This business is located inside a country convenience store and gas station. It has enough space for four adults to work in and is how it was staffed when I visited.I dont know much about coffee drinks so Im in no position to tell anyone how well theirs are. I ordered an iced latte and it was good tasting, but, as I said, dont rely on my opinion in this regard. My suggestion would be for them to cut back on the amount of ice in the drink order.My order was presented in a reasonable amount of time and was enjoyable. When I visited, around noon on a Sunday, all that was left for food was some assorted bagels. Based on the space for food items, Im guessing they run out quickly. If people are needing something to eat late in the morning, I suggest those people look elsewhere.Their business seems mostly based on their drive through sales and not walk in.

Should be able to put zero stars. I dont know WHO runs this place or OWNS it. Should be ashamed of yourself! Rock solid bagels being sold, donuts are old. Employees cant even shake a coffee. Never going back!

Great spot but the employees seem to take operating hours into their own hands. Three times I have gone to that Honey Dew and either an employee was closing early or it was not open at the posted time.Dunkin Donuts is much more reliable with being open.

11:45 in the afternoon on a Sunday I sat in the drive thru for a few (2-3) minutes waiting for someone to come to the speaker to place my order, even threw out a “hello?”...nothing. Pull up to the window figuring maybe the speaker or sensor wasn’t working, sat there for the same amount of time...nothing. Park the truck and go to the counter, the girl is on her CELL PHONE having a conversation in Spanish. Didn’t look at me or give me a simple “sorry this is important I’ll be right with you”. I just walked out the door. Won’t be going back to this place simply because of this one interaction. No wonder their food trays were empty.

This Honeydew is one of the best in the area. The staff is so friendly and everything I have ever ordered has, not only been prepared correctly, but with care. Everything tastes great too!!

How can anyone comment and say good service? This place is a slowest service in existence. The new staff is rude also. If you want drive-thru coffee go somewhere else unless you like to wait a long time. If you go inside in hopes of quicker service you are sadly mistaken.

Clean, busy country barn store. There is no sign advertising Honey Dew. We saw a drive thru and there looking for coffee. Coffee was ok, apple cinnamon donuts ok.

They have the most amazing sparkling water and iced teas!

I just left the drive through. I ordered two black coffees and two glazed donuts. I had to remind the women THREE times what I ordered. Inside there was only one man in line who the women working was comparing to, saying she has been getting yelled at all day for messing up orders as she laughed and said she did not care. The man in line was starting at us in the drive through not knowing what to say. One we finally received our order the donuts had dirt on them from the very dirty racks they were on. I am absolutely discussed by this experience and I would recommend NEVER going to this facility.

Went there around 11AM today. One of the staff was counting change and completely ignored me. Finally, she huffed at me and allowed me to place my order. She took my credit card without gloves or washing her hands after handling the coins.There were no masks or gloves on any of the staff including the person preparing my sandwich. It was really disturbing. And they screwed up my order.

Way under staff. Get ready to spend at least 10 min in line. Staff just don’t get that ppl are just in a rush in the morning and we can spend time waiting for coffee.

The Honey Dew Donuts is is located at the intersection between Rt. 128, and Rt. 111, where the old Waterhouse Store used to be.I remember when this place was a convenience store with just a couple gas pumps in the front of the store.Now, they turned that area into parking spaces, and put more than enough gas pumps on the side of the store. Including pumps for large trucks.The Honey Dew Donuts is located inside, but if you drive around back, there is also a drive-thru if you just want a coffee and a donut. Or, a breakfast sandwich.So, its not only a Honey Dew Donut shop, but you can fill your gas tank there too, or run inside and grab a cold drink and a snack.

Horrible I went there and because they had over cooked my breakfast I stopped for 5 months. This morning I wanted Honey Dew so I went over thinking it would have gotten better. Well I was wrong I ordered a small mocha ice and asked for a sausage and cheese no egg on an onion bagel. Received a small reg ice coffee which I told them I asked for mocha they fixed that I waited for my sandwich and I should have checked and I didnt I got to work and opened it up and got a plain bagel with egg and sausage no cheese needless to say I threw it away. So disappointed with them I will not be going back again

