I have recently purchased an Aprilia RS660 from this dealership and I couldn’t be happier with every part of the buying process. I haven’t visited the dealership even once as I live in Michigan. I liked the bike and contacted the dealership and got in touch with Jeremy Johnson and Peyton Austin. They helped me with each and every step of the buying process. Especially Jeremy was always available and answered my calls and messages at all times of the day. Jeremy went out of his way and was at the dealership an hour and half early and made sure the bike was picked up by the shipping company. The bike is on the way and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
I have purchased and had service completed here. Both were great experiences with expectations set. Friendly staff. Bob at the Service desk is so easy to deal with.
I went to the Friday’s event at eurocycle. It was a great event. Emily and Richard were so kind and helpful it was a pleasure to talk to them.
Just went to the BMW event over the weekend and it was great. Rode the new R18 and an electric bike. Thanks Emily for all your help.
Just purchased a motorcycle through financing here. Peyton and Jeremy made the whole hassle of buying a motorcycle smooth and easy for me. Would definitely come here again in the future to purchase more bikes.
Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Emily was especially helpful and nice.
Peyton Austin helped us with all of our questions. He did a great job and the staff was very friendly. This is the only place Ill recommend people to go to. Great selection
I had a great experience at Eurocycle Sonoma. Richard and Payton were great at getting me taken care of with the purchase of an MV Augusta F3 800. Much of it was handled via email before I arrived. While waiting, I took another MV Augusta Turismo for a test ride-they even had jackets, helmet and gloves to borrow. I felt like pricing was fair and there was no pressure for any add ons. Now I just have to wait for delivery of my bike, hopefully all goes smoothly. Looking forward to adding a touring bike from here in the future.
Great Event,a very nice Shop and a friendly Crew👍😎👌👌👌
Emily was helping me find just the right motorcycle - very easy to work with and professional. Thanks
Recently purchased a 2013 BMW K 1600 GTL there. It had just received its 18,000 mile service, new battery, new(er) tires. Not 160 miles after I bought it, the first warning light came on. I called the shop and they told me not to worry, bring it in and they will take care of me, like family. Actually, they said Did you buy the warranty? All sales are as is.Good price, friendly staff but as soon as your tires clear the show room floor, man you are on your own.I ultimately convinced them to take a look at it and see what the problem is (its good to be a lawyer sometimes) but now I dont trust them so I am taking the bike elsewhere.Jay
These guys are great. Worked out the deal I was looking for on the bike I wanted. I don’t live close by and they stayed late to take care of getting me on my way.Cheers
Riding cross country got a nail in my tire and Bobby worked me into his service schedule the next day allowing me to get back on the road! I cant thank you enough for your help! Cheers!
I bought and paid for a brand new electric bike and shipping, thinking I would have an easy and convenient experience. Unfortunately the shipping reservation was never made, so when the hauler showed up at the dealership, there was no work order allowing my bike to be loaded. I ended up driving 1200 miles to pick up the bike rather than waiting another month. The bike was rolled out fairly dirty (cobwebs, dust), and not fully charged. Further, no accommodations were made beyond refunding the shipping charges. In all a disappointing experience considering the size of my purchase. They might be fine if you can deal locally, but I regret spending money with them from afar. Added one star back for the Vegas business office being responsive with paperwork and the refund.
Richard and Payton were very easy to deal with, strait forward pricing and quick to get all paperwork wrapped up once I went to dealership. Zach was also great but he was out of the office the weekend I came to complete purchase.
This showroom has a great selection of both new and used motorcycles! The staff was super friendly and helpful putting me on the perfect bike. Peyton was a great help getting me a great deal. Thank you Eurocycle Sonoma! ♥️🏍️
I don’t know what happened to this place but it used to be really good. I’ve had great experiences with them in the past but that has all changed. I ordered tires to be installed before a road trip I had planned and paid a $250 deposit. After promising to schedule installation every day for a week I finally had to leave on my trip with my old tires and ended up replacing them in Bend, Oregon. I just spent 20 minutes standing in the store waiting for someone to even acknowledge my existence so I could get my refund that they promised me a MONTH ago. I guess I’ll have to take my bike to the South Bay for service from now on. Very disappointed.
