My appt was for 9am on the 26th. I knew it was Thanksgiving, but figured a security guard or someone would be there to sign my BOL since Honda made the appt time. Nope, not a soul here. No empty trailer here either. Way to go Honda, way to go.

I called and talked to Steven with customer support. He gave me the worst customer service ever!!! THEN WHEN I ASKED FOR A MANAGER HE DENIED ME ACCESS TO ONE. He was very rude and I can tell you that this Honda Accord and CRV that I own will be gone soon and im switching companies as Hondas customer service shows how little they really care about there customers. YOUR MONEYS BETTER SPENT ELSEWHERE!!!

Worked for them,every trailer was dangerously overpacked,making it an Unsafe work enviroment.equipment was not well maintained.
