Battle Born Coffee Shop is a cute little convenient stop located right as you pass thru the small town of Winnemucca. While I thought it’s food menu was limited, I want to give major props to their owner for the extensive list of created drinks dubbed “The Originals” featuring cleverly named caffeinated concoctions. There is so much to choose from! See menu picture.My pick me up was the Winnemocha (dark chocolate, amaretto and almond flavoring). If you like Almond Joys or Mounds, this is the drink for you! I ordered mine nonfat and it still tasted amazing! I loved the combination of the dark chocolate and amaretto, it was perfectly sweet!For breakfast my husband and I both snagged some breakfast burritos. WOW!!! First off, these burritos are definitely made in house and fresh! The cheese that was used was soooo good, it tasted like the creamy nacho cheese from Tostitos. I honestly didn’t need the drops of Tapatio but I’m not going to ignore hot sauce when it’s there. It made the burrito so good! And it was nice and HOT!!! Hubby and I both agreed our burritos hit the dang spot.I would 10/10 recommend Battle Born Coffee and stop by a second time if I ever find myself around town again!!!

Excellent service, coffees are prepared just right. Saved the place for the next time we drive by. We ordered the caramel explosion, creme brulee blended, iced matcha and iced caramel latte

Open 5 am to 5 pm M-F: that is hard to find when you are up early, just glad about that. Great staff and service, very happy with my brew oatmeal and toasted bagel. Oh, and I almost forgot to mention the computer stations with printer, restroom, indoor seating with tables, drive up window, .....and that it is a little bit off main drag (20 meters?). Great vibes and smiles that are Battle Born....really real!

Every single time we come to this coffee shop the drive through gal is so rude. Young lady who works drive though has no personality and clearing does not enjoy working here. Some times coffee is tasty, other times not made correctly. No consistency. Always disappointed with customer service skills. This is stressful times but a smile goes a long ways and I feel my money is it appreciated here.

All i can say is WoW! the chocolate muffin is the best muffin ive ever tasted. if you come to this town, you MUST go here.

Passing through and we’re desperate for coffee, thought it would be closed because it’s the 4th but it was open !! amazing coffee and such a nice atmosphere :) they even had almond milk

Menu is huge, but it is in such a small print you cant read it. No smaller menu available to read. Prices are avg to high. Then I got asked if I wanted to put a tip on my credit card. I am a firm believer in tipping, but when I feel it is deserved. Will not be back. Java Town on Grass Valley much better.

Wow! My new favorite stop in Winnemucca! Beautiful, clean coffee shop with a wide choice of coffee drinks & pastries. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I am a purist... straight, strong, black coffee and I was not disappointed! Delicious cup! I suggest when traveling thru, you swing in for great cup of coffee and support local business in Winnemucca!

Having a coffee is such an important part of a persons day whether super early or for that afternoon pick me up. Battle Born Coffee shop hands down is the best coffee shop to visit whether youre a local or going through for a visit. The new owners, Tracy and Jenetta have really done a great job serving their customers and outreach in their local community. Im so excited to see their new horizon light up! New drinks, original drinks, better prices, fun atmosphere...what more could you ask for? Battle Born Coffee has to be your place to go for that cup o joy! Congrats to the new owners and a job well done!

Theres one person in there pulling the load on her own lots of people in line and no one to help her . And 8 dollars an hour for pay is pretty sad for the work she has to do to make customers happy .

Excellent the best and only place in town to be served a good cup of coffee. These people are great have been trading with them for years and cant say enough good about them

What an amazing service and a good quality. another reason for me to support small busness owner and not to spend our money on a franchise like starbucks,The weather was cold and snow but it was good walk from FlyingJ truck stop to the coffe shop.

Coffee wasnt warm. Burrito was just frozen one. Adding another star because business took effort to get back.

Prices are a bit ridiculous. It looks like there’s new ownership and they’ve raised them - oat milk is an extra $1.50. I have never had to pay that much for alternative milk before...
