My Sister was very pleased with her Birthday order. I ordered the Birthday Box for her from Virginia and she lives in North Carolina. She raved about how fresh and delicious the fruit was. And she loved her Edi Bear Teddy Bear too!! I would highly recommend this location, Edible Arrangements to anyone wanting to surprise their family or friends with a delicious, yummy, and healthy treat!
We have used Edible Arrangements many times and have always been very satisfied. NOT THIS TIME. We spent $82 including delivery charge for my mother-in-laws Mothers Day present. Needless to say, this branch ruined the entire experience for her. She is almost 81 years old so she pretty much has everything she wants so we try to spoil her with surprises like Edible Arrangements instead of flowers. NEVER AGAIN!
The service and quality of it is terrible. I placed an order for what they call on their website “Anniversary Flowers and Fruit - Deluxe” I added Delivery to this order and the total was around $120. After a few hours of not receiving the orders I called and they said that they didn’t guarantee a time for delivery, it was almost 3 in the afternoon and they hadn’t delivered my order. Since the delivery was for a business that closed at 5. I called and they told me that they couldn’t guarantee the delivery before 5. I decided go pick up the order and I didn’t receive the delivery money back. The flowers were not like in the picture they look ugly and EXTREMELY cheap. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. Overall don’t waste your money. Terrible !!!!!!
Thank yall so much for making my moms day. Shes had a rough couple of weeks and I figure a fruit plate would brightening up her day as a snack at work and it did. I did the same day delivery and yall truly delivered. She ate almost half of it before she sent a picture lol.

There was a mix up with delivery (my end) so I didnt expect them to remedy it that day but they did! My recipient was so thrilled. Thanks for working thru my goof.
Yesterday, was my BIRTHDAY and my Parents sent me a Fruit Edible Arrangement. They delivered it at 7:30PM. I was supper excited to have some with my breakfast this Morning. To my surprise the fruit and the choc covered strawberries were NOT fresh. I called as soon as they opened. Spoke with the Administrative Assist that handles complaints and she told me to TAKE A PICTURE and send it to a number. They would look at it an investigation. I had NEVER heard of that before. She stated that is the process. I asked for a Manager and she said that SHE is the one who handles Customers Complaints. I am disappointed in Edible Arrangements. I have always loved fruit arrangements, I received one from my daughter a few months ago while visiting Seattle and it was great. My husband decided to surprise me with one while at work in Winston-Salem, but it wasn’t a pleasant one. When we got home and opened it, I was expecting to see a beautiful array of fresh fruit. Instead there was black and white fuzzy mold on the strawberries and the melon/cantaloupe fruit wasn’t ripe with no smell or flavor. I immediately called the store to report the issue and was told a manager would get back with me. I waited until 4:00 pm the next day to hear from someone, but I never did so I took the arrangement back to the store. An associate to the owner finally called me because the store didn’t have a manager. After a couple of phone conversations trying to offer me another arrangement or a gift certificate only, they finally agreed to refund my husband’s money. I didn’t realize the fruit arrangements were that expensive either. My husband paid $45.00 for the size that I received then they charged him $15.00 for a 1.5 mile delivery.
I ordered an arrangement that was to be delivered next day on 5-8-21 for Mothers Day, received an email on 5-9-21 that it was delivered. My brother who lives at home informed me that the order Was Not delivered. Called information line and told that there was a problem with the computer and that it Would be delivered on 5-9-21. Called again 4 hours later and told that it would be delivered by 9:00 PM ! NOT it is 9;32 pm now and no way to contact them. They should NEVER take an order if they can not deliver on time. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I will contact Better Business Bureau. Now I have to get my 104.00 back.
I ordered an arrangement today for my assistant who is grieving the unexpected loss of her mother yesterday. The card I included made it clear it was for sympathy. I ordered online at 8:52 am. Despite my calling, waiting on hold for 20 minutes and then being assured the latest delivery window is 7 pm, it was not delivered until 10:09 pm. They probably woke her up, which is an awful imposition on a grieving person. I will not be ordering from this store again. They should not accept orders they cannot fulfill properly.
DO NOT recommend this edible arrangements. We have bought from this big company many many times but this location is terrible! We’ve received two arrangements from this store and the last one was absolutely terrible. My mom sent me a Mother’s Day arrangement and the pineapple was browning, strawberries were not fresh and it arrived late in someone’s personal vehicle. Save your money. It was a waste of her $80. I appreciated her attempt but will never let her support a business like this. When she went inside it was so dirty and a very unclean establishment to be serving and delivering fruit arrangements.
Like many of the reviewers below me, I had an order that I scheduled to be delivered. After 9pm, I received an email that said delivery unsuccessful, that basically they didnt answer the door. I know that was a lie, because the person I ordered the arrangement for had surgery and could not leave the house.After contacting them the next day, they said it was on the truck for delivery right now. So, I called my friend to let her know to expect a delivery. I again called my friend around the afternoon, she still had not seen it, so I called AGAIN, and I was told that I had been misinformed that the delivery would be later. I took it upon myself to drive up there in the early evening and asked about the arrangement, only to find out the package was still in the back....I asked for my delivery fee back and they told me they could not refund it that I would have to wait 2 - 3 days to be contacted by corporate and they would REVIEW my case.Of course, I got my delivery fee back, but Corporate didnt call me until several days later. I am unhappy with the experience and wish there would have been more honesty and transparency.

