I had the pleasure of dealing with Amy, she was so awesome to me. VERY accommodating, when she didn’t have to be. She’s the epitome of great customer service.

My visit was Perfect. Love Amy and the other girls. The Doctor was pleasant and good with Patient Information.I LOVE MY GLASSES!I had them 5 days after my exam. The lenses are exactly the way I requested and worth every single penny. The frame is durable and fashionable. Would definitely return.

Do not go here. I really like Walmarts vision centers. Normally the service is quicker, cheaper and the same quality as a doctors office. This location is awful. My first appointment back in NOVEMBER was great. I was seen quickly, the exam seemed thorough, everyone was friendly, etc. I have had to go back five times now to try and get the right contacts. The second visit was a simple pick-up, quick and easy. The third was a follow-up because I wasnt able to see well at night. I waited over an hour and a half, saw the doctor for exactly 6 minutes, and waited another 15 minutes to be told my contacts had to be ordered. I waited a week and a half and got a call to pick them up. I picked them up and realize they were THE SAME CONTACTS! So, I called after two weeks when I figured out they were just the same prescription and I got told that I have had another pair waiting. I never got called and told I had another pair there. I was never told when I picked them up that I had another pair waiting for me. Its been two months, five trips, and Im still left squinting.

Everytime Im here I feel like family. No one is fake. Straight to the point and honest.

The eye doctor is very rude and unprofessional. She will refuse to send over an emergency prior authorization if it is needed, even if it is asked for by the medical insurance company. I would not recommend going here.
