We went to Cyrs looking for sliding patio doors to replace our old doors. Dan Neveu helped us through the process. He got us exactly what we wanted, special ordered the doors from Andersen. Dan organized the installation and made sure everything was done correctly. The installers were great, we love the new doors! We will definitely see Dan for our next project!!

Our initial meeting with Jess for a kitchen remodel was fantastic. She is really great. I am really hoping things work out and we end up using them for the remodel.Update on 12/8/20 - After getting the quote for work without anybody even coming out to the house to review what needed to be done we decided to go with another company. I just felt like it was strange that you could give a quote for work without knowing what work is involved.Regardless, my initial assessment of Jess still stands. We loved her design work but unfortunately the quote left us too nervous to go with Cyr.

Excellent selection of hardware. Clean and well organized. And I was surprised how reasonably priced everything is. I just need to stop going to home depot for everything and start coming here more. They always have what I need.

I contracted with Cyr Kitchen & Bath to design and install a new kitchen as part of a entire house renovation and remodel. Once the project was finally completed I noticed a problem with the hood over the stove and the shelves that were installed in the pantry. Initially I was experiencing unresponsiveness it getting the issues resolved until Janelle DeCosta got involved and the issues were resolved in a matter of 2 weeks.

Used the curbside pick up and it was so easy. Ordered online through the Ace website at night (store was closed) and I got an email that my order was ready for pick up at 7:05 AM the next day. Super fast!!! The pick up went smoothly, customer service rep placed the goods in back seat of car through open window, no need for contact. Can only get this type of service at your local hardware store.

We went thru Cyr Lumber to order our new kitchen cabinets. Sara Buckley was extremely helpful and patient with us as we explored different options in designs, colors and kitchen supplies. Sara stayed always in touch and helped us resolve all issues that came up. Very happy with the service!

Some lady with blond hair knocked on my window twice. I rolled my window down and she said and I quote Are you going to move ?? This is MY spot .Now mind you there is no signs or writing anywhere in the lot designating VIP spots. Its a CUSTOMER parking lot, so I was extremely confused and a little put off. I asked oh im sorry ...this is YOUR spot, your ACTUAL spot? She said and I quote yes, im a Cyr.Unbelievable ! I will never shop there and will make sure to tell my experiance.

I used Cyr Lumber for a 1,000 sq. foot renovation project at my house. I had an indoor pool and spa and at 27 years old, it was time to go. The Cyr Lumber crew took on this innovative project with enthusiasm. Every contractor that the project Director, Bill, sent in was trustworthy and respectful. Janelle and Astrid, working on design and scheduling, were always very accessible to me and very responsive. The job came out beautiful; even the snags we hit here and there were managed in a professional, courteous manner. I cant wait to bring Cyr into my home again for a kitchen remodel!

I live pretty close to Cyr and am often in for hardware. I would give 4 stars or higher but what I find is it is often hard to find help for what you are looking for. In fact, when you go to the service desk (which I have done several times on various occasions) I feel treated more like an annoyance versus a customer. This is a consistent experience for me. For example, I went in yesterday to ask if they had garage door track, and the gentleman at the counter was less than helpful. He stated I needed to know the door manufacturer, which is not true as long as you match dimensions and contours of the track (this is track, not a door section; to make the point, I have since found what I needed elsewhere without this info). When I asked if he could show me a catalogue or picture of what track they could order he looked at me like I had three eyes. No he had no catalogue he could show me. He didnt even ask the track dimensions I was looking for--made no effort at all to learn more about what I needed. What a shame. Id prefer shopping outside big-box chains but honestly the consistent customer experience leaves me headed for the orange or blue alternatives, or a bit longer of a drive up the road for another local lumber yard.

Everyone who came to our home was professional and courteous in addition to their expertise in construction. The kitchen is now just beautiful and we couldnt be any happier.

Got what I needed with great help

This past February we contracted Cyr Lumber to remodel our kitchen. Our experience working with them was EXCELLENT from beginning to end. It all started with our designer Camila, who created a beautiful design. We worked with her over a couple of weeks going over the design and while she provided a lot of guidance, she was open to accommodating a lot of our wishes. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted and we couldn’t be happier.Once the design was completed, we were assigned a Project Manager named Janelle. She was also amazing. She provided a week by week schedule of the activities and they were pretty much right on schedule. She provided weekly (sometimes daily) updates on the progress, which was extremely helpful. She was also very responsive to all our questions, and believe me we had a LOT of questions.The workmanship was also excellent. The workers that were in the house were also great to work with. They cleaned the area every day after they were done and they were very accommodating to the changes we requested as the project progressed.Of course, there are always things that require modifications as the work is being done, but they Cyr team was right on the ball every time we brought up an issue or a concern.If you are thinking about remodeling your kitchen, I highly recommend the Cyr Lumber team to take care of your needs. Our next project is our master bathroom and Cyr Lumber will be our first call to do it.

Have used Ace/CYR for a couple of years in Windham. Trying to support smaller, local retailers verses big box stores. Unfortunately, they refuse to use masks for employees and create an unsafe retail environment for those vulnerable to Covid. We will have to now chose retailers who do respect our health and their employees as well.

We wanted our bathroom remodeled and didnt know where to start.We went to Cyr Lumber and were fortunate to meet Nicole, who ended up being our designer. Being our first remodel, we had endless questions. Nicole answered them all.Our job started the last week of November.Janelle, a coordinator, guided us through the work, communicating each day the work to be performed, and answered numerous questions regarding products and process.All the workmen went about their tasks in a profession and courteous manner.There were problems and we found them swiftly addressed and resolved.All in all, the result exceeded our expectations.We highly recommend Cyr Lumber for remodeling projects.

