Overall positive experience. In and out pretty quickly - the man behind the counter stayed behind the counter until I asked for his help - which is nice. (I don’t like being stalked)Only negative would be the way the products are organized - which made it hard to find things.

Fast friendly service. Went in had battery tested, it was bad. Bought new one and installed. 10 mins and back on road

It was a good transaction. I told the guy what I needed he walked me over to the headlight bulbs we picked a set out I paid and was done in under 10 minutes.

Will not exchange a battery bought one week ago giving starting issues. Given advice the battery may have a bad cell, and now have to purchase another new battery just to test. Was told it was likely the alternator when that has tested fine multiple times. Waste of time and money. Didnt have an issue until I purchased the new battery.

I always use Advance Auto for my auto needs. I usually use the online ordering (with discounts) and pick up the parts on my way home. A couple of times the online “perfect match” for my vehicle was not perfect. The always exchange the wrong components and give me the right ones. Got brake rotors and pads for my Escape and had to exchanged them- no problem!!! Very helpful staff and usually have what I need.. Definitely my first choice when getting parts for my family’s cars.

Oil price selection was not varied at all, $5.50~ for low end oil and $8.90~ for anything brand name. Also bought some glass microfiber cloths. Which are quite exqusite. Had a bucket of window wash for customers. Counter person was pleasant.

I used to go to the new AutoZone down the road but I like this place better because the people are friendlier, they have a much bigger selection, and I dont get that feeling that Im on the spot when Im looking around.

The web says the store ours are 8pm on fridays and I drove all the way there and they had closed at 7pm, I was there at 707pm. CLOSED!!!! Post the right hours so your customers dont waste their time and gas.

Autozone is better. Get rid of the yellow..
