store they said this product cannot be returned because it contained some substances which dont allow customers to return according to government (according what they say) firstly they shouldnt have recommended me any product that cant be returned, honestly walgreen across the street has way better product services and product than CVS. I really would like to recommend all other people to go shop at walgreen across the street.

Store is very dated on the outside. Faded red signage on the windows which makes it look dirty. The drive thru pharmacy is ok but a few of the employees just seem grouchy and rude.I lowered it to 2 stars because of the lack of organization. The drive thru moves slowly and inside isnt much better. Terribly understaffed for the Pharmacy. Photos and regular checkout are fine. You can get in and out. But if you go to the pharmacy and its busy, youre looking at 30 minutes minimal on the drive thru and probably 20 minutes inside. Inside of the store is dirty. It needs a deep clean everywhere.

Most of the staff are nice, but I have called more than once and had to wait 10-30 minutes for someone to answer. They definitely need to have more help.

I have nothing but praise for this store and pharmacy. They are very friendly and are quick to get my order ready. They treat you with respect.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was trying to get information about my prescription and was on hold for 37 minutes! When someone finally answered the phone, she has an attitude when I told her how long I’d been on hold and told me they had 5 phone calls!!! Really? At least have the decency to pick up the phone and check with the customer explaining that you’re busy. But 5 calls in 37 minutes!!! My word! In the end I called Walgreens and after waiting 3 minutes a very nice person helped in moving ALL of my prescriptions across the street to Walgreens.

I am a regular at this location and have been for the past two years. The front store staff is always friendly and helpful. The pharmacy staff has always been very helpful. It is true they have been out of some meds, only twice in my two years and I do get Rxs filled regularly here...but when they have been out they have been very accommodating...I have gotten partial fills and have waited one day at most for the meds. I saw a few bad reviews and felt compelled to write my experience.

Dont know what these one star whiners are complaining about..mayne they are just silcer spoon fed better have it on my time kind of people,I have NEVER had a problem with cvs,and the lady who said the line goes all the way outside is out of her mind or delusional. Worst service I’ve ever seen especially at the drive-through not friendly and very Slow

No cares to give! Consistently prescriptions cant be processed because they are out of stock. Head pharmacist promises she is going to order it and then weeks go by, yes I said WEEKS go by and she never followed up WITH ANYONE. Prescription still cant be filled. Most times it requires MULTIPLE trips to pick up a prescription! Its ridiculous! More than once its taken almost an entire month to get a prescription filled that I have been having filled at winder CVS monthly for more than two years. You would think they could atleast fill monthly prescriptions for repeat customers but thats not the case. Their system for notifying you that scripts are ready is delayed by days even if it does make the call or text. Not a person in that pharmacy from the techs to the pharmacist give two craps about their job performance or the service they provide, other wise it wouldnt continue to happen time and time again.The worst happened recently, I was hit by a car at a stop sign spent the day in the emergency room. My husband and I dropped the prescriptions off at the Winder CVS at 445 Sunday, they said it would be an hour we explain the situation and how badly the two prescriptions were needed to manage pain and be able to breathe since I had bruised my heart Along with the entire left side of my chest from my seatbelt holding me in. We asked can we wait? Can it be done sooner because medications from hospital were wearing off and I was finding it extremely painful to breathe... the tech without empathy repeated herself, it will be done in an hour we will call you when its done! well guess what.. The call never came and the tech failed to mention they were closing in one hour as well, even though online it says they are open. We got back down there at 6:09 and they were closed for the night. I was in so much pain and having difficulty breathing that we almost called ambulance services however we continued back to the emergency room so that I would be able to breathe through the night until Winder CVS opened at 8 AM. When I called in the AM to ensure the prescription was ready I was informed it had been done at 5:30. Under the circumstances and communication we had with them while dropping off both scripts someone shouldve made sure the call went thru for pick up or that the prescription was picked up before they closed, however, they could care less!Go somewhere else their location is the lowest quality service of any pharmacy nationwide, hands down, I guarantee it!!! Its always the worst waits and experience at the Winder location Ive ever had in 20 years of using CVS. All they offer there are excuses. Their 2.6 rating is putting it nicely!!!

The pharmacy is usually short staffed with very long wait times. Sometimes the line goes around the building outside and inside is even worse. Today after waiting for a long time i get told that they dont have the medication and wont have it fur a week so I waited for nothing 🤔😣 and have no medicine

Pharmacy is horrible. Promised a medication would be there the next day. I was promised 5 times it would be there the next day. After the 5th time I picked up my prescription and took it to Publix. Publix had it the next day as promised! Instead of promising without checking. They should have called to see what the hold up was. It seemed like they didnt want to be bothered. Even though twice when I was in the store checking on it. They had 6 people behind the counter. Some were working on scripts. A few were standing around talking. Publix and Walmart pharmacy have better service.

Incompetent. Unable to use their own systems to process a prescription. Medications not ready when they say they will be. Supposed to call physician and have medications ready, days later still no prescription and no contact from pharmacy Taking my business across the street. At least they get them right.

Maybe the store needs extra staff or something because it leads them to be rude on the phone.

Just called and spoke with a guy named Jonathon, and he hung up on me twice, and then when he finally let me talk he had a attitude with me. Will never shop here again