My daughter received a couple different orders after her surgery. The delivery team did not notify us that it was two separate orders, nor did they include a note to say who the orders are from. The balloons received were half deflated and the chocolate covered fruit came in a plastic cup and were stuck together. The other came soaking wet with the cup/ vase being chipped. We were on the phone with them for over an hour trying to explain and also figure out who these items were from. To say they had an excuse for everything would be an understatement. Don’t waste your time or money unless you want to pay 5x the price of what it’s worth for half the quality.
Placed a delivery order at 10am and by 4:30pm I called because the arrangement still hadn’t made it to the destination and was told it wouldn’t get to the destination before it closed at 5pm. Their website also say they close at 5pm but was told they are open until 7pm so I decided to pick it up… which was even worse the lady was very rude as if they were not the ones wrong an didn’t apologize for the inconvenience or anything! This was my absolute first and last time wasn’t worth the 80.00 at all !!
I ordered from this location to be delivered in a few days, but then read all of these terrible reviews and decided to cancel the order. I couldnt cancel online, so I called the store and was immediately put on hold several times. The first time was for over 8 minutes. I hung up and tried again, then I was put on hold for 15 minutes. I am now trying a third time and will continue calling until someone helps me cancel my order, which I am sure is a quick process. I will definitely never attempt to order from this establishment again - I am glad I read recent reviews (I only wish I had done so before I submitted by order).
I ordered my queen a fruit and flower basket and paid for same day delivery February 5 2021. They basket never came and we was never contacted by the driver about a delivery attempt. We was at home all day. Now it’s February 6 2021 10:22am and they still don’t know when it will be delivered. I requested to speak with a manager an the lady said that the manager will reach out after I make a contact request. This service is HORRIBLE! Why guarantee same day delivery and make customers pay extra? I paid for the gift to be delivered on that certain for a reason. Now that special day is gone and the gift is still not on the way😤. And the address have” RING “camera on my doorbell so there have proof that there was no delivery attempt. And they supposed to call in case of delivery attempt failed, then leave a 🏷 to let them know you attempted to deliver and then call again once they are back to the store to set up a delivery attempt for the next day. Nobody called contacted me or the receiver.
Make sure you ask what time they actually close the website online says five but they close at seven but their deliveries are after seven but pick up stops at seven or five. I don’t know it was very unclear at what time that they were actually closing I was under the impression that they were open a little after seven if my pick up time was seven. I wasn’t made aware that they actually close the doors at seven and that’s when she told me to pick up my order so when I arrived a little after seven( i was running behind) the doors were locked and I was unable to get my order because no one was there. They probably shouldn’t make 7:00 a pick up time if that’s when they close. I spoke to a manager and he was rude and spoke to me in an aggressive tone and I told him that he was being rude and he said no I’m not. He told me that my refund would be denied even though I needed my order for that night and even though I wasn’t provided accurate information. I feel like their customer service is not up to par so just be careful when ordering from them. Ask questions don’t wait for them to tell you.

