No communication and didnt deliver as promised. I called three times to verify delivery and each call we were told it would be later in the day. I ended up missing an important family function waiting for the delivery - which never showed up. VERY DISCOURAGING!!

This company has been late or not shown up at all to service our office trailer 7 out of 8 weeks. We had zero issues when S&B did the servicing. I would strongly discourage anyone from using them.

We ordered a unit for our site which got blown over buy the wind the first day we had it. Then we were charged for them to fix their negligence. Poor business services.

We got married at a venue where we had to bring everything in. We called Brett Angell at United Site Services to help us figure out how many port-o-lets we would need with our guest count and list of festivities. He was extremely knowledgable and very helpful in all accounts. It was very easy and stress free. Everything was dropped off and picked up on time and without hassle. Thank you very much to United Site Services and Brett for helping out! We really appreciated it!

Signed up for a potty to be delivered to my site, everyone I talked to assured me of the delivery. To my dismay I called when the potty did not get delivered and they told me that it was canceled because it was out of their area. I gave them a very specific address, their failure to follow thru with the agreed service and the lack of professionalism to not call and advise that they had canceled the order! Cost me hundreds to get my potty back from Waste Management, at least they do what they say!!!!

All three branches in the front range are terrible. I will never use their services and do not recommend them to anyone.
