Popped a tire on our trailer. Put the spare on and made our way to Les Schwab. Just wanted the spare replaced so we had another. Wouldnt give us a spare tire because 1 of 4 tires already on the trailer looks like its begging to separate and its a liability issue to not replaced all 4 tires and with the spare. We just wanted a spare replaced and didnt have 1000 bucks for all new ones. The tires were all less than a year old.

Five stars! We were driving through and hit something, and just luckily we were only a few miles from town. We called and even as they were about to close, they stayed open for us so we could come get our tire replaced and continue on our road trip. They also helped us talk through the risks as we were driving in to make sure we shouldn’t call a tow truck. The whole team was super nice, a lot more affordable than expected, and extremely quick. Feeling super lucky that we got to get service from such a great crew!

We were rolling through town only to discover our trailer had blown a tire out, needing repair ASAP. We called this shop and they got us in with 10 minutes to spare before closing. They were incredibly helpful and professional. They took care of swapping out 4 tires efficiently and swiftly. We were back on the road and on our way. These guys saved our day! We are so grateful to have found this shop and service. Huge accolades to them!

Echoing a number of other travelers here! We got a flat tire in Puckerbrush NV while towing, threw on our spare tire, and limped into Winnemucca on I-80 as fast as we safely could, arriving at Les Schwab 5 minutes before closing. Ive never seen such a cheerful, efficient team in action! Five guys came running out of the shop, got our old Subaru on the lift in a jiffy, showed us how worn down all our tires were from towing cross country (oops!), And replaced them all so fast that I think we were on our way again by 6:20. They were like mechanic ballerinas! Thanks you guys for staying after hours, and being so friendly about it, too. We so appreciated it. Highly highly recommend this place.

Giving these guys 5 stars. I would give more if I could. My family and I were in a bind today driving to Park City. Got a flat 30 miles outside Winnemucca. Dustin and his team repaired our tire and got us back on the road in no time. Super gracious and professional. I remember seeing their billboard on the way in, ‘do the right thing’. Traveling across country and truck tire started leaking. Seached for nearest Les Schwab and they fixed the tire (removed nail and plugged) we were on the road in 40 minutes! Always please with the way they provide service. Btw no cost to fix flat!

Went to this Les Schwab while visiting the area to have my tires checked and rotated. They got me in very quickly and did a thorough job of checking my tires because I mentioned that a dash light had come on about one of the tires while I was driving. The service was friendly and they also have free Wi-Fi. What more could anyone want from a car repair place?

Was traveling home to Arizona when I caught something in my tire on the road. Went to Les Schwab figuring I might need a repair, but totally prepared to buy a new tire. They did the repair quickly and then said, NO CHARGE. I was back on the road in short order. I will definitely be finding a Les Schwab locally when I need new tires.

I have had a lot of issues with this place. They cant keep a manager. They werent going to mount my new tires today because they were not purchased there. I stood by them faithfully for 10 years.. time to buy my own tire machine. I in fact already have one, but I support local. I will be buying a truck tire machine new. I feel if I have to explain valve caps to the manager, I dont trust thus place any more

Family and I were driving back from Idaho to Carson city (7+ hour drive) with a 1 and 6 year old from a family trip. Halfway home, I popped a tire in battle mountain and drove on a donut to winnemucca (50 miles). According to GPS, we would arrive at 5:55pm. We called les schwab to line up a repair or to seek help. The lady who answered (Dallie I think her name is) couldn’t have been more apathetic and said, “If you’re not here by 6:00, then we can’t help.” About 35 miles away, our GPS continued to change due to our speed (50 mph) being slower than the posted speed limit (75mph). I called to reassure Les Schwab we were doing everything we could barring dangerous driving to get there by 6. Again, she reaffirmed, “if you’re not here by 6:00, then we can’t help you.” About 5 miles out or so, it hit 6pm. My family literally pulled into their parking lot at 6:02pm (took a screenshot) as Dallie and co were leaving. I hopped out with urgency to acquire a tire and she simply said, “it’s past 6:00.” She then looked at her co workers (who seemed disappointed but ready to help) and said, well, you do what you want but I’m leaving!” She turned and made way to her vehicle. Fortunately, her co-workers did the right thing as well as the owner (Cory!) Although Les Schwab (Cory) did as their motto proclaims (Doing the right thing!), my family couldn’t be more disappointed by Dallies apathy, discourtesy, and indifference toward our situation. She obviously doesn’t understand the motto and message of Les Schwab.

Great store. Accommodated our 30 foot fifth wheel. Love the tires and the price was right. It is first come first serve I think but if you come in early enough it is not bad. Best bet is to drop off the car. In our case he told us to come back at 10 am which we did and got it done in a couple of hours. The front staff is very knowledgeable.

