Was Passing through when my truck got a check engine light. Stopped in with no appointment and Jeff helped diagnose the problem, and despite being swamped, he took the time to update my trucks software, and also run a lengthy test on a recall. After an hour, Im back on the road with no check engine light and a peace of mind. Extremely helpful and friendly through Jeff and Staff.

Great service. Friendly people, easy to talk to. Willing to walk around the lot and show us around. Felt like a priority. Very helpful in trying to get us the best deal, although we did feel a bit pressured to buy a brand new 2019 vehicle...older options werent really what they wanted to discuss no matter how many times we brought it up. We havent decided yet what were going to do, but I would recommend this dealership. Overall: 7.5 out of 10.

Best place weve ever to buy a vehicle. Liz, Pete, and Bob were excellent. After looking at several dealers for the perfect truck, we came in Saturday afternoon on a whim, and found what we were looking for. We never imagined we could own a vehicle of this magnitude; however, Liz, Pete, and Bob went over and above to get us in our new truck.

The absolute BEST customer service I have ever received!!! I would give them 10 stars if I could! Im moving cross-country from California to Virginia and I just passed Winnemucca when my Challenger had engine trouble. This was just a few minutes before they closed -- literally it was 4:55. I called and asked if there was anything at all they could do for me, even though I knew they were closing. They recommended a towing company and said all the mechanics were already gone for the day, but theyd stay late and wait for me to get there and look at my car first thing in the morning. Pete was there waiting, got my car all checked in to be looked at right away the next morning because I told him about my long trip. Then he and his wife even looked up pet-friendly hotels for me (Im moving with my dog)! To top it off, he even drove me to the hotel, which was already beyond my expectations. Then, as if that wasnt enough, a couple hours later, I realized I left a really important bag in my car. So, with the dealership being closed, I didnt know what I could do, but Pete gave me his cell number (I was also amazed that he gave me his cell number in the first place), so I called even though he was already off work. I didnt at all expect him to do anything for me - and I wouldve completely understood - but, he picked me up at the hotel, drove me back to the dealership to get my bag, then drove me back to the hotel. I cannot thank Pete enough for the absolutely incredible service he provided to me. Even though my car needs repairs, today could have been much much worse if it wasnt for Pete being there to help me. Absolutely incredible!!!

But I was given the run a round by other dealers.... I grew up in this town and they will be my go to people. I sat down at a clean table and was offered refreshments and felt sort of at home. I bought a $50,000 truck and 2 months later I had a mechanical issue with the truck and when I called rackley they put me on hold for 15 minutes, then hung up on me. I called again and asked to speak to the manager and they hung up on me again...I will never buy another vehicle from any rackley location ever again! Very untrustworthy and unprofessional!

In the past I have taken my jeep to bigger dealerships in the Boise area and was nervous when I recently dropped my car off for service at Liberty but the guys at Liberty were awesome, they were extremely accommodating, and overall I was pleased with the service.

Bought an 06 magnum from them with a warranty. Sales was fine as they wanted to make money. The service department is a joke, the engine on the car was burning a lot of oil and they couldnt figure out why. Finally they did a compression check and the piston rings were shot. They finally replaced the engine after 6 weeks of it in the shop. A few months later the car is back in there shop for engine oil leaks on the new engine they put in. Dont waste your time by going to these clowns, theyll sell you a car but zero service or backup when it breaks down

They asked me to bring my pay stubs and bank statements down so I did, they said one of them would call me in an hour, now its 4pm and they are closed. The service there is horrible. I havent met one person their that has a clue what they are doing. When Tom was still there every thing went smooth and didnt take all day. That place is just going down hill.

Prices are ridiculous. They wont work with you on reasonable pricing. Can go to Reno and save a few thousand.

Really did not care for the hard sell tactics. Liz is very nice though. They are more accommodating than the old management

We were 120 miles west of Winnemucca on I80 when engine check light came. We limped into Tackley where Jeff in the service department quickly diagnosed the problem, got the part and we were on our way in less than an hour. Super service!!

The GM was professional and helpful. He what he could to get me back on the road even though the service department was closed for the day.

I really appreciate what they did for me there.. he got me out of a bind and didnt charge me an arm and a leg he helped me make my appointment time we need more people like him. He is understaffed and still got my truck fixed.

Service Department is lame. Dont take your vehicle here for service unless you have several weeks to wait. That was 2015. I see now the Dealership has new owners. I wish them goodwill. Winnemucca deserves to have a great Dodge Dealer.

Mr. Dondero and his staff are awesome ........no B.S. and straight to the point which I like .....i spent 3 hours in Elko trying to strike a deal but was just a waste of time ......decided to stop by liberty dodge just as a last minute inquire ......within 20 minutes made a deal for price I wanted and paperwork signed within the hour ...P.S. .......jjst dont inform him of an Elko visit!😎 hahaha......nonetheless ......good and honest people

My mom and I stopped in winamucca on our road trip to Colorado when my Jeeps check gauge light switched on. We asked around if any jeep dealerships were around and we were lucky to find this one. I had no idea what was wrong with my car, as it had just been checked, but they found the problem and found an alternator in town to replace it. Shane even took off his lunch break to drive us to Petes Kitchen, in a brand new 300 Chrysler by the way, and to work on my car. We ended up having to wait a long time to get back on the road but I wouldnt have wanted my car to poop out anywhere else; the staff was kind, considerate and did their best work to get us on track again. If that isnt hospitality, I dont know what it. Under the circumstances, it was a pleasure to stop here.

Not the place to take trade in’s.. they offered 1000’s less than KBB dealer trade in value on both my vehicles, and they are both extremely low mileage and in excellent condition. I don’t mind giving any business some profit but I’m not gonna pay for their kids college with one transaction! The price of newer vehicles is now like a house mortgage, $50,000 and up for a new pickup is beyond reality.. not the dealers fault but when they’re lowballing the trade in’s it’s just another slap in the face.

Very rude people especially the parts department. Later found that the rest of the town agrees with that so they apparently have a bad reputation all around here. Too bad. They were even worse in person! We took our Chrysler over to FORD and they worked with us and were very understanding and even polite who knew! Even squeezed us in to get us back on the road!!
