My husband and I drove two hours to check out and possibly purchase a particular Mini on their lot. The process was seamless and efficient including the financing. After the sale was complete, one of their team members Bri methodically showed me how to use all of the new features on the car. I drove back home thinking Wow, What a nice experience!
It was time to purchase a new Mini, my old one was an 09!! We decided to start with Flow Mini in Winston Salem and ended at Flow Mini in WS! What an easy, professional and efficient process. Patrick was on top of all the details throughout the entire process. We bought the car 10/30/21, and we were not a local buyer. In fact, we purchased our MINI from out of state and had to fly to NC to pick it up. Patrick arranged for us to be picked up at the airport and brought to the dealership. Today I took home my new Mini Cooper Countryman and I just have to compliment Patrick Simpson and Flow Mini on a very easy and smooth process. With the pandemic Im still doing most things online and Patrick coordinated a in-home drive for me which of course made me instantly fall in love with the car. This was my first time as an adult trading in/purchasing my own personal vehicle. I went in to see a used vehicle that I had my eye on and was promptly placed in Patricks care. I read some other reviews and I must echo - he did a great job making my transaction an enjoyable process. He is a happy and kind personality and that goes a long way in my book. Truly a pleasure to work with.Giving the experience four stars because after I left for the evening, the financial officer I worked with seemed to lack in communication skills. I ended up with two different stories: one person saying that loan checks for financing are usually mailed, and the financial officer asking me to bring a check to their office that same day after she filled my application incorrectly and led me to put in my own efforts to get the interest rate I was already pre-approved for at the bank of my choosing. Maybe it was a weird situation, but it definitely threw me off.Five stars for Patrick.

The service guy, Randy Quakenbush, was expecting me, had the work order printed (actually it was on line on my cell phone), i signed a couple of places and was ready to go. I had reserved a loaner car when I made the appointment but Randy didnt get that message. There are almost no cars available but Randy made it happen. I am very grateful for that but even more important, Flow Mini folks make me feel welcome and that theyll take care of whatever my car needs. It is awesome that when I get my car back, its washed and cleaned on the inside!

I had a fuel tank issue with my 2015 mini cooper that was a known issue by Mini as it was covered under a service advisory. I had the car towed down to Flow under warranty. They said they replaced some filters and the fuel intake pipe and all was well. Well, about a year later, after the car wasnt under warranty anymore, I had the exact same issue with the car. I called Flow and they were spectacularly unhelpful and said basically that they had no idea why the car was still having issues but they had done everything they could and I would just have to have it towed down there in good faith. I decided to just have a local mechanic look at it who said the service advisory actually said the whole fuel tank should be replaced. They ended up replacing the fuel tank for me and they said in their opinion, the fuel intake pipe that Flow claimed they replaced, had never actually been replaced.They had an opportunity to totally solve the issue when the car was still under warranty and yet they clearly chose to take the easy/cheap? way out. And if they didnt even replace a part they claimed to, then it was clearly a better choice for me to spend the $1500 to get my car actually fixed then trust them again.Also, please stop sending me emails saying youll take care of me and my mini. Literally no chance Im believing that.
I’m on Mini #3, even have a tattoo. The guys at Flow Mini are great. They have been the only ones to work on any on mine. My last one gave me a lot of trouble, and they fixed it rather quickly. Always nice people, and not telling you somethings wrong when it’s not.

Actually charge for time it took to do repair, not what the book says it shoul take. My repair only took 1 1/2 hrs, the book said it shoul take 2 1/2, I was charged for 2 1/2 hrs, not right.

