Selection is nice, but staff are definitely a little too helpful. I also wasnt impressed by them immediately suggesting I go to the sale section when I was trying to go and look at pans. I understand that they have a nice sale section, but I also dont like being profiled. Beyond that, its a nice store with good selection:)

Always a pleasure to pop into our local Williams-Sonoma store. Came home with yummy spice rubs, starter sauces, and gluten-free scone mix! Love the employees, ambiance and sales!

Very nice store they have a lot of stuff for decorating tables and things like that and pots and pans and wine but they did not have what I was specifically looking for but its a very nice store and I will definitely come back because they have all the designer baking goods those pots pans very nice store has everything you could want when it comes to bacon and winery and decor and kitchen gadgets it just didnt have what I was looking for and the directions through Google map for the store its on point soon as you come in the main entrance of the Hanes Mall you go straight down on the right spectrum will be on the left Merle Norman will be on the left deluxe spa nails will be on the left and then you look to your right and youll be right at Williams-Sonoma it is less than a minute inside the mall on the right Id say maybe 30 steps at the most

A great place to find quality goodies for the kitchen.

Not a fan of this location. When I was made aware of products that I couldnt return and let me mention that it was my fault, I didnt realize a corporate policy had been changed, but I just called and said that I wish I had been made aware of the policy change. It would have altered my purchase amount . . . the manager on duty couldnt have been short and dismissive. Heather--you lost a customer. I can easily buy online or now in Greensboro. I couldnt even get a thank you for shopping with us and so sorry this happened, absolutely no customer service.

Even with restricted access to allow for social distancing. The staff were kind and courteous with knowledge of their product.

Why does it took them two months to ship something that says three days thats small.

Go in knowing the prices are high but the service and quality are the highest as well. Love the weekend cooking classes with amazing recipes. They do offer good sales and have plenty of seasonal items and gifts as well.

Worst William-Sonoma ever! I’ve never had such pushy rude staff attempt to assist me in my entire life! One lady attempted to sell us an All-Clad steamer just because my husband touched it. I repeated told her I wasn’t interested but she would not leave us alone. The William-Sonoma at Friendly is the much more classy experience you’d expect when shopping with William-Sonoma.

Putting aside the over-priced albeit high quality products, I love this location for its cooking classes. Every Saturday morning, they have a cooking class for kids. Weve made it a part of our Saturday routines to go. The staff is super friendly, and the kids love it.

An wonderful place to shop for good quality kitchen equipment for your home kitchen.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEWe purchased a $32.99 Willams & Sonoma Non Stick Fish Spatula and after using it 3 times it snapped where the handle was attached to the spatula. Thinking we had purchased what we thought was a quality product from who we thought was a quality retailer, we were very disappointed to learn that they HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY. We spoke with a clerk who said in an accusatory manner that we have no idea if you abused it. The spatula looks brand new with the exception of the break where it is poorly constructed. I would encourage you NOT TO SHOP HERE. We could have paid 1/4 of the price for a spatula elsewhere that would have held up to the abuse of being used.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.Only 1🌟 because I cannot give 0.

I think the Silas Williams Sonoma is better than the Memphis Williams Sonoma. Great after holiday deals