Ive been a customer at Santa Rosa BMW, now EuroCycle for seventeen years.I give Bobby credit for helping turn around a service department that was in decline. With the change of ownership, COVID, and personnel changes, BMW of Santa Rosa/EuroCycle went through a very rough patch in recent months with the shop understaffed. Things are looking better now.I recently dropped my R1200GS and it ended up with air in the brake lines. Bobby was concerned enough to slot me into their very crowded schedule the next morning and have the brake lines flushed while I waited (at Russian River Brewing Company, but thats another story. Beer did not influence this review.)Parts from Germany still remain a challenge. Months after being advised of the recall, Im still waiting for a replacement fuel pump to arrive.
I had a great experience with these folks - recently bought a 2020 V7 alongside a friend from them, and everything from the initial phone consultation to the test ride and on past through financials and delivery to my door in SF was impeccable. Ive bought a few cars from dealers in my time, and none of them were as transparent, easy to work with, and hustle-forward as David. Cant explain some of the other low ratings Ive seen on Google, my experience couldnt have been better. And the price was fantastic! Very transparent that if he sold both bikes theyd get a kickback, so was able to walk out the door at the best price Ive seen around, by a mile.
Zach did an amazing job helping me to buy a new GSA Rallye. Throughout the process he was consistently helpful with finding the bike I wanted and communicating with me as it was delivered. Diaz and Blayne also had to deal with my hundreds of farkles, which they did perfectly. I have to say, I’m a pretty…”high maintenance” customer and these guys definitely over-delivered. I could not recommend them more!
Just bought a Royal Enfield himmy. Worked with Zack. Good guy to work with & knew a lot about it. The little engine that could. Thanx Zack! Would buy from there again!! Ps, the bike selection is amazing!!
I dropped my S13300S off to replace the wheel bearings and mount a new tire. Apparently there bearing puller was in need of replacement. 18 days later the work was still not complete. I retrieved the parts, dropped them off at a local competitor with no appointment, and the work was completed that day. During an earlier service, they failed to return my core part, a $250 value. They seam like good people but must be overwhelmed with work.
Started a weekend trip up to Lost Coast only to find a fuel pump failure before I arrived at our Badass Coffee meetup. We waited until Eurocycle opened. Blaine (sp?) checked out the bike, found he had the part, and got the service done that day. Thank you for salvaging our weekend adventure.Super helpful. Great service. Kept me rolling around Sonoma on a loaner bike while they did the repair.
I just bought a new motorcycle here at Christmas and am totally pleased with all the employees I dealt with. Especially the manager Richard, his sales team and Elaine in parts who chased down the accessories I wanted. She is relentless!Kudos to the post sales team who immediately took care of my service and warranty needs.Euro certainly exceeded my expectations 👍KB
This is a nice dealer with friendly staff. Small but full of varieties of euro bikes.
I have multiple motorcycles one of which is a BMW K1300S. The service I have received at Eurocycle or should I say not received is substandard. Previously the service was done without issue. Have spent thousands of dollars there over last 18 months with no problem. A few weeks ago I brought the bike in for a recall on the fuel pump. They said it did not need the fuel pump replaced. They days later they called and set an appointment for Replacement because now they stated they were replacing all fuel pumps on the recall. I live 40 minutes away. So on the day of my appt i called at 11 am to ensure they would be working on my bike as scheduled at 1 pm. I told I could be there in about 40 minutes if theyare free to work on it. They said they would be ready. I showed up at noon they said they never said this. But advised i have 1 pm appt. 1 oclock came and went without them starting on the bike. Eurocycle does not value customers time. Time wasted driving. Skipped appts ect. It has been 90 minutes since scheduled appt. Still not a word from Eurocycle. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND BIKE ELSEWHERE
Manager Zach got what I needed done quickly and easily. Great guy and would recommend.
