The service at Sherwin Williams in Winder was great and the attention to detail by the customer service by the name of Griffin was one for the books. Thank You for the attention to details.

Always a pleasure to shop at Sherwin -Williams. All of the employees are knowledgeable and courteous both over the phone and in person. So much easier than going into the big stores just for paint.

I like Sherwin Williams paint for its quality and performance. Sometimes when I have gone in to the store it has been a little hit & miss in getting someone to help me who is knowledgeable enough in finding what I am looking for. Not to sound sexist towards any men, but I hope to see a female employee employed. That could be helpful in helping with selecting paint for a more feminine styled taste and about different decor styles in painting rooms. Some younger male employees didnt know what I was talking about sometimes, so I make sure I bring any photos or magazines with me, that I love to help my shopping for paint go easier. I love when they have 40% off, that is the best time to go!

Went there yesterday and asked employee named Juan for a special order of lacquer paint. Juan took all of my info. and said he would call when it was ready, they closed and I did not hear back. Had to call today and was told Juan did not do anything regarding order from yesterday. I needed lacquer for a job today and now am behind because of someone who didn’t even bother to prepare product. Highly disappointed with customer service received from Juan.

A busy Saturday morning with alot of customers. Sales associates were swamped and handled themselves professionally, multitasking, and courteously. More that happy to answer questions. Their confidence increased mine in tackling this job myself!

We have purchased paint for years from this location. We decided to try the lacquer paints and it was a disaster. The manager Rick stated they could do a dull finish, I called to ask why does the container say satin gloss, he then said it doesnt matter what the can says because its dull. This makes no sense to me but we spray it and its very glossy, we get credit for it the color was Mega Greige. We also ordered the Caviar color and its doing the same thing, he refuse to give us a credit for it or even an exchange. They are not well informed of the products unless youre sticking to strictly wall paint.

We have remodeled 4 homes with Sherwin Williams paint both here and in Florida. Love their brand and I cant say enough about the great helpful staff at both stores. we have been very pleased and people always ask us what we used and the color choices...we tell the go to Sherwin Williams you cant beat the products or staff.
