They never showed up! My front door swung shut just after I arrived home from a fire evacuation. They said they would be over to my house by 9:10 pm. They did not show up. After walking a mile to town twice, borrowing businesses phones (mine was locked in my house) they told me they would now show up the next morning at 8am. They did not show. I slept in my car in my ice cold garage and the next morning called Bills Lock, who promptly came over. I would give a negative rating, if possible. I have reported them to the BBB.

Lucas was great. Fit us in on a busy holiday weekend, and was just all around pleasant to chat with. He worked quickly and got us a replacement car key in no time.

I wish all companies operated like this one. I have used them twice now, and they were great. He explained the different re-keying options I had, but I never felt like I was being sold. Fair prices and fast service.

Called him on a Sunday at 4p, was at our house 2 hours later! Rekeyed our door lock and bolt, in 15 minutes. Beyond kind and sympathetic to our situation. Called 2 times and was told a technician would call me. No response and no call that they would not be able to come. Called 3rd time and was told a call would happen in 5 minutes. I called 10 minutes later and my phone number was blocked. Not reliable or responsible.

Do not call this locksmith. Ridiculously overpriced. I was quoted about $70 over the phone. Joseph showed up and wanted to charge $250. I told him I wasn’t paying that and he replied, “ how much can you pay?” Wow, really? He explained he didn’t have tools to pick my lock but can pry my door to unlock, which was reason for the price. I told him I’ve had my truck picked before by a PROFESSIONAL and was charged $65. I ended up paying $120, since I didn’t have the patience to wait for someone else. Will never use this company again. Either Joseph was trained wrong, or he just lacks ethics and honesty.

ZERO stars. Will not use again. Although the gentleman who was here to fix my tenants locks was incredibly efficient he has ZERO patience or customer service. He kept rambling off numbers different than what I was told by Sean when I made the appointment. When I tried to get hold of my tenants to authorize a different amount he became impatient stating that his time was incredibly precious and refused to do work on one of the units if I couldnt get a hold of my clients in a poor cell phone reception area. Wouldnt have taken more than five minutes. He showed up early, rushed me around and was confusing with prices. Certainly I can find another locksmith to use in the future.

This is a case of misrepresentation; this business claims to be based in Santa Rosa but every connection was from a Missouri number. They claimed 24 hour service and, after multiple calls and promises to respond promptly, failed to send anyone. They repeatedly claimed they would respond within five minutes; we waited an hour and a half without any response (by that point we went with a better, actually local service). I was on the fence about posting a review, especially with my name attached, but I felt it necessary to warn folks about this business. Could be that we just caught them on a bad night, but when you claim 24 hour service based out of Santa Rosa, you should be available for service 24 hours a day, and at the very least you shouldnt be outsourcing your calls to another state.

We needed our Bolt lock realigned for our condo. I was able to make an appointment and the lock was fixed! Whenever we need a locksmith for our home or business, we will be calling YES!

So when I locked myself out recently, tis service turned up on a smartphone google search and I called them. Accented guy answers the phone and says itll be $15 for the service call, and then $35 or up depending on the kind of lock. Hell be here in 15 minutes.I called back in half an hour hell be here in a half hour to 40 minutes.He finally gets here in a normal sedan, grabs his tools and comes up. He takes one look at my lock and says, this is a commercial lock -- its going to be $240. I tell him the rate the guy who answered the phone quoted me and that I wouldnt pay more than the $85 dollars I was charged last time. Otherwise he could go home and I would call someone else.He says, $85, cash? Were done?. Yup, I say. He reaches out to shake on it. Then he goes out to the car and gets what is essentially a very fancy wire hangar that he runs under my door to pull on the lever handle from the inside. So much for the commercial lock scam. I make a remark to him and he tells me it takes extraordinary skill to use the tool and that each coat hanger device can only be used a few times.I peel off the $85 and then he humbly says, How about a tip for me? Hahahahaha. Bwahahahahahaha. Hahaha-hohoho-hee-hee. Like heck, youre getting a tip you little scam artist.Most locksmiths check your ID, make you sign paperwork, have official forms. This guy had none of that.I was so put-off by the experience that I googled Locksmith scam and a lot of what I read fit the bill of what I experienced. Be careful out there.I suspect many of the five-star yelp ratings are ringers.

Very DISAPPOINTED, a real small their who take advantage on people who got stuck with their car. Over the phone he said that it will cost 120$ and he will be their in 15 mins but eventually he arrived after 80 mins and charged me twice more.
