We purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub from Pool Tech in 2017. We have been extremely happy with the hot tub. A few weeks ago, we came home from a weekend away to find our tub powerless and very low in water. I called on Tuesday morning, and on Tuesday afternoon, technicians were at our house finding and fixing the problem - (a pump connection became loose). We were very happy with the service provided, and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you Pool Tech Crew!

As a new customer I find Pool Tech to have excellent service and products. The owners are very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I trust their judgement --feel and have observed they dont sell or push product unnecessarily and will work with you to solve issues in a cost effective manner.

We found that Pool Tech has been extremely professional and helpful during the pool install process. We had an above ground pool installed late May/early June, 2016. Although we waited an additional 3 weeks for the initial install from the original start date, it was totally acceptable due to the wet weather during May 2016.When they arrived to start the ground work, Brian and his crew were very accommodating and we feel that they went far above and beyond with what they probably would have normally done with the ground work and prep.Special thanks should go out to Brian, Paul, Nate and Randy, as well as the office crew for their perseverance, help and understanding when we had questions or concerns during the process.

We purchased a pool 4 years ago. Pool seems to be installed correctly. Customer service from the owner was horrible. My wife and I signed up for a package that included a pool cleaner. When they first came to install the pool they got stuck in my lawn and had to come back 3 weeks later. Once the job was finished I noticed there was not a pool cleaner. Also they had purchased the wrong ladder so I returned it to them. While I was there I asked where my cleaner was. He informed that they do not do that package anymore. I said well that is what we were told when we signed up for the package. He said there was nothing he could do other than sell me one at cost?!?!? I have never gone back because of this. I purchase my supplies else where. Pool Quality seems good but customer service was horrible. Look elsewhere.

I absolutely love my new salt water pool. These guys and gals were the friendliest and most professional team I have ever done business with. They came to our house several times to look at the area and helped us plan for the best size and placement of our pool. They did a fantastic job and cleaned up every tiny scrap of the construction debris. When I called for a minor service call they came out immediately. I highly recommend them as professionals. Also, they looked for my lost boots (inside joke) lol.

Skip this pool company. They installed my pool a little over a year ago and am already having problems.I believe they did a bad job installing it. The panels were not clicked in placed, and have now lifted and the liner has pulled away from the wall. When they opened my pool I returned home to find two broken pieces of the panel on the ground, now the pool wont keep the water level as it did before they came. They broke something, havent told me about it, and now my liner leaks.I called after they had opened my pool, left them a message to get some information and received a condescending voicemail. after two phone calls, one to Brian and one to Charlie, about the problems, I have received no follow up or call. They are willing to take your money but unless you are a rich client they want nothing to do with you. Look elsewhere for your pool needs. youve been warned.

Worse service ever. Called for service in early April. It is now August and still havent been able to repair the hot tub. $15,000 down the drain literally. Will be seeking retribution through Maines implied warranty law:Thankfully this didnt go to court. The team from Pool tech came out in early August and finished the job they started in April. The owner even worked with me on the repair costs. The crew was professional and did a good job with the repairs.
