Bought console for 200 dollars, which come to find out later that was the same price as a brand new listing of the item. Later that week i returned it looking better cleaned up put a screen protector and tried to pawn it because i got my old one fixed. They were gonna pay me 75. Watch youre butts they will play you.

I dont write reviews but felt it was only right after my experience today. Alex was amazing and so helpful. I came in with my 2 little ones, stressed to the max and a mess, bringing literally all I had left to try to afford my power bill and he saved me. I walked out of there so relieved and his customer service changed my whole attitude and day. Not to mention the rest of the staff seemed like family and were very friendly and funny. I will always go to this shop. Thank you Alex.

I was just in this pawn shop today waiting behind two gentlemen selling an Item and overheard this skinny tweaker looking employee bad mouthing law enforcement after he said he was law enforcement for many years. I walked out disgusted, wondering who the first person he would call if they had an emergency.

The staff will always look out for you if youre a frequent buyer as its a win for both parties.