We were in search for our daughter a new Mini and looked around for months doing our home work on best package and model. We had previously owned a Mini so no need to sell us on the vehicle. I bought the JCW tuning kit for my F56 and installed it here. Patrick and Randy was so helpful during this process. I preferred email over phone, so the whole process was done online, efficiently. Honestly, the extra $45 service fee surprised me a little bit. I wish they couldve told me that before the last step, but its not a big deal tho. Very satisfied experience overall

I just want to say thank you to the parts department. I ordered a part from their online store and was later notified it had to be shipped from Germany. That was unfortunate but they told me they were doing the best they can to rush ship the part I needed. It did take a while, but as soon as the part arrived they overnighted directly to my house. So thank you to the parts department who are very professional even though I called multiple times to check in on the part. I appreciate it, and the note. I would definitely recommend their online store and will shop there again.

First time to Flow Mini to assess an issue listed in a Service Information bulletin that my 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman was experiencing. Very poor experience. I had called prior to my visit and spoke to Service Advisor Ryan. When I arrived, Ryan recalled our conversation and I gave him a printed copy of the Service bulletin. He was familiar with the problem and advised they would assess the vehicle. Sometime later, he brought me back to the shop and showed me that the oil leak had made its way to the DME. A full repair was needed and it was not under warranty. He also show me that the technician had broken two engine coils when trying to remove them. I questioned him why this was done since it was not why I was there. He advised it was part of the assessment of the vehicle. He then shared that I needed two new coils installed before I could drive the vehicle. Back out front, he quoted me 759.78 to repair the broken coils and 3876.95 to repair the current issue with the Mini. I asked to speak to Service Manager. Sometime later, Ryan returned without the manager and advised the broken coils were reinstalled with no guarantee of the work and I accept all risk. There was no charge. Ryan also quoted me 149.95 to flush the coolant that was the incorrect type which was not true. Since my visit, I have had the broken coils replaced at the shop that installed then with no charge due to the life time warranty. My Mini continues to drive poorly with questions on how to remedy the situation. I received a call from Robin in the Cooperate Office to ask about my visit. I shared my concerns and she stated she would pass them along. I did received a generic text message response which I responded asking for a name and phone number. No response so far. With this experience, it appears that I must now drive to Raleigh or Charlotte to repair my Mini.

I am blown away by the support I received in investigating, selecting, and purchasing my Mini-Countryman Plug-in. In addition, the follow-up/training program for all the new connectivity/toys/elect/hybrid is beyond my expectations. Pricing was unexpectedly favorable--Im a spreadsheet gal and ran scenarios for several different options. I included a selection of competitive hybrids, purchase vs lease vs finance, competitive financial institutions, various warranties/expenses, etc. The financial standing after 3 & 5 yrs (including residual values) resided with the Flow Mini Lease option... I worked with Patrick and met their impressive staff/maintenance personnel. I have absolutely no reservations and higher expectations than ever before :) Im in love with my Plug-in Mini--The only choice that 100% satisfied my key criteria: environment, exceptional engineering, comprehensive support and a fun, fun, fun vehicle. I have to give this a 4 because of the time Factor. Everyone is super nice and friendly. 2 hours for an oil change to me is an extreme especially when you have an appointment. The service guy was very generous and gave me a discount, and I very much appreciated that. There are no complaints about the work they do for my car.

Con artists! If you don’t continue to lease and turn in a vehicle they will take you for every penny they can get. I was hit with a $1,000 service fee, which is obviously nothing more than ridiculous. I purchased lease protection that added over $800 to my overall lease cost. This was supposed to cover any and all repairs once turned in. Only when I contested the figure did the associate leave, speak with someone in the back, then return and say oh yeah, your tires are covered so that takes off $300. So if I had not contested they would have charged an extra $300. Not to mention they are trying to charge me 700 for an oil change.If all of this is not bad enough they also want an additional $5,000 for over mileage. They say if I lease a new vehicle they can forgive this completely but if not, it’s out of their hands. If they have the ability to forgive in one instance, they could work with me on the other. But the associate would not budge. I was not late on a single payment in 3 years and the car itself is in beautiful condition. I took very good care of my lease car and they won’t work with me on any of these ridiculous charges. The worst customer service I have received period!! Not to mention their absolute incompetence in the service department. I had tires changed and they scratched several of my wheels. I had a graphic added to the roof and they stepped all over the plastic door jam without any protection. I received my car with dirt all over the plastic. I was lucky they didn’t scratch it.I expect from a premium company like Mini Cooper a certain amount of professionalism and customer courtesy. This dealership lacks both. I will never lease from them again and likely will never lease from Mini Cooper. Thanks for turning away a loyal customer!!
I have been impressed with their service the past few times I have used their business. I have worked with Randy a few times. He has been easy to work with and has provided service in timely manner. When an unexpected delay arose (my window replacement was going to take a few hours longer than expected), Flow Mini even offered to drive my vehicle to where I live (about an hour away) or to expedite the replacement. They have been understanding and accommodating. I had purchased my 2016 Countryman at this location and have enjoyed having this vehicle. I appreciate it even more because I know that I will experience great service whenever I need my car serviced.

