I can’t say enough nice things about Legacy. On our first visit Ray showed us around and was very knowledgeable and friendly. Steven and Russ who have been working up our project have also been so nice and easy to work with. I will definitely recommend them to friends and use them again for my next project.

I can be somewhat picky to say the least. The Legacy team patiently worked with me to get the countertop design exactly how I wanted. Once the design was complete, they completed the order very quickly and everything was done exactly to spec. Kudos to Eric and Ray.

These guys are definitely professionals. They did a fantastic job installing our countertops. They even cut down one of them that was too large to begin with in the custom spot in our kitchen. They also did a flawless job with the wrap around bar to make it look pretty seamless.

This company came to our rescue when our new sink wouldn’t fit and the company that had installed our new countertops couldn’t get here for two weeks and this company was here with 20 minutes and fixed our issue within 45 minutes, and charged a mere $100 for this quick, efficient, skilled, and cost friendly service visit!

When one of the cuts wasnt made during the installation, they went out of their way to send someone quickly to fix the issue. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE our new counters from Legacy! Everyone that we encountered with this company was great to work with. From our initial visit to their showroom to pick counters and get an estimate, to the final installation everyone provided excellent customer Service throughout the process. The owner greeted us in the show room and helped me make a great selection on countertops that I couldn’t be happier with. He was very mindful of budget and costs. Then Steve came to our home to take exact measurements and create the templates for our counters. He was great to work with and answered all of my questions. He clearly had an attention to detail and took time to get everything right so that the install would go smoothly. When the installers arrived they were a great crew! Hardworking, skilled and friendly and they communicated with our counter installer to make sure that everything worked together. On top of all of this, their prices are great! I highly recommend working with this locally owned business!

I had an unfortunate experience during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was not able to personally go to Denver to pick the slab that was ordered from the sample I had chosen. When the slab arrived at my home for installation, at first blush I knew it was not what I chose. After installation I simply could not live with it. When spending the money to update a kitchen you should love your project, however, this was not the case. I went to Legacy to share my disappointment and understand options and while it was emotional and took some time for the owner Randy to come out and speak with me, the end result has been great. The unfortunate part is that had Randy not come out to speak with me, Eric would have made me live with the ungodly and I share that word literally, seeing is believing, countertop. Little did I know LOWES being an amazing service company was going to replace the entire countertop. I guess that is a lesson for Legacy. My lesson, I should have gone straight to Lowe’s. My second lesson, always use Lowe’s. I fear had I simply used Legacy for the entire purchase, I may have been stuck with something I couldn’t live with. I will say that the crew that installs at Legacy on both occasions were friendly, professional and the installation was great.

Legacy Counters redid the counters in our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The island was challenging due to the shape and size, but they did a really great job. I have looked at several granite shops in the area and in my opinion, Legacy has the best selection of remnants, great prices, and great service. I would definitely work with them again.

Top notch company with great employees. We were very satisfied with all interactions with Legacy Counter and quite honestly wish we had known of them and could have worked only with them (vs having Interior Design Concepts involved) for our new home granite, quartz countertop needs. After getting 8 bids from area granite fabricators for my kitchen counters, I chose Legacy Counters. Their price was the best, and I got so many more granite color choices than with the others for that same low price. The entire process was flawless, from talking with Lisa their office lady, to Eric who does the bids, to Russ and Jeremy who let us help decide the slab layout, to Frank and Junior who installed them. We even got to choose our own slabs at Arizona Tile, so we could pick out the exact ones we wanted. That was a fun process, also. These people are professionals who treat their customers like gold. I cannot say enough good things about Legacy Counters! A couple of years ago I started to get with estimates to get granite installed and decided to hold off. This year, I was ready to get granite and had done my research. To give you an idea of how big my kitchen, I needed 3 slabs, so this was not a tiny job.My mom, who is very particular, recommended Legacy as she had worked with them on several occasions from a major reno in her house to just a small piece of granite for her back yard. She said hands down they are the best. She said the time they took to help here with her small project meant so much to her and was proof they go above and beyond. Of course I listen to mom.I emailed Eric and almost immediately got a reply. I must have asked for estimates on a dozen different slabs and asked a million questions and he replied promptly each time and never acted frustrated.I felt like I was the only customer each time I called in or emailed.I wanted to do a granite layout so I met with Eric once my slabs arrived. He was really good about giving guidance on how to position the pieces in the kitchen. My main concern was the island. I was impressed with his knowledge and attention to detail, that i let him lay out the rest after I picked the island. It looks absolutely gorgeous and I assure you he did it better than I could have.At time of install I was even more impressed. Three guys showed up (early!!!) to install my granite and quickly noticed my cabinets were not level. Instead of ignoring that and just installing them, they quickly started troubleshooting and called Eric who called me immediately to go over options. He helped me by calling carpenters. I too started to call around. I found a carpenter on a holiday week before the guys were to leave and come back. I felt confident handling the carpenter, but the guys insisted on staying to explain what was needed. They just hung out until the carpenter showed. The guys stayed to explain what was needed and left. they assured me they would be back same day to finish. They showed up and we had to call the carpenter out again. Legacy was so patient!!! They stayed until the job with done!This is a company that truly cares about their customers and the quality of work they do. You can waste your time getting estimates but I have done a lot of that for you. I got estimates from over 6 fabricators.... I assure you, Legacy is not the highest, and they are not the lowest, they are fair. They are right where they should be.I have and will continue to refer everyone to Legacy. I will use them when it comes time to remodel my bathrooms.Thank you Legacy, Eric, and team... you are all truly exceptional at what you do!!!!

This Company installed our Kitchen counters and made a custom piece of Corian for us. When something is promised it is delivered. I dont believe you can go wrong by dealing with this fine company.

A wonderful company to work with! After going to a “big box store “ and getting quotes and very little customer service a friend told us about Legacy Countertops. This company far exceeded our expectations. Very friendly customer service, timely installation and the price was almost half of what we were quoted at the big box store. I was given misinformation from Lowes, who this business works with, that this company was designated by Lowes to replace my counter tops. When I was not contacted by them to set an appointment to take measurements, I contacted this company three times. No one ever returned my calls. I even left a message with the president of Legacy who failed to return my calls!
