Everything about this process was just awesome. Even in a pandemic, the sales process was transparent and seamless. My tub was just placed on its pad, and the delivery (included with purchase) guys were super-polite and inspired confidence. I don’t think I had a “difficult” install, but it was tight in the side of the house and they had to skirt the pool (without it falling in). They were very professional, and handled everything. Looking forward to filling and using, but they’ve done a great job getting it here.

Terrific customer service. Allowed us to try a spa before buying. Stored the spa for months before we were ready for delivery at our house being built. Delivered all the way to the edge of Sonoma County. I’d highly recommend them, in fact I have.

We used Johnson Pool & Spa to remodel our pool. We really enjoyed the entire process of the remodel. Our Project Manager, Alex, is so knowledgeable, and kept the project rolling on time and on budget. He spent a lot of time with us to take us on a pool tour so that we could make informed choices. He promptly returned phone calls and e-mails. He synchronized all of the pool project tasks very nicely with the concrete company installing our new patio and coping. All the employees were kind and respectful of the surrounding areas of the property. We were always kept informed on all facets of the project. Phone calls and e-mails were returned promptly. The quality of their work totally exceeded our expectations. We love our new pool!!! We highly recommend them.

I have been using Johnsons Pools since they were at Raleys center. They are Great people to work with, Im having a new heater installed in a couple weeksby Johnsons so were pretty excited about that. Our pool equipment burned in the October fire in Kenwood. Matt, Alex, Vince and the Johnson team did an excellent job installing new pool equipment and cleaning a ton of debris out of the pool. This was a time consuming process but they stuck with it. I can strongly recommend this company. I rarely give as strong an endorsement as this but they deserve it. David Freeman

This company hired a man. Who was driving a company truck in the Bank of America in Sebastopol was cussing and calling me fowl names. I was not quick enough for him. He speed to pass me on the right on Hwy 116 turning on Hurlbert. The company should do something about this employee for his reflection in a company truck is damaging to their reputation. I will have nothing nice to say about a company with employees showing these behaviors.
