I would strongly advise anyone looking for cellular service to choose somewhere else in town to go. First of all, their hours are not correct. I am unsure of the time they open, but on my visit, I was told they were open until 5:30. Truthfully, they close at 5pm. They are not open on weekends in this location. They are at Cooks Flea Market at space L-35.When I visited, it was a Friday afternoon around lunch. I had an iPhone 4 that I wanted to use for Page Plus. Jocelyn (the employee) checked the MSID or whatever and said it could be used. I sat for an hour and a half waiting for her to start the phone service. She said she was having problems and was chatting with the service provider. However, I watched her and she did no such thing. She was, however texting with someone on her personal phone. She suggested I leave the phone with her since I had to handle an appointment. This was when I found out the store closes at 5:30. It was 1:20 when I left. I gave her my contact number and she promised to call when it was resolved.I did not hear back so I called around 3:30. She said she was still working on the phone and would call me. I had not heard back so I decided to pick my phone up. I called her in rout at 5:10, at which time I kept getting a fax machine. After several attempts, she answered. Jocelyn said she was unable to start the service because the phone was originally a prepaid (which it was not). I told her I was on the way, but she stated she was closed already. I informed her it was only 5:15 and I was less than 10 minutes away. She said she would wait for me. of course she did not and I was unable to reach her.I am on my way to the Flea Market now to hopefully retrieve my phone. I learned a very valuable lesson, which is to never leave your property with someone, even if it is a company, because true customer service is a lost art.