My mini was having overheating problems so I drove all the way from Elizabethton Tennessee, paid $3,500 dollars to fix the problem, only 10K miles later I have the same problem, called this dealership and they wanted to blame it on the miles, and wanted me to have it towed all the way over there with no guarantees.So I took it to my local mechanic to take a look, turns out the fans the dealership sourced and installed are not working.To put it nicely, I am not pleased...

BUY YOUR CAR FROM THIS PLACE!! I spent a few years in car sales and am extremely picky about what I look for in a dealership. Price is obviously the leading factor, but honest dealing is a close second. My years in the business taught me that there are very few honest, straightforward dealerships and salespeople. Well Flow is that one-in-a-million place. First off, they offer great deals on their cars right out of the gate, but in addition, they are just good folks. I live in Maryland and went to every dealership in a 75 mile radius with only one that showed promise. When it came down to the wire though, they tried to pull one on me at the last minute. Thats when I started looking further out and found Flow online. Not only did they keep their word and deliver on their promises, they were very flexible with me during the decision making process. They just made it as easy as it could possibly be; and let me make a plug for my salesperson, Patrick Simpson, who really made this all happen. I only wish they werent so far away, but of course - they made that part easy too by driving my car to me and delivering it to my doorstep! I signed the paperwork in my dining room! To put the icing on the cake, they threw in a few items that I didnt know about until I received the car - pretty cool. Thank you Patrick, Dustin, Mike, and Ron for making this a very memorable and fun experience!

They were able to squeeze me in to get my oil changed and have a look at why my check engine light came on. Ended up having a faulty sensor. They were very nice and had a quick turn around. Every time I go in they remember me, which is always nice!

Very good service!! I went in for a recall on my 06 Mini and was treated very well. They also diagnosed multiple issues that I had with the car and suggested a repair plan. I appreciate all the help and will definitely be back.
We went to Flow Mini at the end of August. We fell in love with the cars and the employees from the dealership. Z-Man greeted us out front, and proceeded to bring us inside to cool off. He handed us over to Alyson to learn more about the cars and what suited our needs. She was very helpful. We continued the buying process between text and email. Came back on Thursday to finalize paperwork and give them the check for the car. They had everything ready to go, and had the car cleaned, gas, and ready for us to move our stuff in. Alyson and Z-Man are awesome. I would recommend anyone looking to buy a Mini to go see them.
Received poor customer service from my service advisor. Thy acted like they did not have interest in helping or offering solutions other than telling me the solution I suggested would not fix the problem. No apology in regards to not having any loaner cars. There seemed to be disconnect between speaking with the first person on the phone and the service advisor as the service advisor acted totally oblivious to the fact I was bringing my car in to be repaired.

I hate car dealerships however i have been dealing with flow motors for over 20 years everything fom Saturns for myself and my two daughters as well as two used Neons for both my Son and middle daughter and now since 2008 thru 2020 mini cooper 2008 clubman, 2011 countryman S, 2016 countyman and now finaly a 2020 clubman all mini,s with extended maintance and extended warranty
