Needed a AC blower for wifes gmc terrain and Guam on is 500 for the cheapesr.. 109.00 at Auto zone...
They harrassed me and had me drive between several locations claiming the other had the part. They wasted four hours of my day as well as gas. I got upset and told the last person why they did all this and he said, “I wasted five minutes of my time helping you!” And yelled at me, I swear it’s their job to do customer service! And help? So why have me drive between four locations and get upset at me when it was them who kept claiming the other had the part!
Very helpful staff. More knowledge should be on hand instead of just relying on what the computer shows.
I was taking out my battery as José Quintero (I believe he is the regional manager) walked by, seeing what I was doing, he immediately asked to help, and proceeded to take out the battery, carry it inside, find me a new one, and then install. It was all quick, and he was immensely kind! Thank you José!😁 Definitely recommend!
I came here because the car needed new headlights, we bought it for around 61$ with tax, and we headed out. We didnt really know how to install it, so one of the workers was really nice to help us do it for free, and said no when I insisted to give him tips. I didnt really know his name but thank you :D

I truly hope this location didn’t have a jump starter because that was pretty annoying to have to sit out in front of your store for an hour and half to have my insurance sent roadside assistance to help jump start my truck. Of course I tried O’reilly next door 1st before calling roadside assistance but they were unable to help due to needing to charge their jump starter after a few attempts. But if you do have what poor customer service. Hope it was fun watching me sit in front of your store after purchasing a $200 product. What kind auto parts store doesn’t have a jump starter? Autozone Waipahu have. How bout y’all invest in one or show some aloha next time instead of being lazy.

Typical AutoZone with a typical selection of parts. Workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Hours on the door do not match what is online. Also, they lock the entrance door when it gets dark, which is a bit confusing. Just pull on the exit door if the entrance door is locked.
So everytime I went in they didnt have what I needed, they could get it ship in, but just didnt have it in the store. The sales representative was nice and respectful. I ended up walking around the corner to OReillys and they had what I needed, twice.
I went there to grab things brake rotor and drums. Maryrose was really helpful and respectful. I like that she speak Filipino so it’s easy to speak. Nice store I will come back again.

My first ever review. Worst customer service I’ve had in any AutoZone I’ve ever been to. I’ve use this place at least eight times over the last year. 7 of those have resulted in horrible customer service. I’ve been a mechanic for over 20 years. But i act humble in my knowledge. Normally there are attitudes. Talked down too. Double standards depending on who you talk too. No initiative to help anyone. I could name names but I’m not that person. Good luck if you use this store.
Wonderful service. Dexter who works there helped me get a new CV axle, O2 sensor, and multiple motor mounts and explaining exactly what my check engine light code meant, and how to fix it. Thanks a bunch!!
The staff here is very knowledgeable and kind. Able to check your emissions light code for free, let you borrow tools, if needed, as well as come to your car to check what parts work best. Definitely recommend.
I see the owner keeps saying we are very sorry like a Indian computer customer service rep, if he if sorry why doesnt he do something to help the customer? I just changed my mind about going there and will buy my battery at Sams Club. Soke.

This place is great. Just wish we had one in maui. They seem to have almost everything you need in stock. The sales people are very helpful unlike some other auto parts stores and they seem to want to go out of there way to help. Prices are great. Customer service is excellent and choices of tools and parts are both outstanding. One of my go to places when I need to fix something on one of our many vehicles.

Really poor customer service. I purchased a battery and i was slapped with a $18.00 Core change charge - braddah wouldnt even accept my old battery. While i was changing it the lead was corroded - i needed to borrow one hammer for one blow but the manager said i had to pay for one and couldnt return it. also nothing was for loan. I got more aloha in the parking lot where another patron let me borrow and finish the job. The manager Miki was a really grumpy and disinterested guy - im taking my business elsewhere. .
Went to pick up a part on hold ordered from another store. I was expecting to pay the same price from the first store. The first stores price was. $34.99 . The second stores price is. $37.99 . Why should I pay. $3.00 more to drive to the other store ?I need the part but, I wont pay more for the same part . Please get your pricing the same from one store to the next. Just a heads up. If you want repeat business.
Cant see at night he said, wouldnt help just to check engine light. But outside is well lit and I would have use my phone flashlight to assist. No service no business.

At the Salt Lake location, dont go to the older Samoan lady. She is not very nice...but the other associates were very accommodating. 2nd time I went there and she was talking down to a customer. I purposely avoid her line every time I go. Other than that, it would be 5 stars easily.

Not even worth a one star....The worst Customer Service, very rude especially this big bald guy he is so slow and lazy no sense of urgency with him! He words were we only have two working right now cant help you....I waited for someone to checked me out for just one item, it took over 15 minutes until someone finally checked me out...
They dont know how to recharge a car battery. They plug my empty battery in for 15 minutes and unplug it and tell me its full 100%. Whereas it was only a quarter full. It only lasted a couple of days car sitting idle nothing on.

Bought my front brake pads back in 2013 in Las Vegas. After they have worn down in 2017, I just brought back the pads and they traded my old pads for new ones, not additional cost! You do not need a receipt, just make sure you have a AutoZone rewards account, they will link your purchase that way.
Manager was dick and talked down to my friend who has a commercial account with them. They tried to sell us a pulley but refused to sell or even help us find a bolt compatible with it. Im not going back there again.
I had to go in here more times than I would like but thats what happens when you buy a garbage car. Anyways the people are fun to talk to and the lines usually arent to bad. Its by starbucks and mcdonalds shop you can have your family do other things if they dont want to hang with you while you do man stuff
OReillys were much more help and more knowledgeable than autozone staff. The younger autozone staff member saw that I asked staff for help and only got a one worded rejection, so he offered to help locate fuses but manager scolded him not to. So OReillys for now on I guess.

We brought an estimate of parts and labor sheet to autozone from a local shop.Parts at autozone cost 185 and gonna do the job at home. We saved 500 dollars doing the job oirselves, working with Darrell, he helped us with the best parts and printed out some estimates for brake parts we gonna get next time. He was extra helpful and took his time explaining the parts to my son who is learning to fix da car himself.Thanks Darrell, for your expertise.

Words cant explain what this store did for me.Darryl is the store manager there! and this pass sunday he went up and beyond his work i needed a brake master cylinder and like always darryl always gave me the right part and knowledge.what makes this review awesome is that it was darryls day off he took the time to come in to help me im truly thankfull for all his help i always ask and go to his store and i know i will get the right part for what i need not like o rielys i ask for a fan belt they give me a power steering belt lol you got a auto zone customer for life thanks darryl for all the help you do for me if ever need a part asked for darryl the store manager. hes a car builder and is knowledge with the right stuff .. also he always calls with a courtesy call just to check up on how everything is totally awesome.. I dont trust Auto zones branded parts Duralast, even when it says lifetime warrenty because I bought a water pump from them. I put it on my Nissan Frontier and it went out after about 800 miles. I only go the for fluids and filters.