Honey Dew Donuts in The Waterhouse; 18 Mammoth Rd; Windham, NHI want to start by saying, this Honey Dew “was” my morning stop for the past 19 years, and up until around July-August of last year, there was a great group ofyoung men running this location daily who were spot on with my food and coffee as well as very friendly. However, this morning (25 Feb 2019) ended that forever. Over the past months, I noticed the crew running this location had changed with nearly a 100% turn-over, as product availability & service also fell apart. As mentioned, this morning was my last time doing business here. Four of my last Five times pulling up to the drive-thru and ordering, they take my order, I pull forward and wait in a line that hardly existed prior to last summer, I wait, then when I get to the window, they tell me they’re out of what I had just ordered at the speaker, then attempt to sell me alternative items I hadn’t ordered. Their ability to maintain simple inventory and stock, is SERIOUSLY lacking. Running out of something as common as Everything Bagels at 8-9am on a weekday once or twice, may happen, HOWEVER, after 4 out of my last 5 attempts to order here, is not just bad luck on my part. Now, for today’s visit, I order an everything bagel and large coffee from a woman over the drive-thru speaker, she takes my order, then I pull up and wait in the line. I get to the drive-thru window, the same woman (the manager) takes my card for payment, runs the payment through, then proceeds in telling me they are out of what I ordered. I told her I wanted my refund, because I had only wanted what I originally ordered at the speaker. I told her this had happened to me before, and that they need to start stocking more and pointed out it was only 8:45a in the morning, I also told her to cancel my order, I’d be going elsewhere for breakfast, I then handed her my card, for her to reverse the charge. While the woman who took my order was doing this, a young blonde girl working there, decided to intervene by asking me “is this the only kind of bagel you like” with what I thought was genuine concern for just a split second, until I realized she was mocking me, my reply “yes, that’s why I ordered it”. Her reply to that “well others like them too, that’s why we run out” to which I said “that’s why you need to stock more”, seemed like a somewhat simple response and fix. However, she then replied with “Wow, you’re Ignorant”. I replied, “what did you say ?”, she said it again. The other woman (who I later found to be the manager) had finished reversing the charges for my card, as I left in total disgust. I didn’t get far, since this really bothered me as I was driving around, so I returned to the store, this time I went inside to the counter. I hear the young blond employee say snidely “Oh, he’s back”. I asked her for her first name, as she had no name tag, she replied “I’m not giving you my name”. I then asked for the manager’s name, and the original woman who took my order said “that’s me”. I told the manager “you need to take care of your problem” pointing at the younger employee, quite frankly, I was really surprised that this even occurred in the presence of a manager who did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. So I asked the manager for the owners’ information, only to find out, wait for it, that the Owner was also standing right there as this employee continued to be nasty. Moral of the story, Don’t hire and keep employed “over-privileged snotty children” as employees, take an inventory chain supply and demand class and lastly, Customer Service 101.

Rt. 128, and Rt. 111, old Waterhouse Store location was great until new younger staff...never experienced worse customer service in my life.

I was at the one in Windam and the customer service was very odd. I felt so uncomfortable I really felt like walking away, but I didnt because I really wanted a few donuts but ended up not even bothering to ask the employee because I know I was bothering him. I probably will be taking a break from this honey dew for a while

I have only been to this shop once. The morning I was there it was before the fresh baked goods were delivered, which was a little disappointing. The coffee was good and the girl behind the counter was both friendly and apologetic even though I assured her I knew it wasnt her fault they didnt have any doughnuts yet.... l d go back and hopefully they will have food so I can say weather or not they are better than Dunks...

The owner tried to take my order while he was standing on the order counter bare foot fiddling with some wires in the ceiling. Seeing that mans bare feet at near eye level made me lose my appetite.

This is my last attempt with this place. On their menu they advertise *frozen red bull*. Last couple times I went there they said they didnt have any red bull and to come back another time.Today I went back and I was told to just buy the red bull from the gas station and they would make it for me. So I bought a 12 ounce redbull (from the gas station), then asked the cashier at honey dew how much it would be....$4.49!!!!!!I could understand that price if I hadnt purchased the redbull. I said that to the cashier, he looked at me like I had 10 heads.I told him I was not paying $4.49 to crush ice in a blender.This isnt the first issue with this location. Unsatisfactory customer service......and they should probably update their menu to reflect what they actually offer.

They never get my order right, full of teens that sit on their phones, goofing off and frequently short change you. The manager looks like shes on drugs.