Bike delivered 4 months ago, still no plates due to dealer fault. Can’t get ahold of anyone there to help. Worst dealer experience ever. The bike is beautiful, but not the dealer. Other eurocycle locations have been superior.
Bought a pair of new white-wall tires and had them expertly mounted onto my Moto Guzzi Eldorado by their service department. The service department has very capable mechanics. Ill be taking my other motorcycles in for service there too!
I am now the proud owner of a 2018 Suzuki VanVan! I live in Phoenix, Arizona and found the bike on Cycle Trader. I can not express how pleasant it was working with David in sales and Zach the sales manager. These guys are true professionals in the customer service department! I come from a long line of Car Salesmen in my family and know the business can be brutal at times. If you read ANY negative reviews about these guys, its got to be a lie. The negotiations were actually enjoyable. I found them to be reasonable and a pleasure to do business with. I wish I could afford to have a motorcycle collection, I would not hesitate to buy them all from this dealership! I highly recommend these guys for all of your motorcycle needs. Just be polite, courteous and REASONABLE when negotiating your deal. You will be treated fairly and honestly. Thanks again from another happy customer!
If you have any negative preconceived notions, anxiety, or general discomfort about walking onto any sales floor, go ahead and put them aside. The team at Euro Cycle Sonoma makes you feel at home. Tony was the first to greet me, we had some small talk that turned into comfortable conversation - like we been friends for awhile. Being a Harley rider, I was pretty ignorant about most the bikes there, but Tony answered all my questions with thoughtful enthusiasm. They have so many awesome bikes to choose from! I finally settled for my BMW K1200R and dont regret anything about the whole process. Why do I say I settled?... Because I want another bike! And I look forward to my next purchase. Ill definitely be coming back here.
Been a loyal customer for years but recently they cant seem to connect, no callbacks, no decent loaners, dont seem to know your bikes service intervals. Change my mind.
Great place to buy a bike, always feel like I’m walking into a friends garage.
Had a 6k service done and fuel strip replacement. All good!
Knowledgeable and friendly service staff. Did a great job servicing my Zero last week. Bonus is that the surrounding area is gorgeous - if you get a loaner to use during your service there are a lot of great twisty roads around here to enjoy! Thanks to Blayne and Diaz for making my day.
Great selection and knowledgeable staff!!!
I bought my first Triumph here and Zach was completely capable, helpful and friendly. This was the first time Ive ever bought any motorized vehicle where I felt zero pressure and had complete transparency in financing. The whole crew was extremely chill and made it a great experience!
Walked in here the other day prepared to buy a motorcycle, no one helped so I left and bout a motorcycle somewhere else.
Worst customer service ever! 3 calls over 20 mins wait, no answer.
Just finished a deal on a 2019 R1250GSA. Richard and Zach went through contortions to make things work. I could not be happier with their thoroughly professional and helpful service. Great “can do” attitudes. And if you are interested in a low miles (9800), 2017 R1200RT, Cobalt Blue with THE WORKS, my pampered trade-in is waiting there to take you on memorable rides.
Purchased an F800R and it was one of the best experiences Ive had hands down. Gloria and Atticus were awesome. Drove 2 hours to pick up the bike and had zero issues, in and out very quickly. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were not pushy at all and the customer service was top notch. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike.
Great Place to hang out and check out your next ride. Staff is great, they where knowledgeable and did not pressure, instead, they heard what I wanted and helped to find different options for me to decide. thank you Team!
Great customer service and sales! Zach was great to work with and very helpful.
Great selection of bikes, entire staff was friendly and very accommodating. I decided not to purchase due to a bunch of new bikes coming out next season, and they were super cool and not pushy. Instead of being pushy they got very aggressive with pricing and package options. Very nice to be appreciated as a customer, and not act like they’re doing me a favor by taking my money like most shops.