A friend of mine gave me a gift certificate since we just moved. We had never ordered from Edible Arrangements before. When I had questions, I called the store. The individual who answered my many questions and took my order was very kind, knowledgeable, and patient. After placing my order, I received a thank you for ordering email and follow up emails informing me how things would work. I even received a coupon for my next order. On the day of delivery, the recipient of my order received a call confirming the destination and an approximate time of delivery. The person delivering the order was very kind made the experience complete. Edible Arrangements customer service has been the best I have seen, and I intend on ordering again. By the way, the arrangement was delicious and beautiful!
We ordered online to deliver to my sister in Clemons following her surgery. She told us the fruit was fresh and very delicious. The only down side was that the order was delivered at 10:15 PM which would have been nice to know since they woke her up. We had told her to expect a delivery as wed called the store earlier in the day. They told us that business deliveries had the priority and that it could be 8 or 9 PM before it arrives. So she went to bed at 9pm assuming they would come the next day. Nothing was mentioned about deliveries after 10PM!! They definitely get an A for effort, but I believe that 10:15 is just too late for a delivery. She wouldnt have even gone to the door had I not informed her of it. So be aware that if your a residential delivery you will be at the bottom of the list. At least according to the representative we spoke to and our experience. The driver told her that she had another delivery before her shift was over.
How is this place even in business still. I had every intention on buying something for my fiance for Valentines day until I walked in. It smells terrible as soon as you walk in. The lady greeted me and was EXTREMELY RUDE! She was so pushy and treated me like she didnt want me to buy something. She was talking to me like I was her child or something. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE WHAT SO EVER!! BTW I never leave bad reviews just because I feel bad that I may hurt someones company but I was so mad when I left there, I would feel even worse for not warning people.

The edible arrangements on Silas Creek in Winston is HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!! They really messed up my Valentines Day. My girlfriend paid close to $100 for this huge box of chocolate covered apples and strawberries. The apples were all different sizes and very mushy AT DELIVERY! ALL OF MY STRAWBERRIES were white more then half way down and the leafy parts on the top were extremely long and covered in chocolate. The presentation was horrible and the fruit was even worse. I will never order anything from that location again. They rushed my box and you can tell whoever made it didn’t give a dam!
I placed an online order and was told it wouldn’t be delivered to the business before 5. I changed the order to deliver on Saturday instead. Aside from a failed delivery the customer service rep was disgusting! She over talked me to the point she didn’t reschedule my delivery and hung up. I should’ve never place a order before read those reviews . I place a order on 05-10 to be delivered on 05/11 so, they never delivered . I called on 05/12 asking for refund, keyse told me that they not allowed to give me a refund, but guess what they can mess up your orders . I called again asking for the manger, which she said they do not have a manager, they do have a lead on site. She transferred me to this lady Daniela, very unprofessional, she not even identified herself, she went straight saying that she doesn’t know what happen but she will send the delivered as soon as they driver gets that, no apology all. I told her that I don’t wanna more because the Birthday was passed. Anyways, very unprofessional, poor customer services . Do not order from there guys
Delivered same day. Prompt, nice and delicious!! The only reason for the 4 star is bc I had a coupon to use that I told the associate about at the beginning of our convo, and again half way through. She processed my order without the coupon and said she was unable to edit it. So I lost out on about 30 bucks ;( but again nice friendly staff and yummy suprises!!

While it was apparent this is not a corporate location, it became crystal clear when she stated they couldn’t do anything about the fruit “because we aren’t able to see through the plastic” but they could comp me for a balloon. Ordered a arrangement for my wife on Valentines day. It showed up when it was suppose too. Absolutely disgusting. We called to get a refund and still havent seen it.
I thought that a bundle from Edible Arrangements would be the perfect Mothers Day gift. The bundle I picked out contained strawberries and cookies. I am a college student and live two hours away so I decided to order from a store close to home and get a family member to pick it up so the strawberries would not be sitting in my car for an extended period of time. We wanted to keep it a surprise until I could get there, so what we thought was the strawberry box was kept cold and the rest was left sitting out. The problem was that the strawberry box was covered in a Mothers Day sleeve and the cookies were closed with a ribbon that said gourmet chocolate dipped fruit. We were not told which box was which, so understandably, the box with a chocolate dipped fruit ribbon was assumed to be the strawberries and no one checked inside because you do not want to open someone elses gift when it is already closed up. No one realized this until my mom opened her gift, only to find cold cookies and rotten strawberries. When I called the location to see if anything could be done or if this was a mistake, I was informed that the sleeve was for the berries and that ribbon is all they have since they did not carry cookies until recently. I explained that I understand if that is all they have, but we should have been informed which was which, and asked if the strawberries could be replaced. I was put on hold for several minutes before being told again that is the only ribbon they have and they will not replace the strawberries. I would understand this if it was a mistake on our end, but I paid a significant amount of money for this gift and it went bad due to a lack of communication.
Horrible service.I came into the store to purchase a gift for my nana.She calls me over the weekend to thank me and to inform me of horrible taste and presentation of the fruit. I called first thing Monday morning Faline or whatever her name was started off nice I gave her my information and left my contact info and had not received any response in 24hrs when I called back today spoke to same puppet woman who left me on hold to ask several questions I had already answered!Just to tell me they need pictures and and a reason why I waited the weekend to complain!I will never spend another dime with this company.They couldn’t even apologize and offer something off my next purchase or anything!!Truly disgusted!!!

