Rodney is easy to work with, professional, worked with us through several additions to the sign design. Install was excellent. Then we came back a year later for added components to the sign and DaVinci really delivered. We are very pleased and proud as a community for this awesome new sign and tribute for our city.

DaVinci worked on 3 monument signs for our Town and the whole team was a pleasure to work with. There was a lot of back and forth as the Town received input on the signs, and there were some complications getting permits from the state, and DaVincis staff went above and beyond to help us navigate and provide support during the process. I have been in the sign business for 38 years and started working with DaVinci about two years ago. My primary contact and communication has been with Eric Senesac (Operations Manager) and Kristyn Koogle. i have nothing but wonderful things to say about those two. I hear other reviews talking about lack of communications but that has not been my experience. I find their install guys always do a great job and if something isnt done quite right, they get out and get the problem corrected right away.

Excellent customer service

Not happy with the customer service I received from My sales Rep or the Operation Manager. Very condescending and very poor communication. Signed contract 3/19/2019 job finally competed Nov. 2019. I continually had to e-mail for information on up-dates. This was a very frustrating process. Finally, Kristyn Koogle was brought into the picture and she changed my whole perspective on the company. Once she got involved she kept me updated on everything and was able to get the work done fast and efficiently. She is a Rock Star! Thank you Kristyn for all you hard work.

It was incredibly difficult to get our project completed in a timely manner, between the delays, the stone being cut wrong, and the utter lack of communication. Da Vinci has been helpful in the past, but it seems like the quality of service may be going down hill.

Very poor communication! Severely delayed installation. Would not recommend.

UPDATE:We had Davinci Signs install another sign for us in a neighborhood we work for. We originally had the install scheduled for October, after continuous delays, incorrect stone cutting, and lack of communication, we finally had a sign completed in March. Not to mention, our bill was incorrect and am still fighting that. On our previous projects, Mike Long was a joy to work with, this round, I do not have one nice thing to say about how this process went. We will no longer be using Davinci for our sign needs.Original Review:DaVinci is the go to for signs in Northern Colorado. We have used them on a couple of projects for our clients and have been nothing but impressed.Mike Long is always available to answer questions and meet on site, which is beneficial for those of us who know nothing about signs.

We were referred to Davinci Sign Systems by Direct Sign Wholesale to rebuild our lighted entrance signs. Davinci went over and above the call of duty during the renovation of the signs. They were in really bad shape and Davinci made them look absolutely beautiful. Their communication with us was proactive and solid. There were no surprises and we highly recommend Davinci!
