I just went in to use the car wash. The spot-free rinse just dribbled from the wand and then quit working two minutes before my time ran out. PDQ did refund the money for the missing timeUpdate to this review. Went back recently to wash the car again, and my quarters got stuck in the coin slot. Probably tried pushing them it too fast.Anyway, the owner came out to help, got my money unstuck and comped the car wash.He had read my above review and told me of a number of changes made or in process to improve peoples experiences there. Among them are new coin and card operated timers and, most important to me, a rework of the spot-free rinse mechanics.I must admit that the spot-free cycle worked about 100 percent better

I went to the automatic car wash and paid for the best wash, was guided in by the employee. After I left the place I noticed my front right custom wheel had been completely destroyed because they weren’t paying attention when guiding me in the bay. I arrived the next morning and waited around for over 2 hours to talk to the owner. He was a complete asshat and beyond rude. He told me I’d hit a curb and had nothing to do with his guardrails that are not even protected with plastic. That’s an awesome way to run a business!!!! Stay away from this business!!!!!!

The service was awesome our 1996 volvo runs a lot better than before I would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs help. Good job and Im happy with the service we received thanks so much.

They are quick getting the oil changed and all the fluids checked. Not bad prices for oil changes either.

Horrible service went in and asked about ordering fender flares and they were rude and just took my phone number down and said they would call me with pricing and info the next day. I waited 3 days and nothing, so I went back in to ask agian and they did the same thing even after I explained they already took my number down. I waited 5 more days and nothing. The next day I called them and they had no idea what I was talking about. Bad service, the workers do not care about the customers and very unprofessional I do not recommend them at all . I heard they are horrible in the servicing and mechanical work department as well.

My husband took our new car through the drive thru car wash and one of the flaps that clean the car yanked the rear bumper out there was still pieces of the felt flap stuck on our car, my husband showed the damage to the owner, this guy pulled his felt flap pieces out of the damaged area and basically told my husband to buzz off Our car was cleaned but damaged and the owner took the evidence

Not the kind d of place one would want to work. Patrick tells me he has no patients and has a temper and it showed, Not what one says to a employee. Magen his wife was very shallow is not professional at all and it felt like she was always looking for a fight and speaks to the drivers like we are stupid and we are not. I Wasnt given time sheets or told to record my time, or given a W4 until 4 days after I started working, and was expected to back log 4 days worth of hours or I wouldnt be paid in full. None of his trucks or equipment is serviced until it is broken on the free way, no precheck sheets available, so when somthing does go wrong its always the drivers fault and there is no record of it being a unsafe semi. There very good about side stepping blame. No medical or dental, its not a mystery way he cant keep any drivers.what a joke of a company. Most people I spoke to about PDQ TOWING laughed and shook there heads saying I heard about them. Ive never rated a company before, the only reason I am now is because I dont believe his equipment is safe to operate on the free way, and the way they conduct business is questionable, Im not jaded or lashing out, I applied for a new job and im very happy with driving truck. This my exit interview, this is how I feel. I say it here so Patrick doesnt have the chance to lose his temper with me because another driver quit. Rob was nice to work with, Patrick is lucky to have him.

Poor service. Did not preform proper diagnostic, tried to hustle money. Small part on tranny broke and said I needed a new transmission 3,000 job that only cost 1,100 when properly looked at.

The only stereo shop in town. Some decent sale prices.

Usually get your auto right in but always a wait after that to have it finished.

They put brakes on my truck, had problems with them I kept talking the truck back for a year. Never could fix them right. Finally I took the truck to Les Schwabs they put new brakes on the truck and it fixed the problem.

These guys are good, quick and dont kill you with ridiculous upsells.
