As a new customer, I was very happy to receive my machine and 2 bottles of water. I hooked it up and the machine took nearly a third of one of the bottles. This is completely understandable and got me thinking, I need more than 2 bottles. I got my upcoming delivery notification and it said that I can make changes. I changed the delivery to 3 bottles instead of 2 and also noticed a friendly message that said that I did not have to have all of the empties outside and that my normal bottle amount would be delivered without all the empties being placed out. I put out my one empty bottle as there was still a small amount in the other bottle and I didnt want to waste it (I would have dumped it out to get my 2 bottles). Instead of delivering 3 or even 2 bottles, they only delivered 1 bottle. I called customer service and she verified that I had 3 bottles on the order and that she would immediately send a message to the driver and have that delivered immediately. I never got the other 2 bottles so I called today and got a man on the phone that said that they were extremely behind and that it would take a week or more to get anymore bottles. REALLY!!!! I informed him that I was a brand new customer and that I would likely cancel my service as this is not an acceptable way to treat a new customer. He showed no regard and said it is what it is. I will be calling them to pick this equipment up. It isnt worth the frustration.

Terrible customer service. They say water is coming on a curtain day and it doesn’t come that day or week. Really sad when you have infants depending on filtered water for their formula. Oh and they still charge your account even if they don’t come.