Im in the process of purchasing a 2016 KTM Duke 390 remotely from Montana. I have to say I imagined purchasing a motorcycle online would be a giant pain in the ass, but the individuals at Euro Cycle Sonoma are fantastic! They have been very proactive and quick to respond to my questions and needs. Kev in particular has been very helpful in this process and I highly recommend purchasing a bike from them in the future. Keep up the good work.
Elaine is so helpful in finding what I needed in parts. Store is very organized and willingly to help and conversate with expertise.
Great group of people in doing great work on our motorcycles
This Is what i got to say about them. I have gotten 2 bikes from them and I have always been taken care of. The company and employees make me feel safe and comfortable. Not only that, the employees welcome you with great attitudes and make sure to value your presence, like a guest instead of a customer. I know they will have my back. For example Ive been having issues with my recent bike and when I talked to Atacus or Kerry. I explain the situation and they jump on it immediately. I never have to worry. They have my business, especially for future purchases. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING MY FRIENDS TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Thank you to the staff and members of euro cycle of Sonoma for always having my back.
On a long road trip - tread on my front tire started to separate and needed replacement asap. They were able to get me in first thing he next day and the job was done in half an hour! Price was very reasonable and Im back on the road. Thanks!
My husband and I went to buy a bike few weeks ago and we were given the best service ever by Arnaud! Super friendly and we can feel how much he loves talking about bikes! We’ll definitely be back next time!
These guys are awesome. I called Jeff in the service department in a panic for new tires. He did everything he could to accommodate me the day before I left on a big ride. It is so nice to get such great customer service.
I purchased a Royal Enfield from Santa Rosa BMW motorcycles. Fair price a good people. Shortly after, I had an issue with my bike. The team swiftly resolved the issue and got me back on the road. The technician had the problem diagnosed and fixed within 5 min. Very happy with their service
I am a retired fleet manager and have been involved in the purchase of hundreds of vehicles, mostly cars and trucks. It is certainly possible to get a good deal at Euro Cycle Sonoma, especially if you dont have a trade-in, just be willing to walk out and play the game. I have MS and am not the cat I used to be, especially in regards to heat. They knew this and we scheduled an early morning test ride so I could get off the bike before it got hot and I turned into a noodle. The trouble started when I realized that they were not going to allow me anything near the trade in price that they first indicated so I wanted to leave and sell my bike privately. Thats when the show started and the tag teaming began, they kept shifting the numbers around until it seemed like I was getting a good deal, and I was passed from person to person until I knuckled and signed the papers. Never have I been put under such pressure to purchase a vehicle. My friend, a lifetime BMW rider, who helped me transport my bike to the dealership, waited outside fuming over how I was being treated but kept his mouth shut, he will never darken their doorway again. This is the first time that felt preyed upon as a disabled person and that may be all that this is about, you able bodied types seem to be doing fine here. My free advise is have your A game ready and your big boy pants on when you do business with EuroCycle Sonoma.
Excellent customer service!! bent over backward to make me happy and able to get back to San Diego with all my gear. Atticus, Gloria and Troy were outstanding and made me a customer for Life!
I called over to Euro Cycle Reno earlier in the week curious to get OTD pricing on a new 2019 RE Himalayan. From the beginning of my interaction with Clayvy, the sales process was one I would describe as stress free. He worked hard and diligently to work with me and the price I was looking to pay for the bike. Ultimately the whole experience (its rare that Id find myself saying this, as frankly Im not a fan of anything sales related) was enjoyable and made getting on my new bike far more simple than expected. Thanks folks, Ill be back for sure.
We drive 5 hours round trip to get service from BMW Triumph Santa Rosa. Personally, I also like SF BMW, which is not far from me. But theres another one in the bay area that I thought was really rude. But not liking the one in the bay area is NOT the primary reason to go to Santa Rosa. Luke, David, Dennis, Joe, Noel and Kyle are the people I interacted with at BMW SR (Santa Rosa). They are all really nice, helpful, and easy going. When my family went with me, they were nice to me and my family. They will go out of their way to help you. They keep the place looking really professional and clean. Definitely 5 stars. Id give more if I could! Thanks to Dennis, Luke, David, Kyle, Joe, & Noel for all your special help.
