Steva and Deidra were so helpful in my move to Georgia. After reading reviews, knew this was the only place to go!

The customer service is unmatched at this location. The owners of the business are extremely kind and personable, and I feel like my things are truly safe at this facility. They may not be the cheapest option around, but they are a dependable facility and are worth the marginal difference in rates that you may find when looking around.

Just rented a unit here due to a move. Facility is neat, clean, and secure. Glen and Steva were SUPER HELPFUL and SUPER NICE !! They made everything very painless. You would not regret renting here.

Weve had our stuff stored here for about 2 years now and are in the process of Downgrading to a smaller unit. Steva in the office kept her eyes and ears open for a smaller unit to come available. Sure enough as soon as one was open for rent she immediately contacted us. That right there shows true care for your customers.Not to mention her amazing personality and the humor that just picks you up if youre having a rough day. This is a very clean and secure storage facility. My personal experience with the clerks was great. They went out of their way to help me with some boxes and were very nice

I had a very pleasant experience renting this storage unit. Steva and Glenn were above and beyond helpful. They were very friendly and took time to make sure my passcode worked the gate and that I knew where my unit was and how to properly lock it. They also had a cart that I could use to transport more boxes at once. My unit is climate controlled and it is clean and well lit. Also, I called around to A LOT of storage places and they are about $50 cheaper for the same size unit elsewhere.

Steva was such a great help when I initially called and I didnt think they had a unit I was looking for she tried to suggest places for me to call. When it comes to customer service I value when someone goes out of their way to help knowing they may not get the sale or the contract but would rather help someone than not. That was a big plus in my decision making process on where to rent a unit to store my items. Thanks for a great experience. Definitely recommend them to any of my friends.

Rented an RV storage space at this location for 14 months. Extremely easy process and amazing people. Steva and her husband went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Excellent service...discounts for those who served or serve in the military, police or firefighters.Used them for three years while working overseas.Easy payment system and very responsive to any questions.There is one hole that should be fixed outside the entrance to the large temp controlled building. When that is fixed Id give it a 5-Star

Ive had a unit here for a few months and have absolutely no complaints! They have a great system, easy to use! More importantly they are wonderful people!! Always kind and polite! They have went above and beyond to help me! As a single mother that means the world to me!!

I came in to this location expecting rent out a Contractors Unit I explained that we would visit my space a lot and be there for a few hours cleaning trucks and equipment and placing it in storage. We also reserved two spots that o discounted because no one could back into them. I was very upfront that we are a landscape company and had a lot of items to bring in and as we all know that takes time. I waited almost a week if not two to start setting my unit up. I was stopped 10 minutes after showing up building my shelves. I was told by the Male manager that I cant Set up shop here and that i needed to move my truck so i did not block people in. I was also greeted with attitude and told i cant be at my locker for more than 15 minutes. So i packed my gear and left. I went to another storage facility where i now rent 5 units from and couldnt be happier. I really did not want to write this review but was forced. Reason why is I asked for half my money back being i used one of my 3 rental spaces for 15 minutes. I also felt i was very upfront about my intentions and still got the Sure just please rent form us Attitude. In return a few weeks later i got a check for 81$ after speaking to a manager. The check was laughable and not even close. For such a nice and clean facility. The people running it let me down and my company. Im out close to 400.00$ for 15 minutes of use. I gave this place two stars being it is a really nice facility and very clean. If things would have worked out they would be making over 700 a month from me right now and have 5 stars. Attitude is everything in the business world.

I encountered a very pleasant, personable and professional woman when I rented my unit on Monday. She even remembered that I was having a medical procedure today and called me to see how I was doing. Safe and secure lot.

Good service, very okay prices. And every single box we had in the unit was roach infested. We now have a roach problem in the home we just moved into and were told we are just out of luck, then preceeded to ask us to come here and rate them 5 stars. Pretty poor way to garner good reviews.

Steva and Glenn were fantastic. Professional and friendly. So glad we decided to store our camper at their new covered facility.The only way our experience would have been better is if their computer system and software wasn’t lagging and slow. Because of the sustem’s pw mance, it took nearly an hour. Corporate needs to do something about this ASAP.

“Steva” is very thorough when it comes to her job. She called me and assisted me very diligently when I was having Issues paying my bill online using “Safari”. When you use an iPhone to use their “pay my bill” on their app you have to use “Chrome” if you are you using an iPhone! I did not know that. Stevea called me and help me figure out what was going wrong. Thank you Stevea!

I love the couple u have running the winder location. They know their business. Very friendly. I love Steva. I am sure i spelled her name wrong. The place is very clean and in order and they always have what i need. No matter it be a unit, locks, packing materials or just an open ear williang to listen.