Can I give a negative rating? The lack of concern from this store is absolutely amazing. My only recommendation is to NEVER use this store for any order. I placed an order on 2/42/2020 for delivery on 2/14/2020 to my wifes work. At 4:00, checked on the order only to find out it had not even been made. At 5:00, NO DELIVERY. I have now attempted to call the store 6 times only to be put on hold each time or NO ONE even answer the phone. Now I get an email with a partial refund, no explanation, no apology, nothing. Customer service is non-existent. Store needs to be closed as they cant or wont fulfill orders any way. If anyone reads these reviews, it is obvious the management/owner only responds to those few positive comments. NEVER AGAIN. Fool me once, but you wont get me twice.

I placed an online order on 2.26.20 to be delivered on 2.28.20. I decided to go with the option to build my own box and they had so many choices to choose from. From the online ordering process, to the delivery and the quality of the fruit, everything was perfect!
Even 1 star is way to much, customer service is $#%@, even hung up on by young man because he couldnt lie his way through why delivery was late with a comical grunt before doing so. No wonder as to why the star rating for this place is so low. Will buy food lion strawberries and a Hershey bar before doing business with this place again.
I did not receive my entire order that my boyfriend had ordered for me. I called and they said they were sorry and that they could give the money back or deliver my order later that day. I told them to deliver it later that day. They lied.They never came back to deliver the rest of my order. I check and they didn’t give a refund. So they made an extra 20.00 for nothing.

This place is terrible. My fiancé placed an order 2 weeks ago and was supposed to pick them up today at 11 am. They were not ready when he got there and he was told to call them back in an hour. He was hung up on when he did. Being that he was running errands in the area he went back to find out that his order was still not ready. He spoke with the manager and asked for a refund only to be told they don’t give refunds. I’d understand in the case that something was already made. But, they hadn’t made it yet. By 2:00 pm his order was STILL NOT READY. Finally, at 5:00 was able to pickup our order. Reporting to the BBB.
My order wasnt ready when I arrived and I was late getting there. But the wait was worth it to see the smile on my wifes face when she got her surprise box.She said that the chocolate covered bananas was the BEST!! Shes had. 👍
Ive ordered from here twice in recent months, once for delivery and once again for pickup in store. On both occasions I was completely satisfied with the quality and value of the product. The local staff was very friendly and responsive to my inquiries and needs. I had seen negative reviews for this location a few years ago and avoided as a result. New management has breathed new life into this spot. Dont be afraid to give it a try...I think you will be pleased.
I recently purchased an arrangement; everything was great, they just couldnt give me a delivery time or option to make sure the recipient was home to receive it. Other than that....great experience! I will purchase something again for sure.

