Worst store ever! Scheduled a Covid booster shot, I met the criteria and answered every question truthfully, I received a confirmation number and multiple emails stating what I needed to do and bring to the Windsor store specifically. I got there and they told me they can’t give out boosters and for me to go to Denver. When I asked why I was able to schedule on their specific website, their answer was - not sure but Denver is where you need to go. This place is a mess, read the reviews and switch pharmacies.
Beyond frustrated with this pharmacy. They refuse to answer the phone - Ive been on hold endless times for the better part of an hour before giving up. Every time you call to do an automated refill, it fails and kicks to required to speak to an employee - an employee that never picks up the phone. They do not refill prescriptions when requested, they lose prescriptions regularly (no kidding - Ive sat waiting to pick up prescriptions multiple times as employees tear apart the pharmacy and cant find a prescription, only to be told that they will have to refill it again and Ill need to wait another 20-30 minutes or come back for it) and on and on. Ive also stood in line in this store with 12+ people deep for over an hour, with zero movement on the staffs part to bring additional employees to help until customers get cranky with the manager of the store. Its truly a nightmare pharmacy and, despite being a Windsor resident, I am considering driving to FoCo for my prescriptions.
They never have the correct prescription and put it back on me to contact the DR even though they have had the correct prescription the month prior. I have had to pay out of pocket for medicine because of their mistakes. The drive through wait is horrendous and going inside is not any better. My DR called in a prescription at noon today. 7:30 pm I’m sitting in the lobby waiting because they haven’t checked their messages in apparently 8 hours. I work in healthcare and this Walgreens should be ashamed. The man behind the counter stated “I don’t care I get paid hourly” Welcome to 2021
This pharmacy had been filling the same script for over a year then all of the sudden filled the script for the wrong dosage. When i went in to sort it out they said call the doctors office so I did. Doctors office said there hasnt been a change to the script and that they have been sending it for over three months but the pharmacy cant seem to locate the script. They also somehow have no history of ever filling that script. Go figure. When i called them again the person on the phone got upset and hung up on me.
This pharmacy has been a great resource to our family for many years until the last many months. I do understand COVID. The pharmacists Jimmy and Frederick are top notch and go out of their way to be helpful whenever possible. The customer service staff is overworked, at times under educated and rude likely due to the above. The wait time is totally unacceptable, waits typically of 45 minutes to speak with anyone and when you finally get to a staff member, they do everything within their power to get you out of their way. This is especially frustrating when you inform them what they might need to do to complete their job rather than sending you on a run around to your insurance company or asking you to do tasks that have already been accomplished. I am so disappointed and frustrated by the decline and hope that staffing is increased with efficient and competent friendly people to return to what once was an excellent pharmacy
Got my covid testing on a weekend, it’s not past Wednesday and the lap hasn’t even received the results. Worse place to get covid testing done

The pharmacy is a true nightmare of all the Walgreens pharmacies Ive gone too. They dont call you about a problem. They dont fill your scripts on time. They need to train all of the staff in that pharmacy about customer service. I use them for my mom, husband, son and myself. So I really have to suffer with their quality of service a lot. There arent a lot of choices here in Severance and thats exactly how they act.
I hate dealing with their pharmacy and their pharm techs... there’s always a huge line, they’re rude, and can never seem to figure out what is going on with insurance. A few times I have even told them to forget about using insurance altogether just so I don’t have to wait forever and a half for them to try and figure it out. I’d rather pay out of pocket for an rx than deal with these people taking forever, honestly.
Rudest drive thru techs at pharmacy. And dont bother calling the pharmacy. They just dont answer.Horrible service.
Walgreens needs to close their pharmacy permanently. Staff is unqualified, unfriendly and the department is an outright disaster. The incompetence of the whole operation leaves my stomach churning and my mind blown.
We went to get passport photos taken. We called first and got a message this Walgreens do passport photos. We went only to be told by the man at the photo center he was instructed not to take photos due to Covid and having to wear the mask. We called back and was told the Kiosk was down and waiting for parts. Why was COVID used as an excuse? We would have respected the fact the machines were down more than being lied to. Tell the customers the truth and stop using COVID for everything!!

I always go through the drive-thru pharmacy and it’s very quick. When I do go in the store employees are always friendly. Last time I actually needed assistance finding a personal item and the male staff member was very helpful! He did not seem embarrassed, even though is was a feminine item, and he simply did his job in a non-judgmental or uncomfortable manner!
We love this Walgreens. They are always friendly and helpful. We go to their pharmacy department once a week for our prescriptions.
Exceptional customer service!Went in to pick up a blood pressure cuff and pharmacy staff was super helpful in choosing just the right one to meet my needs. Picked up my Rx and went upfront to pay for the cuff. Cassie, the sales clerk up-front told me the next step up would cost me less because she had a coupon! So happy me leaves with the next step up monitor and saves money!Thanks Cassie and pharmacy staff for really looking out for your customer. This is what customer care looks like!
They have what I need every time Ive needed it.
The pharmacists never have items ready by the time they say. My doctors office say they are the most difficult pharmacy to work with. routinely have staff that are both rude and incompetent. After the third time filling a prescription there with the same results I finally went somewhere else. Save yourself the headache and choose another pharmacy.
The staff are sometimes friendly, sometimes not, they definitely have some unhappy staff members that put in no effort to appear happy or friendly. The pharmacy has not had bad customer service at all, very nice and helpful.
The pharmacy is the worst around. Never on time. Can’t give accurate time frames for pick up. Waited for well over an hour after the originally quoted time and still not ready. Will never use them again

Extreme unfriendly staff, received email confirmation that perception was ready for pick up, waited inline and was told yet again that percription was not ready and to wait..... this is not the first time! Worst pharmacy I have ever worked with.
I made a mistake on a photo card and they corrected it at no charge. I didnt expect that.
Picked up 3 prescriptions, they didn’t tell me the price of one prescription before mixing it. And it was $154 when they told me the total it was misunderstood of the total. Until after I left and looked at the receipt. WILL NEVER GO TO THEM AGAIN!