All started with Facebook marketplace... and a week later Im riding the bike!I can say my experience was good !! Buying remotely !!Gloria and her team pull it through !!Very happy and i will stop by one of these days!
Had been using SR BMW for service on my R1100RT for years, and was always met with friendly, quality service at reasonable prices. When I got my (used) R12RT, their approach and quality remained the same and I remained happy. Recently, I bought a new G650GS from them (for my wife! :) ) and I have nothing but good things to say. They are helpful, and go out of their way to make customers happy. A special callout goes to Joe in Service, who takes personal time to help customers of the business. I recommend these folks.
Surprised they are still in business, 7 months to get gaskets under warranty and no call back from service.... Buyer beware!
Great staff and the sale was probably the best experience ever. Left with a new bike and feeling like my terms were met and some. @barokontheroad
Visiting from Nebraska and had an intermittent no start issue. Determined that my clutch switch was the issue. They ordered the part and installed it quickly getting me back on the road with no issues.
Troy is awesome. Super helpful and very knowledgeable. Well be back in February. Two thumbs up.
Arnaud was super helpful, patient & knowledgable when helping me find the best bike and side gear. I kind of knew what I wanted, and he was able to help me find something that was my style and in my price range.
Avoid this shop. I tried to sell my bike there and they lost my title and were horribly unresponsive. Its really a shame, because the former ownership were fantastic. This place has gone down hill.
Great service team! I went in for a 6K service on my Tiger 800 and was told it would take about an hour or two to complete. Jokingly, I mentioned I wish I could get a loaner bike to ride while I waited. Lo and behold about 5 minutes later I was offered a recent model GS700 to take out and tips on a nearby route to ride while my bike was being serviced!
I had a mishap at at the Golden Gate bridge and broke a turn signal lense on my RT. I got to the shop late looking to replace it. They did not have the part but ordered it efficiently and immediately. It came early the next day and they called me right away. They then gave me a great deal on service time to replace it while I waited. I was back on the road in no time and for not much $$$. Everyone there deserves high praise from this Pennsylvania rider!
I would do 6 stars if they had it. Wanted to post here about the best customer service experience Ive ever had. Kerry Sturgis is by far the best service person I have ever dealt with. Without going into all the details, my bike was brought to Sonoma for a motor issue in July. Kerry kept me informed at every step of the process about what the mechanics were looking at and doing. She doggedly pursued BMW about a number of issues and became my advocate with them for making the bike right again. When it became clear that the bike was beyond repair Kerry pushed through an arrangement to get me a new bike at a significant savings. She remained cheerful and supportive through the entire process. I would not think twice about taking my bike anywhere else for service.
These guys are scammers and are not to be trusted. (Unless a 40% mark up for freight, dealer prep and other charges is evidence of a reputable business). If you head north from the city looking for a good deal on a new bike, dont waste you time here.
Great service in the sales Dept.. go see Troy if u want good knowledgeable serve and make your purchase local.... great shop!!!
Now if I could just get a 1250gs Id really be happy.
These kind folks did much more than I could realistically have expected or hoped for. I arrived a scant few minutes before closing time Friday evening with a leaking rear tire. The service tech had punched off the clock but he punched back on, found a tire match and changed out my damaged tire in about half an hour. It would have been entirely reasonable, and I would have understood, if they had said I would have to come back in the morning, but they did not. I had a plug kit and I could have gotten to a gas station where there is air, but in that situation and with my experience with plugs (some but minimal) that would have been a long shot at best. Five-star, for sure! Thank you, gentlemen!!
They list motorcycles $4,500 cheaper online with no stock numbers so you go to their shop and they say it’s sold out. Dirtiest trick to bring in customers and screw them over.
No longer affiliated with Triumph. Nearest place is now an hour away in San Rafael. Sucks! Sounds like the BMW side is well taken care of though. Too bad.....I ride past this place every day to work.
