I took my 2019 Outback there for the bumper to be fixed due to a hit and run. I worked with Chris. He was very professional was able to answer ALL of my questions (there were a lot of questions on my part). He kept me informed of everything that was going on with my Outback. He also, kept my insurance company and rental car company up to date with the work. I would 100% recommend them! Outstanding service and outstanding customer service!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR REPAIRS!!!When I had my first oil change done on my brand new car the tech lifted it on the rocker panel and damaged it. Mistakes happen. They were willing to fix it and sent it over to their body shop. When I got the car back the rocker panel had a half inch gap from the body where it meets and the paint was completely rough. When I took it back the manager said that’s how it is. I told him to look at the other side and notice there is no gap. I told him the reason it isn’t mounting right is because they tried to reuse the mounting clips. He argued with me, and I escalated it and magically they got it mounted right and repainted and then tried to return it to me. This time the paint was even worse. I took it back again and he said that’s just how it comes from the factory and that they never even painted that end. Complete lie and it is full of fish eye, sanding marks and rough. The body shop manager said they would sand and buff it. Still looks the same. They still refuse to fix it properly. I manage dealers for a living and Flow is the worst group I have ever encountered when it comes to Service. The sales team is great but their service team is one to steer clear of. I don’t right reviews but this has been so bad that I felt I needed to. Sorry I can’t post pictures for some reason but trust me when I say it’s the worst pint work I have ever seen. Makes Mack look like a pebble beach Concourse paint job.

Outstanding customer service I couldn’t be more pleased with the work they did for my 2017 White Hyundai Sonta Sport! Tony is a great guy extremely knowledgeable cool guy all around, I would highly recommend this place 10 out of 5 stars! Did such a great job it looks like they detailed it to. Extremely happy about the quality of work they did.

Got an estimate on my car. Ashley was very nice and professional.
I hit a light pole at two miles per hour in May. Had my vehicle taken to flow body (preferred vendor) for my insurance company. Took them two months to repair my car. I kept getting calls telling me my VW was a total loss and it was only worth 8k. In the end I had to pay for a rental vehicle for a month at my own expense and the body shop adjuster told me she was on commission based salary which made the sting of the high cost repair worse. My deductible was 1k but the bill as a whole was 9k. They didn’t clean my car up very well, there were spare/old parts in my trunk/hatchback, the front grill is cracked and wasn’t fixed, plus they told me they’d help with the rental fees. They did not. It was a horrible experience. I will never go there again.
For appearances only they seem to be sincere and actually care. However, when you have picked your car up from them twice for the same thing. It gets old quick! Only to be told that you will now be responsible for contacting their dealership to have it fixed. I am sure that no one had a problem with taking the money for repairs that are not complete. Not to mention the dealership never ordered the parts to fix it properly the fist time. Things like customer service and work ethic have went out the window.
They had my car more than 2 MONTHS from where I hit a deer. Communication was horrible (nobody knew anything). The part of my car that was painted doesn’t look the same as the rest of the car. Never again will they touch anything of mine!
My truck had a recall on the hood and had to be replaced and they could not even manage to do that correctly. Lots of trash in the paint, the paint was a different shade from the rest of the truck, they failed to paint over the edges so there was black showing from the bare metal, The paint was dripping on some edges, the body lines in some spots didnt line up, and they failed to put a substantial coat under the hood the paint was rubbing off on my fingers.
Very professional. Dont take a chance just get it done here! Fixed my challenger. Excellent paint match and very reasonable. No cons, all pros

And have recommended it to friends, and family many times. . . My contact is Gerald (Tony) Smith, once he gets your vehicle in the shop. He stays with it from beginning, to final presentation. . . My vehicle has white diamond paint, so prepare to be Totally Satisfied. . . Why would you go anywhere else. . .
Excellent job but was told be ready that afternoon. Day later I call confirm job done. Told yes but when I arrived they havent even started. Little to no apology just excuses.
I took my car here based on my positive experience with Flow VW and a recommendation from a friend.Dropped the car off on Monday, was told it would be done Wednesday, maybe Thursday. Left two messages on Thursday (one around 11 am to the estimator and another around 4 pm on the main phone) to find out when it was going to be ready. No return call. Called today around 4 - no answer. Left message on the main line.Poor customer service and lacking simple common courtesy.

This is the worst experience and repair shop I have ever had to deal with! Not only did it take almost a month to get the vehicle back but it was not even complete when called to pick it up. So now I have to go back to deal with them all over again!!! The interior was returned the exact same way even though the paperwork stated that it was to be fixed! So I was given it back with glass shards still in the front seats from broken windows!! Not safe for me to let my child even ride in! When I spoke to the person in charge I was told i needed to contact my insurance company about it which I did he then connected our phone call together to be told he couldnt have it fixed today but to bring it back but wasnt sure how good they could do as far as getting glass removed! Seriously you have a staff for that service but yet they dont know how to vacuum and clean the interior!! Lets just say they will never see me again after this!!!

I barely post reviews but I could not believe the poorly handled customer service. We had my husbands truck evaluated for damage for a bumper and was told the total amount around 3,000. We was okay that’s fine. We then was told one date the truck could be fixed and called 2 days later to comfirm to only have it pushed back 3 weeks. Really?! So we tried to be understanding and patient. However in the middle of the process of repairs, we get a phone call that changed the damage repair from 3,000 to 6,000. Ummmm what?! They claimed there was more damage behind the bumper (however your able to see the damage without taking off the bumper by just by going under the truck and looking). We had the “new” repairs receipt looked at by a friend who also works in body shop (we didn’t take it to his work because of a longer time of wait, but if we would have known the price increase we would have), and he stated there was parts that weren’t even necessary. So when explained why the increase, the story didn’t make sense. We then told them we did not want to do business and stated for them to not work on the truck and we would come get it. They proceeded to not answer our phone calls and when finally answered, they said they did 70% of the work already. Um no, we told u not to work on it and we clearly communicated that with you. They went against our wishes and still proceeded. The whole processes was horribley handled, poor communication, and unprofessional. Don’t come here with expectations and trust.
