Absolutely DO NOT, DO NOT expect a normal transaction to happen here. And if you need medication, better be have a weeks worth on hand. These folks are short handed,, but they really do not know what us going on behind that counter. As I waited for them to call my physicians office, they called me instead. Theres no clear system and these are folks giving out medications!!!! When asked my birth data, one employee wasnt sure if October was the 10th month and had to ask me three times. Twice on the first visit and once again on the next. I travel all over this nation and this is the worse operated pharmacy I have EVER been to or unfortunately had to deal with. Even around the globe, Ive never had such an issue. My doctors staff are use to me calling in refills from around the nation and have gone beyond the norm to confirm this request was in. Yet this pharmacy is still clueless and having too much of a struggle on a minor blood pressure med. As I wait, three other people that are from this community are going through the same issue. One person waiting behind, called their physicians office and changed the pharmacy location. Not a way to run a business. Very disappointing...

Good pharmacy, never had any problems. Would like to see all the “out of towners” go back to wherever they came from.

Sorry never left parking mit which unlike where im From was pandler free. Also close to public transportation, and Dining.Easy access to the freeway very accomidating to the public.

I was diagnosed with stage 3 Triple Negative Cancer October of 2019. I was 39 years old. Prior to that I didn’t have a Primary Care Physician really. No real drug history. I barely took aspirin. I had so much anxiety that I ended up needing anti depressants, anti anxiety pills & a sleep aid. I tried not taking them. I wanted to be back to my normal non pill taking self more then anyone. I have weaned my own self off of the anti depressants for over a month. I have started to wean my own self off of the anti anxiety meds and on October 8th, 2020 I didn’t take my first sleep aid. I was treated by both Walmart pharmacists like I was an addict. But here’s the problem. I was asked to explain to them both why I was taking Xanax and Ambien. I told them both that I had cancer and I wasn’t taking them both together. Why would I go through one of the worlds most aggressive chemo & radiations just to mix pills and “end my life”? I understand the job of a pharmacist to make sure I am not mixing a deadly concoction. And I am grateful. But when you ask me the questions, please don’t cut me off so I can explain. When I have to finally lose my temper and cry in front of you & customers because you won’t listen, I have been through hell and back already! I felt ashamed in front of everyone having to feel like I am begging. I know I “appeared” like someone needing a fix. I have been treated so poorly by the entire medical field, not just the pharmacist. Please don’t respond with the generic “we are going to work better” response. I have been insulted enough. I will be transferring all my stuff to another pharmacy and I won’t be shopping at Walmart in the future. I’ve got a life to live and I will be supporting other stores where they get the time & have the time to treat me like a human. I don’t know how long I have to live but I want to be living around those who treat me with respect. God bless!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy i have ever been too. My doctors office called a medication for me, i went to pick it up and it was not ready that i could not fill it for 3 days even thought the doctors office told them to fill it. The pharmisists answer they called it in but i really was no listening so i cant tell you if she said to fill it early what a complete bunch of morons.

Very friendly and helpful

They take a ridiculous amount of time to fill prescriptions even when they say its already filled. Most of the workers have a bad attitude and really dont seem to care to help. They gave me 4 pills to hold me over for 6 days.. And I was supposed to take 1.5 every day. If Wal-Mart wasnt convenient to fill prescriptions where ever I wouldnt even use them.

Hands down far and away the absolute worst pharmacy you could go to. The pharmist was rude and talked down to me. He definitely needs a lesson in customer service. Any lower price you may obtain is not worth the garbage you have to out up with.

For a small town this place is crazy, over 12 people waiting in pickup line. Took 20 minutes to pickup prescription.

They are completely incompetent cant even call you if something goes wrong yet they ask for your phone number waited 30 min found out I my insurance can was bad waited 20 min decided they needed to call my doctor sitting here still waiting
