The staff here is absolutely phenomenal. I had to have my Nissan Rogue worked on from someone hitting me and they made sure to take great care of me! Ask for Keith Hoover to do your body work he’s got over 40 years of experience and does a phenomenal job! When I got my car back you couldn’t even tell that I had ever been hit! The staff here in the office is more than willing to go the extra mile to make sure all your needs are met in a timely matter and they arrange for enterprise to come pick you up from the body shop to get you into your rental car. If I could give them more stars I definitely would!

This is the best repair shop around! They are very professional. After my car was hit, I brought my car here and I was in and out of the parking lot with a rental vehicle (of my choosing btw), in less than 10 minutes!! The repair work on my vehicle was done when they said and they gave me a certificate of guarantee on the work they did for as long as I own my car!! I would recommend coming here for any work you may need done on your vehicle .. they have customer satisfaction down to a T!!!

Take your vehicle here to get fixed. The location of the shop is terrible, but what they lack in convenient location they make up for in Customer Service. After a series of unfortunate events led me to needing two body shop repairs in a months time I was blown away the first time I was cared for by Carolina Collision when the second time happened I called the handling insurance and immediately asked if they partnered with CCC. They not only cared for my vehicle, they went above and beyond. They checked my key fob capabilities, washed the exterior after repair, filled my tires, and when I returned the rental they offered to vacuum it out so I didn’t get charged by Enterprise. THIS. IS. THE. PLACE. TO. TAKE. YOUR. VEHICLE.

It’s a good place, they are very good at what they do we have replaced a rear bumper of a Mercedes their and it came out looking good as new. Personally I would probably only recommend people who are doing it via insurance because they do charge a premium for what they do but they do everything right and are super friendly and helpful to deal with.

Face masks are not a thing here. Just an FYI. Saw at least 4 staff with no masks on inside the building and the woman at the front desk had hers on below her chin.

I came in with paint damage on several panels of my car. They finished the car within 4 days and I cant tell where the original damage was. They did a great job with my car and I will take it to them again, if necessary.

North Point Collision did a great job on the repair and Rodger kept me up to date on everything also North Point Dodge had to do a lot of suspension work which was perfect. I live in VA and wrecked on vacation thank you for making a bad situation a great experience.

Didnt totally fix my car! Insurance company and them estimated 7 thousand and only spent 5 leaving me with a cracked air box and a adjuster that wont return my text!!!

This will be my last time ever going here. They fix and look at what they think should be done never again!

Do not go to them. They have had my car for a month and have and have not repaired it. Eric lied and aaid he was sending an additional work estimate on January 3rd but it wasnt sent until January 16th after my insuramce carrier got involved. They are awful and deserve less than 1 star!!!

Not very helpful or freindly

North Point Collision Center did an excellent job repairing my rear/side bumper after a parking lot collision. Was repaired in less than 2 hours and for a great price!

Paint job was good(expensive) but the main problem was that they said (and I told them) they where going to realign my hood and drivers side finder but they never did and since they didnt my hood has been chipping away at my finders paint.

They get the job done. Its your insurance that will cut corners not these guys

I went to this body shop for my car damage estimate today, the price is supper higher here, both parts and labor probably double price than other body shops in Winston salem, example, Here estimated 21 hours at a rate of $46 for the labor work on my car, while two other body shops just estimated 12~15 hours at a rate of $41, I am not sure how much should I trust them, it surprised me that a very slight scar was estimated $ 500 while others just ask $150, just feel time spent here were totally wasted !

Honest estimates, appears to be a clean body shop.