I was completely blown away from the beauty and freshness of the fruit. Great care was obvious and all the guest were satisfied, especially the chocolate dipped fruit. The hardest thing was to decide which arrangement to get, so I picked two. Loved them both.
Just picked up my arrangement. I received such great customer service from Jennifer. Jennifers customer service was great from the time I placed the order to the time I picked up my order. The arrangement was so beautiful. My wife was so happy with the fruit and the design of the arrangement. That she asked if I would get her another one for Valentines.
I am very dissatisfied with the customer service at this store. I ordered a birthday gift for my mother to be delivered as a surprise. The first time they attempted to deliver, she was not home at the time. They left a note on her door telling her to contact them to reschedule the delivery. No one bothered to call me to let me know that she was not home. I had to find out that it wasnt delivered by looking up the order online. Nobody bothered to call the contact phone number that I provided. Nor did they try to contact my mother, whose number was also on the order for this reason. I called the store and they said they would call the driver to have them re-deliver it and return my call..which never happened. After a few hours went by, my mother called the store to see where it was. Then they told her they would re-deliver it that day. Still no delivery and still no call back to tell us it was not going to be delivered that day. My mother called the next morning and they said there was some sort of glitch that said it was already delivered, but it had not been. So they said they would re-deliver that afternoon. I called the store because at this point I was frustrated in the lack of communication and the inaccuracy of information being told to us. I asked for them to at least refund my delivery fee for all the frustration. Instead they wanted to argue and take no responsibility for the lack of communication. All I kept getting was, Its not our policy to refund and we dont usually call customers when the item was not delivered and we didnt have to offer to re-deliver and she can pick it up here if she wants. There was no ownership in their fault. I ended the conversation by saying, No, I paid a delivery fee and if you are not going to credit it, then she should not be expected to have to drive the distance to pick it up herself. Since they didnt bother to budge on the $13.99 delivery fee to try to make it right, I will NOT be using their service or buying anything from their store ever again!. I work for a company where if the customer is not satisfied, we will do what we can to fix the situation. I would have been quite happy with the credit of the delivery fee and would have continued doing business with them, but if they are not willing to accommodate my simple request, then they just lost a customer. And in my opinion, they are losing more than just a $13.99 delivery fee.
My boyfriend surprised me on Valentine’s Day with an edible arrangement, a cute teddy bear and a balloon. Loved it! First time getting one the fruit was really good I loved the chocolate strawberries! He was really impressed that I loved it!

Sent my mom a mother day arrangement that she never got. They could not resolve the matter Monday or Tuesday. I continually got told a manager would get back to me. This never happened. Just got lots of lies and excuses. Would never recommend. The store in my hometown is extremely well run. So it is not a reflection on the brand, just this particular operation after reading the rest of their reviews.
Way better then Sherri’s berries, they diffidently have a different taste. Edible has more of a realistic fresh chocolate taste. You can tell they make their stuff locally. Sherri’s berries get mailed which sounds non tasty. Love the chocolate dipped fruit! Recommend!

Due to an extremely negative experience that some close dear friends had with one of their delivery drivers, I strongly recommend that you do not use this company. I am posting this in regard to your company sending out a delivery guy well past 9 pm without prior notification. This endangered both the delivery guy and the recipients of the gift basket. This is a very bad practice.

What do you think? There was not a single dipped strawberry and no melon. There is what appears to be one sad little sliver of mango...but not exactly sure. It would have been one star had I not heard how good the chocolate heart and pineapple were.
I called in around lunchtime and the lady who answered the phone was able to assist me in picking out the perfect arrangement to send to my wife. Even though I called in the middle of the day, they were still able to get it out same day for delivery to her work.
Husband ordered a dozen berries, small bear and a balloon for valentines day. $80!!!! Berries were VERY small and one actually had mold! Yes I have pics. Called the store they wanted me to bring it to them and I told them no. Their mistake fix it on their dime, not mine. The manager would not come to the phone even after I asked several times. Megan was very nice and said she would take my name and number and the manager would return my call. She didnt, instead she had Megan call me. Said they would remake berries and deliver same day. I asked when they would deliver as I got off work at 3pm. They said they would try by 5pm! REALLY crappy customer service skills (with the exception of Megan). I will definitely stick with Sherries Berries! Ive never had a complaint with them. I didnt want to give them any stars but I had to in order for this to post.
Perfect gift to give. I love picking up so I can get a sweet treat for myself!
I wish I was writing a different review but unfortunately the gift box I received for my birthday was well beyond horrible. How do you tell the person that sent it to you that it was absolutely terrible & the fruit was literally rotten & inedible? My employees ordered me a gift box because Ive spoken very highly of Edible Arrangements in the past but Im now wondering if that only applied to the Phoenix locations wed purchased from. Now to be fair, they tried to deliver Monday afternoon but we werent home so we picked it up Tuesday. Needless to say, the fruit wouldnt have gone bad that quickly, it was already rotten when they stuck it in the box.I used to buy arrangements just to have at home because the fruit was so delicious but that was not the case for this fruit. Definitely will not be sending arrangements to any colleagues thats for sure. Super disappointed
LOVED IT!!!!! My arrangement was so pretty I didnt even want to eat it! First time receiving an edible arrangement and now I see why its way better then cake! Better than 5 stars for my arrangement.

