After an extensive search for a hot tub service/cleaning company, I was able to link with Best Hot Tub‘s and I have been overwhelmingly impressed with their quality of service and premium communications. Their team/ consisting of Jack, Tim, Kenneth and also Saul who actually does the servicing of the hot tub of mine, I could not recommend them more. Five Stars !!

Best Hot Tubs is truly the Best. From my first phone call I experienced knowledge & professionalism from everyone we interacted with. Special shout out to Jack, Chad, and Tim. They helped us evaluate an issue with our old hot tub which could not cost effectively be repaired, they patiently educated us and ultimately helped us purchase a new Bullfrog hot tub which they installed through 2 feet of snow! Their customer service across the board went above and beyond the call of duty. If you are in the Windham/Hunter area and need to purchase a hot tub or need assistance with an existing hot tub do not hesitate to use this company.

Very nice place. Bill was very knowledgeable and helpful even though I said I was only looking and getting prices for now. He went through a number of models he had on hand and explained the timeframes if I wanted to order something special. Overall it was a really great experience. When we are ready we will definitely buy our hottub from here!

I have been a client of Best Hot Tubs for the last 3yrs. They keep my tub worry free, sharp and running for whenever I want/need. I use their most comprehensive plan which includes chemicals, weekly visits, a few refills during the year and a warranty that covers parts and labor if my tub goes broken, which actually recently saved me from a fault at the tub controls. For the last semestre, my house has been serviced by Tim which is a super nice guy. Very good at his work, and gives weekly very detailed reports on the conditions and what he has done at that visit. Would definitely recommend them.

They are professional, responsive and reliable.I have been using their weekly tub service, they turn up when expected, send a comprehensive report of the service completed and any recommendations for future care. I shopped around for price and found out that the difference from one place to another is no more than a few bucks either way...I am so glad that I chose Best Hot Tubs because of the outstanding service! Bill is a master at decks and tubs and guided me through the entire process - educating, selling, installing and servicing...I live in Windam and have needed someone to reset the tub due to my own stupidity I have never waited more than an hour and Bill or one of his techs was there...they even had mercy on me when I was a new owner and pressed too many buttons...no charge for the first visit or two in that I was a new owner...Great guy, great business....just a fantastic experience all around..

Bullfrog spas are well insulated and thus energy efficient and well suited for the frigid cold up in the Catskills. I highly recommend these guys for your hot tub needs!

I purchased a spa from a big box store and it came with a manufacturer defect that caused a leak. After multiple calls to CalSpa they wanted me to pay “travel fees” to an authorized repair person that lived 40 miles away, to make the repair. I searched for a local hot tub company and I found Best Hot Tub in Windham. I called Bill and he made the repair and took care of the bill directly with CalSpa. There was no blaming the company or complaints about anything. He came when he said he would and took care of everything!!! I buy my chemicals any all of my spa necessities from Best Hot Tubs. I also love the @ease system they sold me. Next spa I purchase will be through them and not a big box store.

We are very pleased with the service we received by Best Hot Tubs and Spas in Windham, NY. Our existing hot tub was moved to our ski house and because we did not properly Winterize it, there were a few leaks once the hot tub was filled again. Jack did a great job troubleshooting the problem and had us up and running in a short time.
