Terrible terrible terrible!!Blown engine due to faulty oil change. Took vehicle for oil change, tire rotation and car inspection and a week later the engine blew on my ASU child so we got the vehicle towed to a garage in Boone where diagnostics determined too much oil put in vehicle or forgot to put oil back-in after the fact due to faulty oil change. 4 weeks later and dealership still doesnβt want to help, Toyota Corp doesnβt want to help. Terrible dealership and Iβve been a Toyota customer for decades. Do not waste your time going to this dealership. DO NOT! Horrible General manager, horrible parts and service director. Horrible!

This place has very slow service. On top of that, as a woman I have been here a few times for service and every time I get talked down to every single time. Even my husband agrees with me, which is why I bring him from now on. I am not a woman that believes every man is sexist but here that vibe is off the chart. I dont know alot about cars but that doesnt deserve being talked down to. The waiting area is very clean and nice.
Modern Toyotaβs service department has always been friendly, time efficient, and all around easy to work with. Wouldnβt take my vehicle anywhere else to be serviced.

Always get very good service. Have washed my car for at least the last 4 oil changes and there were No issues with the washing unit. Today they did not wash the car because of a couple of people had issues with having an air break in front of the sun roof. Guess Ill go to a independent mechanic for future oil changes as Modern Toyota has lost its advantage. Ill save about $15 also as I always furnish my own oil. Moderns service is that much more for a similar service than a n independent garage like K & N Ardmore Brake.

I was waiting for over 2 hours without any update for my 10K mile check up. As this was during COVID, I saw many employees not wearing masks or wearing masks below their noses and did not feel comfortable. Very disappointed, but unfortunately we do not have any other local Toyota locations to visit and I need to have my service done by our local Toyota. Will bring more to keep me occupied next time.

First time there, quick to pull to service lane, quick to inquire about what customer needed, got a quote for me, it was double the price of another quote. I may try them couple more times, if it is same scenario, I will take my business else where.
It was okay. Took a test drive with my cousin and went exactly where we said we were going but I guess we stayed to long. I felt like we were reprimanded when we returned. We ate lunch where we went and came straight back. Ill give second thought to going there again.
In this facility the people from the service department told me that the car had a tire wear up in the inside, so I checked and it was fine. So it didnt need the alignment
Tried to buy a car on several attempts from this store. All the way from the original internet inquiry to the Used Car Manager Yates Moon. The old bait and switch. Agreed upon numbers. But when Bill of Sale was received numbers were higher. Make sure you pay attention. 699 Doc Fee is BS. Yates knew my offer but decided he would try pull a slick one. Never pay DOC FEES its a BS profit margin for the dealer.

Failed my car during inspection for torn windshield wipers and tried to sell me new ones for $50. I decided to go buy them elsewhere, who pays $50 for windshield wipers?! When I removed the originals they were perfectly fine, no tears to be found! They are liars who try to take advantage of customers, find a trustworthy place to go with honest people.

They try to upsell you for $300 worth of unnecessary services every time you go for an oil change. Be sure to tell them just the oil change or they will hit you with the $300 . I go buy the Toyota recommended service schedule. Dealerships are overcharging like mad.

Bought a used car from Modern Toyota a grueling process, mostly because of financing.
2005 Tacoma Chassis replacement due to Toyota class action settlement. Chassis was nearly broken in two from rust.Damage after replaced chassis:1. AC condensator damaged. Dealership refuses to fix. My estimated cost to repair $1200. No problems prior to chassis replacement. 1 year old compress to be replaced again out of my pocket due to contamination/loss of vacuum Along with the drier and condensator .2. Heat shields rattling and falling off while driving. Dealership βremovedβ heat shields as the solution. I guess Toyota put those on for no reason, right? There was no rattle prior to chassis replacement.Staff was friendly, weβve all seen the reports about how over worked and under paid the support staff are at dealerships. Iβd assume thatβs why the staff is new every time I go in. I couldnβt be nice while getting paid so little. Good on yaβll!Technician is knowledgeable and friendly. Itβs hard to believe the dealership bills $110 an hour to under pay the tech a low wage below $20 an hour.Obviously the dealership has no financial issues with the massive expansion. Thatβs years of lobbing to manipulate laws to monopolize the new car sales. Merica!They posted a sign stating a free gift for a google review in the lobby, I hope itβs the needed repairs!Follow up 4/21Replaced shocks, found that washers were missing and grommets were over torqued and compress to 1/4β. Shocks were disassembled during class action chassis root replacement.Noticing surface RUST on replacement chassis after 8 months!!!
