We have brought most of our furniture here at Phillips everything is great quality. They have the best customer service. Leslie was great and went above and beyond for us. They make shopping so easy. They have in-store finance so thats a huge plus quick and easy. Looking forward to buying more furniture from them. I highly recommend them. The guys that delivered our furniture were great and they showed up on time.

The woman who helped me was very pleasant and helpful. I have bought a few items over the years and always had a positive experience. My chair was delivered on time and they hauled the old one away. Its a great place to shop for furniture, appliances and mattresses. Always nice there, thats why I keep going back.

I had a freezer emergency on a Friday. Due to the pandemic, choices are very limited everywhere. My sales lady even called other local businesses in effort to fulfill my needs.I purchased a Maytag upright freezer from Phillips and Im happy to say, it worked out perfectly. Thank you.

Phillips had what we needed. They had test mattresses to instantly compare the latest models and the traditional models. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. I love this furniture store...I notice another review, saying how overpriced they are...but my family has found some great deals, and the quality of our furniture is great...by the time you drive to Reno, you save no money...because of the cost of fuel and food for the 3 hour trip...this store also delivers...I have been to CB Browns...and they are always rude.....the Phillips employees are nice, and helpful!

Overpriced. I was couch shopping years ago and found one i liked at phillips, the price was obscene, went across the street to cb browns and found the exact same couch for 300 less than phillips. Phillips is for the stupid local miners who make too much money and need to make sure everyone k ows how much they are making, so they buy overpriced crap to show people they are well to do.

Not overly friendly. Not willing to make a deal.