I have had the front end suspension done multiple times now, Lescwabb was the best, and yet it’s out of alignment again already :( and wish I could afford some tires 😂

We’ve had issues with missing valve stem covers, being charged for new valve stems but being given the old ones, little things we chose to overlook due to the convenience of having our tires serviced in Winnemucca. But in the last 6 months They have began trying to get me to spend more money on things I don’t need. A few months ago they said I needed an alignment. I went home and told my husband and he said we did not need one. Last week I went in and they said nothing about needing an alignment this time. Don’t you think if I really needed one last time I’d still need one this time? All those little red flags I could overlook but this next one is the straw that broke the camels back. With my most recent tire rotation this time they told me I needed new tires, printed me out a quote and I took it home to my husband. We should have taken a look at the tires ourselves but instead taking their word for it he ordered tires from a place in Fallon, last year this place gave us a great deal on our trailer tires and we had decided we’d be getting our tires from them from then on. When the tires came in we drove to Fallon and the shop took our car back and The owner of the shop came out and told us if we really wanted new tires he’d replace them but there was no reason to replace these ones yet! Absolutely unacceptable! This only solidifies our suspicions that they are always adding on services because I’m a woman and am most likely to take their word for it and buy those extra services on the spot at their recommendation. I guess I’ll be getting all my tire services in Fallon from now on at a place where we know they are honest.

I will have to say this Les Schwab tire shop was spot on. I have been to a lot of these stores and they all have been less than average. I dont even like my local store! But this group of gentlemen rocked it and got us back on the road in an hour.Thanks guys, glad you were there.

Came in for 1 used commercial they removed it said I have to sell you 2 now because they didnt like the way the 2nd tire look then threatened to call DOT if I did any other than buy 2 tires then to add insult to injury replaced it with a tire no different then the 1 they removed and yes the inside is where they tried to hide it

Im giving this location specifically a low rating because my entire experience with les schwab tires has always been great. Super kind and accommodating, efficient and awesome people. Unfortunately, I had to put up with the worst customer service Ive ever received from a tire store here. The woman who helped me immediately got an attitude after she couldnt find my fathers account ( not sure how thats my fault) and then proceeded in that terrible attitude as I attempted to describe what I needed done with my tire, she was very very rude. As Im not from NV and was headed to an event that wouldnt put me back in Winnemucca before they closed, I asked to have the tire left out and she said I had to call before hand (or you could do as I asked because Im pretty sure I know if Ill make it back in time or not) I did call and no one answered anyways so great advice. Oh, and I have to either drive back 4 hours to pick it up, buy a new one ($250) or find a place to stay the night to get it in the morning. All in all it was very disheartening and I likely wont go there again.

Stopped at this Les Schwab in Winnemucca Nevada on a cross country trip, because we had a right rear tire on our duly class C, 31 foot motor home. The repair men said that it was the inner tire that was causing the problem because of a bag valve stem so we had him replace it and he aired up both tires. The young man did the job quickly and did check the tire to see if it had a leak. He said no leaks. The next morning, we get up to leave to continue our trip and we have a flat tire. So I give him a rating of 3 for hustling and trying to get the job done. But he should have had a 5. He missed the flat tire! And were sitting on the side of the road in BFE. Not happy!

Les Shawb tractor trailer combinations have their own entrance and exit at our store. Allowing company drivers to regress through the customer parking area is not a safety conscious practice.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. When there was an issue with the new tires, they understood my concerns and worked with me to resolve it. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

Excellent people to work with (Cory, Brad and Alex were the ones i dealt with). i brought a trailer in for new bearings--they were able to figure out the year of the axle and were very experienced in diagnosing the problems, advising me to just get a new axle, which they are doing. The diagnosis cost was very reasonable. I recommend them for any tire-related work.

The guy who worked there now, didnt bother to call or show me really what kind of tire was available. They used to be great. Not sure that they are the same people like they used to be anymore. Its sad! However the Big O folks were much nicer. Will be buying my new tires over them instead of Les Schwab!

We were traveling from California to Utah. We noticed we had a tire that was getting low on air. Our tires are Big O tires which have free flat repair. We stopped at Les Schwab and asked if there was a Big O in town. The Les Schwab people said there wasnt one around, but they removed the nail and screw in our tire without cost! What great service - thanks!

Traveling through and short on time when we had tire trouble. Had the hope this les Schwab was similar to the one at home. Not even close. Our tire problem was obvious so they knew we had to make a significant purchase immediately. They gave an outrageous quote for the service thinking we were desperate enough to pay whatever. We called around and quickly found lots of other places with reasonable prices and efficiency. As soon as they discovered we were on the phone looking elsewhere the office lady ran out to tell them to get our car out of the shop... in Spanish thinking we couldnt understand😂. Dont waste your time and money here. RUN over to Big O !!

This place is always reliable and incredibly helpful. We work and drive on backcountry roads for most of the season and have numerous flat tires. Les Schwab has always helped us with cheap flat fixes (if they charge us at all) and good replacement options.

Traveling through from reno heading home i ended up having a bad tire upon a walk around during a fill up. I didnt have much money to spare and planned on getting new tires later. The manager stepped up and helped me out. I got 2 used replacement tires to get me home and they were quick and helpful.Its not often you get a good customer experience like this. Way to step up to the plate and not try to bleed a customer out! Thanks guys!

Took my truck to Les Schwab this morning and waited about one hour for them to fix a nail in two different tires. Customer service was very courteous and professional and helpful.

Customer service is horrible. It took more then one person to put in a battery for my friends car and in doing so they mess up the alternator. Were supposed to fix it and couldnt even get that done now he is driving around with no headlights or anything elis that runs off after battery power

Once again another rude encounter . Chris was excited to tell me he wouldnt put oil in a axle for leaving me to go burn up a trailer axle. Also rude Chris told me I cant even put oil in the axle myself on les Schwab property . Unreal 1/2 star again ! Totally unsatisfactory