I just recently moved to the area and over the last couple months, Ive been popping in to the local motorcycle shops in the area. Of the ones Ive been to, I had the best experience at Euro Cycle Sonoma. Being a female rider, Ive often had the experience of being ignored or talked down to when I walk in to a shop. Not here! The whole staff was great and in particular, I had an excellent experience with Arnaud. It felt like hanging out and talking bikes with an old friend. Thanks to Arnauds attentive service, I left with a few new pieces of gear that will have me ready to best experience California on two wheels. Definitely left with my eye on a few of their bikes and when I return, ill be asking for Arnaud. Thanks guys!
Kerry Sturgis, the sales manager, provided excellent service in multiple ways. I will list them all:1. She was very responsive to scheduling a convenient time to service my 2015 GSA 1200.2. Because of the fires and cold weather, she offered to cancel the morning of the appointment. I am glad I kept the appointment.3. I arrived at 9:00 a.m. for my appointment and the team, Kerry, the mechanic, and all the parts were ready to go. I was advised service would take 2.5 hours, it took less, about 2.0 hours.4. Kerry offered a loaner bike and I was out the door in literally five minutes.5. This is big. I broke my key off of my keyless fob, used to open my travel boxes and Kerry advised that the replacement was covered under warranty. Another dealer, told me it would cost $300+ to replace the key. Way to go Kerry!6. It is rare that people deliver on their promises and performance. Eurocycle Cycle Sonoma delivered and then some and will get all of my business and my riding buddies business.
Don’t ever buy a motorcycle there!!!!I bought a bike in April 2018, paid full and after 8months I still didn’t have the title nor the license plate in hand. Because they forgot to submit my paperwork to DMV. There is a huge employee rotation. They don’t reply to emails. Just a horrible experienceSan Francisco bmw is exceptional.
Great place. Awesome people. They work on multiple brands of motor cycle.
Hmmmmm. Is what it is motorcycles, bmw thevbest.
Eurocycles crew is fantastic, and they have the brand new F850GS in stock! What an amazing bike! Two thumbs up for the Eurocycles sales, support, and service!
Great service and prices, and they go the distance to get you back on the road ASAP! I was very happy with the work on my Vespa GTS 250ie, and they will get to meet my new Vespa when the time comes.
This dealership is under new ownership, Eurocycle. On 3 occassions I have tried to get parts that are common to numerous BMW models and are considered semi consumable. (Brake parts and the like.) They had empty bins each part I asked for. The first two times earlier this year the guy at the parts counter was unfamiliar with the parts computer (painfully so) and seemed to know very little about BMW motorcycles. They are extremely aggressive in the sales department, but they definitely gave me the impression that service after sale is not a priority.Update: I cant give them less than a 1 star or I would. I tried to get a brake bleeder screw for my GS. The parts person could not find the part number in the computer so she told me she would call BMW the next day to find out why and to order the screw. That was last week, no call. Thanks for the great service!
I wouldnt recommend spending a single cent of your money here. I purchased a brand new bike from them and it his been nothing but problems ever since. The bike had issues and it was like pulling teeth just to get them to accomodate me even when they were responsible. I even had them try to charge me a full hour to change a front sproket after 2 employees said it would take 20 minutes. Marin Speed Shop is a much better alternative and its worth the drive.
I dont know what i can say thats honestly good about this place. over the years so many employees have come and gone. i know of two mechanics who left the place over issues. the service staff does not return calls and made me come in to get a appointment for service. sold my friend a used BMW they said had a great bill of health and within a few thousand miles the drive needed to be changed. they also had the stock exhaust for that bike but when he came back two days later for it they said they couldnt find it. promised him a paint matched set of pannier lids for another bike he bought from them and never followed through. every time ive tried to buy parts there they never have them in stock and always sell them to me at a higher price than list. ive sat waiting for someone to help me several times. this place seems to have such mixed reviews. either great or really bad. local bmw owners i know go to other dealers. also theyve been listing a older used bike online as clean title but when i talked to them in the shop i was told its salvaged. thought about buying a new guzzi but because theyre the only dealer near me i changed my mind
Drove many miles to buy a bike the guy on the phone said he would have ready for me... and they sold it right out from under me while I was on my way there. That is some slimy service and I would not recommend anyone buy a bike from these chumps.