A real hardware store where you can get answers instead of wandering around the big box stores trying to find someone that has a clue.

We used Cyr Lumber (Nicole Houle was our designer) for a bathroom remodeling (master) for our home, originally build in the mid 1990s. We were very pleased with the professionalism of Nicole, Janelle the project scheduler, and all of the subcontractors who supported this project (demo, framing, plumbing, tile install, etc. -we completely gutted and rebuilt the bathroom). The project was more expensive than we anticipated but we are very pleased with the results.

After a couple of bad experiences with recommended kitchen contractors, we were still looking for someone to remodel our kitchen. On a whim, we called Cyr Lumber. It was the best thing we ever did. Within a few days, Camilla had our job quoted, cabinets ordered and an installation date booked. The installation went seamlessly, with Camilla and Janelle keeping us informed along every step of the way. Questions were answered promptly and the the installation was done ahead of schedule. They both did a fantastic job and we couldnt be happier. We also recently remodeled a bathroom and used another contractor. The job started well before Cyrs did, finished well after and was extremely painful. I only wish we had contacted Cyr first. Call Camilla and Janelle. You wont be sorry!

This is a good place to get what you need without a Hassel

Just finished our kitchen, and downstairs half bath. Lynne was our designer from the Salem showroom. It came out just as I had hoped. The team faced many challenges from plumbing, electric and uneven walls and floors but it all came together into a fantastic kitchen and dining room.

The customer service and the attention of the staff to ensuring customer satisfaction is outstanding. I recently purchased a snow blower from this location and the staff went out of their way first trying to explore multiple options how best to transport snow blower in my car. When that did not pen out, the staff was extra accommodating in finding alternate transportation solution.Not having visited the store previously, I was also impressed how clean and how ease it was to navigate around the store.

Cyr Lumber in Windham NH is an extreme case of Dont Judge a Book by its Cover It doesnt appear to be much of a store from the storefront view or quick ride by.Dont be fooled !This store isnt gigantic inside but its larger than it appears and they somehow seem to stock pretty much everything, anything and more. Especially compared to what youll find in the 2 large box stores.Plus, these guys, KNOW their stuff !!They dont just hire anybody, with Super Basic Knowledge, or No Knowledge Whatsoever, in their dept.They also carry so many items that you Will Not Find in the 2 large Orange and Blue, Box Stores.They have an enormous, covered lumber yard out back. If you really need something and do not want to make multiple trips back to a store. Start Here !!Their prices are fair, sometimes better, sometimes worse. That being said, you wont be making multiple trips, so it all works out in the end.. Pics below are of the lumber and other stuff I bought from them to build my own shed.

Horrible place to do business brought them a completely designed deck with plans and complete dimensions and a 3D design also 9400$ worth of material we we’re missing 2500$$$ dollars in material and we were told to basically get out we don’t want your business it’s not there problem that’s just bad business for sure

After many years of debate and narrowing down what we wanted our new kitchen and bathroom at home to look like in style and function, my husband and I went to Cyr Kitchen and Bath for an estimate. Right from the moment we met Tiasha, she understood immediately what we wanted. We were provided CAD drawings and samples to look at. The work actually started earlier that we expected and finished earlier than we expected. Janelle, project coordinator, and Tiasha, the designer, sent emails each day telling us what time to expect the workmen and what was going to be done. I use the word workmen very loosely- the men were true craftsman in each of their professions. Each day the work area was left spotless, with the work being of the highest quality possible. We are extremely happy with the end result of both the kitchen and the bathroom. We highly recommend Cyr Kitchen and Bath.

Its a hardware store in the front, a showroom and remodeling sales center in the middle, and a lumber yard in the back. Ive used primarily the front and the back. Its not a small store by any means, but Ive grown accustomed to all the brand selection options at the bigger stores. I can generally only justify coming here when I dont care about the brand of product. But that is an unfair gripe to make against any smaller mom&pop store. I do love shopping here. Its also much closer and more convenient than running into Salem to get to the bigger stores. Highly recommended.

We initially started looking into designing our kitchen in March 2018. We started with another kitchen design company. I thought we had bonded with this designer. We decided to look at another design company and went to Cyr. Nicole came to our house when I was not able to be there. A few days later I met with Nicole thinking I already had my mind made up (working with the other company). I was wrong. Nicole was able to help me and perfect all my decisions. Nicole helped with providing choices, and samples to take home. She assisted when we met with Cyr’s vendors on counter tops, lighting, sinks, and faucets. She gave us great ideas on flooring that Cyr had in their showroom. We were very happy with all her advice and we were able to make great decisions. The installation went extremely well especially since we were not living in our house for the summer. Janelle provided daily update on timeline for the installation. We had two issues that were noted and corrected to our satisfaction. The countertop cut of the center island was not as designed. Janelle and Nicole reacted quickly, and the vendor returned with the correct cut by 6:00 PM the same day. A few tiles were clicking. The Cyr flooring team came out the next morning to evaluated. The tile vendor was out to correct this issue within a couple of days.I just want to say we are so happy and ecstatic with the finished product. Honestly this is the first project my husband and I were able to pick everything we wanted, and we could not be happier. We cannot wait to live, cook, entertain, and enjoy our new kitchen. Every Cyr employee and vendor’s installers who entered our home were extremely qualified, professional, friendly, and willing to give any advice needed during the install. Thank you all for your professionalism and craftsmanship. We have a high-quality designer kitchen. Along the way we also did out ½ bath next to the kitchen. Paid a decent amount for cabinets. Order was messed up 3 times and took over 12 weeks to get corrected. I had my own contractor to install them. Cyr was nice and offered to install the misordered cabinets. They did a horrible job and I just finished taking them down and re-installing them. They didnt follow though on anything and still made me pay full price. The worst purchase Ive ever made.