Poor experience! First off, everything I tried to order that I wanted from the website, they didnt offer or were out of. Frustrated, I finally just settled for the only thing available, plain chocolate covered strawberries. Then, when she received them, they were small and very sloppy. Ive made my own before. I couldve done this myself, and saved $50. Next time, Ill use Sherris Berries.
Given the nature of the reviews present here with Google we felt it was important to note that as of the 1st of October the store is now under new ownership. The new owners also own the store in Greensboro and want to make everybody aware that they are working hard to revamp the practices used in the Winston-Salem store to ensure the highs quality products are produced. Customer satisfaction is very important to the new owner and manager.
Send flowers instead. ( not a spam)My experience with this business was awful. Poor customer service, rude employees, they delivered very late. If you can’t handle the orders, say so. My husband had to call the store 4 times in order to track the order. They told him everything from is in transit, will be there soon. They didn’t even had the courtesy to give him a call. Fruit was warm and thawed.Update— the owner, Yuse or YUSa or whatever his name is called me to confirm a delivery that was suppose to take place today. Not only he called me an idiot for not agreeing with him but he hang up the phone. My husband called him back and as expected didn’t even answer the phone. Save your money and send flowers..... otherwise they will call you an idiot too!arrangement is going to be late. Awful! Do not use this store in Silas Creek Parkway.
My wife loved her strawberries, was kinda worried after reading reviews. They got my order delivered to my wife’s job on time and made her day. Will definitely call to place her birthday gift from y’all.

These are great fruits and really well organized. I use them for customer gifts so not only does the customer enjoy it, they can share it.
Granted the order was made, at another location, with helpful associates that made my experience delightful... I thank you guys. However the Silas Creek location managed to not only deliver my purchase a day late and actually contact the recipient asking them to pick it up at the store. When I contacted the manager of the Silas Creek Parkway store I was advised of her uncertainty of how to address my situation. I suggested some suitable recourses; future discount, delivery refund/discount, etc... and was ignored. Needless to say the Silas Creek Parkway location will lose me indefinitely as a customer and I will share my experience with every social site that will allow.
I wish my husband had read these reviews before placing his ordered for my birthday. We are highly disappointed and felt money was wasted. Wish I could give it zero stars!!!!!My husband ordered the Delicious Fruit for my birthday on Wednesday or Thursday, March 25 or 26, 2015 and had it delivered on Friday, March 27, 2015. I received it, sent it home to be refrigerated. Began eating on it by Saturday and by Monday morning I had molded fruit. I didnt expect the fruit to last too long but felt it should have lasted longer than 3 days. We are very disappointed with the quality of the product. This was our first and last time ordering Edible Arrangements!!!!!!!!!
Always a painful customer service experience dealing with this location. I realize they cannot guarantee a delivery time but the business I want to send an order to is closed between 12 and 2. I just wanted a little help by noting the order the business will be closed for lunch so the delivery person would not arrive during those hours and all the girl could say is we cant guarantee a time and she said it multiple times I might add. So I decided to go somewhere else.

Horrible experience with this business.Before I spent $150 I called to make sure they would deliver before 3pm and they did.Noticed they hadnt yet at 330, called them and they said they would deliver before 500pmThey lied again. They ended up delivering it to her as she was walking out.It was for a bday and they suggested they can deliver it the next day when I called.That defeats the entire purpose.I requested to speak with the manager and they said the manager was too busy. Havent heard from them so obviously they dont care.
Same as the rest of the reviews. Ordered 1 for my mother and 1 for my grandmother. Both early and for delivery. My step-dad had to pick the 1 for my mom up - and wait for it to be made. The 1 for my grandmother was to be delivered the Saturday before mothers day. Not only did they lie to me about attempting delivery to my mothers but also told me my grandmothers had in fact been delivered. Imagine my surprise to call her and wish her happy mothers day and and ask her did she enjoy her gift. Their phones been busy all day probably with similar complaints or just left off the hook all together. Never again!
Ordered berries for Valentines day..days in advanced and did not receive them on Valentines day. Got a phone call at 1030 last night saying they would be another hour and a half if I still wanted them or they could be out first route in the morning as they are very busy, so giving them the benefit of the doubt, I told them the next morning would be fine, even though the address is only a few miles from the store location. Its not like they had to call my girlfriend and explain why there was no valentines gift for her. So you would expect first route to be sometime in the morning, guess not. So 430 pm comes around and nothing, I call to check on the delivery, all they were able to tell me was its in transit, and it will be there by 9pm, no compensation was offered, not even an apology. It is 7 o clock pm, the day after valentines and they just arrived and my girlfriend did not receive everything I ordered. Now, the store is closed so I cant contact anybody. What a way to spend $70 dollars and get something 24 hours after they were supposed to arrive. For 70 dollars I could have picked a whole vineyard of strawberries and dipped them myself and had them there on time. Dont waste your time this place already has a terrible rating for a reason.
Curbside pickup on Mothers Day was HORRIBLE...but the worst part is not one person was wearing a mask during the pandemic...None of the delivery drivers are wearing mask either...