I typically don’t do reviews. I have to for these guys because they are awesome. Several things: 1) Atticus and Gloria at Euro Cycle are seriously awesome. I talked to Gloria on the phone and she was so helpful I made the trip from the City to see the bike I was interested in. I get there and no sales pressure: I got to look at the bike, ride the bike, talk about it. No problem. They were like “go for a ride, just be back before we close.”—it was like noon and they’d be open for several more hours. Awesome!! 2) Getting the sale price with no games. They gave me a great price, no drama. So refreshing not to deal with pressure/drama/attitude. They’re were just super helpful. Oh, and I got a fair price on my trade in and they gave me a free first service on my new bike. Solid awesome experience!! If you are looking for a BMW, Aprilia, Guzzi, MV...you are crazy if you don’t visit Euro Cycle in Sonoma. 100% worth the trip. That’s how I feel.
Great shop, totally worth the drive. Time to put Northbay Motorsports in my rear view mirror
This place is my favorite. Nothing but awesome everywhere you look. Friendly staff and refined atmosphere.
Guys were pleasant and helpful but told me that the random noise from the motorcycle was nothing to worry about.
My son was traveling through Santa Rosa on my BMW. After a gas stop the engine wouldnt start. He called Santa Rosa and they told him flat out they wouldnt be interested in helping him. Nor would they make time for him in the shop. This was a Saturday morning. My son lives in Portland, OR and was on his way back home. There was a time when a traveller far from home riding his BMW motorcycle could count on a dealer extending him or herself to help with mechanical failures. Apparently, at least in the case of the Santa Rosa BMW shop, those days are over.My advice is to carry your BMW MOA Anonymous Book when traveling. Especially in Santa Rosa. Other riders may be your only local resource.
Two weeks ago I went into the dealer to look at riding gear and possibly buying a new GPS for my 07 GS, I didnt find any riding gear that I liked ( I wasnt looking very hard). I talked with Tiffany at the parts counter about a GPS for my bike, I was considering the BMW NAV 5 or 6, after talking with Tiffany about different GPSS, we both thought that a Garmin 660 or 665 would be a good fit for my bike. The computers at the dealing kept freezing up and and couldnt find much info on the Garmins, I said I would do my research and if I like the Garmin I would order it thru them. As I was getting ready to leave I told Tiffany that I needed a can of Plexes, she couldnt ring it up on her station so we went to the shop where I met Kerry the service manager, her station was down also, Kerry handed me the Plexes with the comment, its on the house.1. I will pay for the Plexes because thats who I am2. if I buy a new GPS I will order it from this shop.3. Im bringing my bike in for its 36,000 mile service this weekend.4. You could not ask for nicer people to deal with, friendly, courteous, knowledgeable.5. I will continue to do business here.I like the attitude this shop is showing👍.Dan Poore.2007 R1200GS
Outstanding staff excellent service I am so glad I found these guys no kidding they get the job done right now and the prices are really reasonable
No experience with any other department than parts. Kyle is outstanding in helping keep an old Triumph running, always dependable for advice and courteous.
Great, just bought a bike from them
Had a very good experience getting a bike here. Everyone was friendly, professional and helpful!
On the first day of a 4-day trip, my son came into a sharp corner a little too hot on his Speed Triple and went down. Bike damage was mostly surficial: levers, mirrors, and pegs all gone along with rear brake. It was late Friday and we got the bike to the shop 1 hour before closing. Service tech Mike Bongiovani was amazing. He took it upon himself to make sure we got back on the road, often fabricating parts to substitute for broken brackets not in stock for a 2002 model. We were back on the road in an hour an a half and my son was able to complete the last 600 miles of the trip. Now thats what I call customer service!!!
