Talk about standing behind your work! Steve designed and installed a beautiful closet system in my dressing room in 2010. A month ago, out of the blue, one of the support beams broke, and one wall of the system collapsed. I made one call to Steve, not know what to expect 10 years after installation. At the least I wanted a price on what it would take to repair/replace the unit. WIthout hesitation, Steve said he would replace the entire wall. This required ordering the boards in the right color, and making a couple of trips to see what was needed and do the installation. He was delightful through the entire process, and I never had to chase him. Not once. This is the type of customer service that we all want - and Steve delivers. I would recommend him to anyone. He also did wonderful accordion blinds in our bedroom, and I plan on having more done soon.

I needed to get in the 21at century with my disorganized walk in closet. I called Affordable Closets and Joan came right out to assess the situation. She asked me what I had for goals, what were my needs; a lot of shoe space? Long clothes? Drawers? Budget? Material type? Then, with answers in hand she set about making a plan that would work for our needs. She listened, tweaked, explained. She heard my budget, colors, materials and then the fun began. The installers were neat, respectful of being in our bedroom, quick, because they know what they are doing, and very professional, and not because Joan came to check on the progress. The result was pure magic! I could have danced in there all day, opening drawers, touching shelves, but my excitement at putting our clothes back in jolted me back to reality.Steve, Joan and crew have a top notch operation going on and I would highly recommend their expertise service. They have something for EVERY budget, so if you’re thinking of creating a cool, organized home for your clothes, or whatever, call them, you have everything to gain!

Steve and Joan installed our closet almost 11 years ago and it is still perfect! They were both extremely professional and pleasant. The materials are extremely high quality. We have a cape style house (master suite is on the first floor)so when we throw parties guests are in and out of our room and we are always receiving compliments on the wonderful job they did on our closet! I highly recommend using this company!!

I was referred to Steve Booth at Affordable Closets by a good friend to redesign one of our closets a couple of years ago. They did an excellent job and even put in a nice shelf over my laundry area that I asked for at the last minute. I had recently called them back to secure some shelving and a closet pole in another closet. Steve came over and fixed everything superbly and at my time schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone. I was very pleased all around both times I have called.

The customer service is horrendous. They never return phone calls or answer their phone. The installers were great but they werent given enough material to finish the job. The quality of the installation was excellent but trying to get the job finished has been a nightmare and taken the pleasure out of the experience. Their inability to be courteous and return a phone call or email is inexcusable. I could never recommend this company.

Agree with other poster that customer service is not really that great. Joan forgot to include a drawer in the final design that the installers used to set up my closet. At the time of installation, I told the installer who I think is also the owner? and he said he was on it. I paid the invoice after they installed the closest minus the drawer, and I never heard back. I had to pester the company to get it. When they finally showed up to install the drawer, the guy was really rude and actually engaged in a back and forth with me, saying the drawer wasnt in the design. I was taken aback. I understood that the drawer didnt make it into the final design that the installers had but it was not the fault of me. It was discussed in detail with Joan and apparantly she or staff forgot to include it in the final design. He made me feel like it was such an inconvenience to come back and install it. I had to walk out of the room and hold my breath. I couldnt believe he was talking like that with a customer, espeically completely unprovoked. I just cant believe how rude and unprofessional the company was in settling all of this. The closet itself is fine; I think particle board, but I didnt need anything prime. And there is flexibility in the design to really create what you need. I would just suggest getting quotes from other companies in addition to this one and really read the reviews before moving forward.
