These guys are all around awesome!! I have never felt taken advantage of, which is a rare thing to say about an auto repair shop!! They only do what needs to be done and the price is always fair! 1Stop Auto Repair is a #1 Shop for me. The guys working there are considerate, experienced and friendly. They did some body work on my car last winter.Did a terrific job on it and at a reasonable price. They worked with me and explained what needed to be done but also told me what I cud do with out adding extra work.1 Stop Repair changed the oil and did that all important NC Inspection.Im glad i did that early this time.

Took my car to this place about 3 months ago with serious engine trouble and they did a really great job doing extensive repair work in a relatively small window of time. These guys are the best.

I came here for my state car inspection and will now be bringing my car here for any additional needs. 1 Stop Auto repair was extremely fast, convenient, and the staff was beyond nice. They were ready to go when I had my appointments and offered me a good deal when it was discovered that I needed new tires after a failed inspection. The young man who works the front desk was very friendly and honest/upfront about the prices.

I really love the fact that they are honest and try to accommodate the customer. They really do a great job.

PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS SHOP ! I WENT IN FOR JUST A STATE INSPECTION AND ONCE I PULLED OUT MY CAR WAS SHACKING SO BAD.. MY BRAKE LIGHT CAME ON ITS SOUNDS LIKE A TRAIN! I was going to pay $571 for a repair after a piece on my car got disconnected after the last snow. My friend came over and popped it right back in place.

OWNER BEWARE! SHADY MECHANICS! DONT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!A few weeks ago, I took my 01 Cadilac DeVille in for a rough idle issue. They were able to sort it out and get my car back to me in no time. I also asked them to bypass the heater core because it was leaking in my floorboard. I told them I would bring it back to them when I saved up the money to get it replaced. They quoted me at $500 bucks. When I had the money ready, I went to take it in to find out they changed the price from $500 to $627. I told him I would pay $600 since I was quoted over a hundred bucks less. They agreed to do the work for $600. Mind you, the car had zero issues when taking it there besides the heater core. After a full day of work, the guy calls me and says that he cannot get the car to crank and is going to need another day with it. Sure, no problem, I say. The next day he calls me and says that the gear shifter broke when moving it out of park and that the door was unlocked. He told me that he thinks the car was broken into. Thats understandable seeing as they are in the ghetto along with ghetto ass place they work in. After fixing the gear shifter, he calls and says hes going to need more time with it. I ask him whats wrong and he says that the car will not crank because the security system has been tripped. I go up there to try to help sort the issue out. While I was there, I was observing the work this idiot was doing. He would take bolts out of the dash and drop them in the floorboard without any regard to where they are suppose to go. A real mechanic would label and sort every bolt or make some identifying marker on the bolt and where it went to. I know this because Im a real mechanic who doesnt have time to do the work myself. After sitting up there for 4 hours with no luck, he asked me for another day with it. This is going on 3 days without my vehicle which is getting absurd. The 3rd day comes and he still cant get vehicle to work properly. He could get it to crank but the radio wouldnt work, the hvac system would work when it wanted to and when it did work, it would switch from hot to cold, turn the AC on and off, and switch from feet to face. The traction control light stayed on and the security light would blink on and off. Also, the airbag light would blink. So, the guy says that he feels horrible about the condition he left the vehicle in and asked to come pick it up on the weekend to try a new computer in it. He comes and picks it up a few days later to replace the computer and that doesnt work. So, now I have a car that blows hot air but has a laundry list of other issues. The security light, traction control light, air bag light, HVAC system not working and radio not working. Since the idiot of a mechanic did such sloppy work, there were grease stains all in my carpet, doors, dash, and seats. I had to take it and get the carpets shampooed. I told him at this point that I was beyond fed up with the slack ass work they were doing. They told us that we can take our vehicle and get lost and not to come back. They will not refund us our money for the butchering they did nor acknowledge that they messed it all up. We told them that we are going to get an attorney because they essentially burned our car to the ground. They said, good luck with that. We are taking them to small claims court here soon. :) I will be getting my money back for the half ass, no, 1/4 ass work they did. I will be getting my money back for the carpet shampoo. I will also be getting paid for the 3 days I had to miss work in order to wait for my vehicle which they promised would only take 1 day. I will also be suing for having to get a rental car for which they will be paying for as well.So, if you want your vehicle fixed, dont take it here. They are only good for changing an air filter. (Easiest job there is). These preschoolers of mechanics need to go back to school and get a real license instead of hiring a bunch of illegals to keep their business barely below water.To the owner(s). See you in court.