They never have an order completed on time. This has happen twice to me. It was like that didnt even care about it. I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND edible arrangements!
Ordered my mom a birthday arrangement and it didnt look anything like the picture. They told her they could only replace the star on the arrangement and she no longer wanted it. I called and for a refund considering they made the wrong arrangement and my mom never touch or unwrapped it. They refused to give me refund and declined to let me speak with manager. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They tried to make my mom take the arrangement, telling her You’re going to take it after she declined numerous of times. I eventually called my bank who returned my all my money! Lesson learn, read the review first. Please avoid this place. Horrible experience.
I was so disappointed in the whole experience. I placed an order on 2/28 to be delivered on 3/3 . they called to say they couldnt deliver because weather was coming . So I agreed to have it done the next day even though my husbands Birthday was that day.I called them to make sure and she told me her delivery people didnt come to work. So I said give me my money back the lady was so rude and hateful. So I definitely do not recommend them at all
Upgraded my order to Large arrangment due to promotion of -$10.00 off, but at the end invoice did not show promotion. Called in and representative said he saw the discounted price on his screen but my invoice did not reflect any promotion. He persisted that I got the promotion but at the end I paid regular price.

Called in an order at 830. Am. I assumed it would be delivered in a few hours . Like maybe for lunch . At 1215 I called and they said they were in route . 130 still no show . Next time I will ask for a delivery time. .. My fault . They said 6 deliveries were ahead of me. Wow what time did a start
I just called this location and received a rather personal, random earful from the new owner, who apparently took over just two days ago, that the previous owner stole everything and then ran off with the money. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF G-D DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE. Sketchiest people ever.

My husband came into the store and placed an order on 02/09/13 to have an arrangement delivered to me at work on Valentines Day. He is a long distance truck driver so he was not in town and he called me twice at work to see if I had received my gift and I told him no that I didnt know what he was talking about. I left work at 4pm and when I got home my sons asked where was my gift and stated that they had been calling all day as instructed by their father to find out what was going on with the delivery with no success. I called to check my work voicemail late that night to discover that Erica had left a message at 9:30PM to inform me that they could make my special delivery on 02/15/13, my day off. This morning we immediately started calling the store again with no success. At 2:30 my son decides to go to the store and was instructed that it is on the delivery truck to be delivered. So now Im sitting and waiting as I type. You have lost a customer and I will inform others.
The Manager have poor customer service. I have been trying to speak with a manager since feb. 02/2016 regarding a delivery and purchase I did not receive. I have walked in the store Several times(No manager), I have called ( different times of day) and talked staff asking that the manager call me ; however, I am always told he not there . I am only asking for a credit but now JUST GIVE ME MY REFUND OF $84.00.

Let me just start by saying,These prices though!I never thought I would spend so much on fruit. Looking at those prices I said, “oh hell no” ! Plus, a girl was sceptical with these reviews....Though, they sucked me right on in with the kind gestures at the door and specifically asking for the occasion I wanted it for so I had to remember why I was here.My mother is a diabetic and loooooovees fruit. Her birthday was last week but I plan ahead so of course I was thinking on what to get her. The show “The Real” was on one morning and it was one of the girls birthday! She got an edible arrangement and all I heard was “I want one of those fruit baskets”. I told the girl what my mama wanted and her conditions of being a diabetic. That Kia was the sweetest thing! She told me I came to the right place and they would make my mother’s birthday special! Sure enough they did because my mother was just in awe! The other girl Jennifer made that arrangement so damn pretty they made my mama cry. Considering the price of the arrangement, balloons and delivery it was more than worth it. I love to put a smile on her face and they helped me with that!!Ps.Previous review of the mixed up arrangements..I would be more than happy to receive a damn $120 arrangement compared to $19 item#JustSaying
